A new book about Queen Elizabeth II has revealed the Queen had a one-word response regarding Prince Andrew’s Epstein scandal.
In early January, the Queen stripped Prince Andrew of all titles and royal duties after Andrew was sued by one of Jeffery Epstein’s victims.
As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier in March the lawsuit filed, by Virginia Giuffre claiming Prince Andrew raped her at Epstein’s mansion, was eventually dismissed after Giuffre and Prince Andrew agreed on a financial settlement.
The book, titled: “An Intimate Portrait, ” was written by the Royal family’s close family friend Gyles Brandreth. It reveals the Queen wasn’t long-winded when it came to responding to Andrew’s sexual abuse scandal.
She reportedly responded with one word, “intriguing.”
The book goes on to describe the Queen’s for her son and how she spent a good amount of time with him before the scandal was uncovered.
The Independent, which has already obtained the book, reported Brandwreth wrote that the Queen “Showed us how much she loved him by taking him riding with her through Windsor Great Park in the rain and ensuring that there were photographers on hand to capture the shot.”
Prince Andrew has managed to stay out of the headlines for the most part after the Queen’s death.
However, during the Queen’s procession, Andrew was heckled by a Scottish man who was shouted “You sick old man”.
