Richard Barnett, the man who was photographed with his feet up on Speaker Pelosi’s desk on January 6, 2021, was arrested in Arkansas two days after the protest.
Richard Barnett’s trial is being held last week and this week in a biased DC Court.
We already learned from the trial that an FBI official admitted under oath that a group of “agitators” who were “highly trained” destroyed security barriers and fencing and lured people to Capitol grounds that day. This was before Trump supporters reached the US Capitol that day.
It was a setup. And now the government is using billions of taxpayer dollars to round up Trump supporters, cage them like terrorists, and run them through kangaroo courts before they are sent to prison for several years. Many of the protesters arrested did not even enter the US Capitol on January 6.
It is quite remarkable that we are witnessing this same scenario take place in Brazil under the communist Lula regime today. What does that say about the United States?
On Monday Richard was found guilty on all eight charges in his DC kangaroo court.
The convictions are a joke. Richard committed no violence, but he took an envelope from one of the desks and wrote her a note, “Hey Nancy, Bigo was here biotch.”
The UPI reported:
Barnett, who testified in his defense last week, said he was pushed into the Capitol and unknowingly entered Pelosi’s office searching for a bathroom.
He claimed he took the envelope because it had his blood on it, and that he only intended to use the stun gun for defensive purposes.
Immediately after the verdict was read court, Barnett said he was “absolutely not” given a fair trial.
“I think the venue should’ve been changed. This is not a jury of my peers. I don’t agree with the decision, but I do appreciate the process. We’re surely gonna appeal,” Barnett said.
“I’m gonna make it real bad if you don’t get my flag,” Barnett said to Craig on Jan. 6 “I’m gonna call ’em in.”
Barnett was convicted of entering and remaining in restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon — a stun gun with spikes concealed within a collapsible walking stick.
He alsowas found guilty of taking a letter and writing an offensive note to Nancy Pelosi.
Barnett is a retired firefighter from Arkansas.
