Biden’s Nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson Is So Radical Her Major Decisions are Frequently Overturned — Lindsey Graham, Murkowski and Susan Collins Voted to Confirm Her as District Court Judge

The Biden Administration is expected to nominate radical activist judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to be the next Supreme Court Justice.

The Biden Administration stuck to its promise to nominate a black woman to be the next Supreme Court Justice.  NBC reports:

…Biden is expected to announce Fridaythat he will nominate Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, to succeed Justice Stephen Breyer on the Supreme Court, according to a source familiar with the matter.

If confirmed, Jackson would become the first Black woman to serve on the court. At 51, she would also be the second-youngest justice on the current court (Justice Amy Coney Barrett turned 50 in January) and the first justice since Thurgood Marshall with significant experience as a defense lawyer.

As the successor to Breyer, who was appointed by President Bill Clinton in 1994, Jackson would not change the court’s current 6-to-3 conservative supermajority.

Jackson was nominated to District Court just eight months ago and was confirmed by a 53-44 vote with the support of three Senate Republicans. Only David Souter, appointed by George W. Bush, came to the Supreme Court with less time on the federal appeals court — under five months in his case.

We reported previously how liberals were pressuring Justice Breyer to leave the Supreme Court so they could insert a black woman in his place.

Biden then came out a month ago and announced he would be replacing Justice Breyer with a black woman.

Most Americans were not happy with Biden’s resolution to place a black woman in the Supreme Court.  The reason is Americans wanted the best person on the court regardless of color or race.

Ketanji Brown has an awful record. Several of her major decisions were overturned.

Lindsey Graham, Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski voted to confirm her as District Judge.

But Biden is moving forward with his pledge as he supports Judge Jackson who hasn’t been on the District Court for even a year.
