“Transparency Works Best for the Biden Administration” – Joe Scarborough Compares Biden’s Handling of Classified Documents to President Trump’s (VIDEO)

A Department of Justice inquiry has been opened after Joe Biden’s legal team discovered classified documents from the Obama regime at his garage in Delaware and his office in Washington, DC.

Joe Biden’s attorneys first discovered the classified documents in the private office, which included top-secret files with the “sensitive compartmented information” (SCIF) designation LAST FALL just days before the midterm elections.

The National Archives referred the incident to the Justice Department.

Former Justice Department officer Robert Hur was named Thursday by Attorney General Merrick Garland to head the department’s investigation.

“This appointment underscores for the public the department’s commitment to both independence and accountability in particularly sensitive matters, and to making decisions indisputably guided only by the facts and the law,” Garland said Thursday.

On Saturday, a White House attorney revealed that additional documents had been discovered at Biden’s residence.

According to Joe Biden’s lawyer, Bob Bauer, Biden’s personal lawyers do not have security clearances, so as soon as they saw the documents marked classified, they stopped the search.

For this reason, this is why the actual number of classified documents stored at Biden’s private residence is not known, the lawyer said.

Joe Biden’s lawyer on Monday confirmed there are no visitor logs for Joe Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware home.

Biden has spent 40% of his presidency on vacation at his Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach homes where there are no visitor logs.

On Monday, Joe Scarborough of MSNBC’s Morning Joe defended Biden, claiming that he is more responsible than President Trump in handling classified documents.

“Transparency works best for the Biden Administration…They find the documents. They report it immediately. A far different situation than Donald Trump’s. Anybody who says it’s not is a political hack,” Scarborough said.

But his statement contradicts what he said last year during the FBI raid at Mar-a-Lago.

“I made it very clear over the past several years, that we can’t send the message out that one man is above the law … the law would suggest [Trump] should be indicted” for mishandling classified materials.”

The Democrats have no problem making statements that are untrue and willing to omit facts. For them, it’s all for the party, to hell with the law and the country.

Yes, there’s a difference.

Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona wrote, “Biden stole classified documents and stored them at his think tank while he was VP. The VP does not have any authority to declassify classified documents. And this “think tank” received $54 million in funding from the CCP.”
