Hi-Point Firearms is a company with, shall we say, a bit of a reputation. Their budget-friendly products, which they call “the working man’s gun”, have become the quintessential meme guns. To their credit, they generally lean into this characterization. This is a brand which used a social media campaign to get the public to name one of its guns, which resulted in the infamous “Yeet Cannon”. Now they’re expanding their lineup with a new version which has been much requested by its customer base, this time in 10mm. Meet the new Hi-Point JXP10.

Though Hi-Point pistols have their share of detractors, the big upside to these handguns has always been their low price point. The JXP10 will be no exception, showing on the company’s website with an MSRP of just $225. What do you think, readers? Does this 10mm update to the classic meme gun make it more appealing? Will you try one out, even if only for the memes and tongue-in-cheek social media posts?
How long do you think it will take before someone applies a “cash money” decoration scheme, or modifies one of these guns to include the sights on the side? Let us know your thoughts about the JXP10 in the comments below! See you at the range.
