Weirdo Biden Whispers to Naval Academy’s Class of 2022: “I Am Your Commander-in-Chief” (VIDEO)

Joe Biden on Friday addressed the US Naval Academy’s Class of 2022 graduation and commissioning ceremony in Annapolis, Maryland.

Biden ripped into Vladimir Putin and blamed the Russian president for the world’s woes.

“He NATO-ized all of Europe,” Biden said of Vladimir Putin.

At one point Joe Biden leaned forward and whispered to the graduating class of midshipmen.
