Biden’s Defense Department gives huge research funding to institutions linked to Chinese and Russian biowarfare programs
Perhaps, the Biden regime considers it “Genocide-Affirming Care.”
Whatever you call it, U.S. government funding and the potentially dangerous experiments resulting from it is reckless and out of control.
As if the COVID-19 pandemic and the mass administration of unsafe and ineffective mRNA vaccines never happened, it is business as usual for the lucrative “biodefense” racket.
Despite millions of deaths and hundreds of millions infected, Biden’s Defense Department just awarded a multi-year grant worth $3 million to EcoHealth Alliance, a long-time collaborator with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the Chinese military-linked research center believed to be involved in the laboratory origin of the COVID-19 virus.
That award is on top of a $3.3 million research grant to the EcoHealth Alliance from Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), given last September.
In 2020, the U.S. government provided EcoHealth Alliance with nearly $25 million. In total, EcoHealth Alliance received $79.4 million for biodefense work, the knowledge from which has undoubtedly ended up in China.
That all occurs in conjunction with a recently-released 72-page report from the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General, which states that the National Institutes of Health did not give proper oversight to EcoHealth Alliance, even after it awarded the organization millions of dollars to study bat coronaviruses.
Senator Rand Paul issued the following comment in response to the Inspector General’s report.
But it doesn’t end there.
The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston (UTMB) was just awarded nearly $25 million from Biden’s Department of Defense to develop mRNA vaccines in collaboration with vaccine-maker Moderna and the Sealy Institute of Vaccine Sciences at UTMB.
The questionable mRNA vaccines will be for the highly lethal Ebola, Sudan, Marburg and Lassa viruses.
UTMB researcher Dr. Alexander Bukreyev will lead the project as Principal Investigator.
Bukreyev received his Ph.D. at the State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology “VECTOR” in Koltsovo, Novosibirsk Oblast, Russia.
During the Soviet era, VECTOR was KGB-controlled and the nexus of the Soviet Union’s biowarfare program, requiring Communist Party membership to be employed.
Bukreyev appears to have maintained his connection with the former Soviet biowarfare center, shown in a 2014 video giving a lecture at VECTOR.
The Gateway Pundit has published several articles revealing UTMB’s extensive connections with Chinese virus research centers, in particular those of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), here, here and here.
The focus of those extensive connections is Professor Pei-Yong Shi, John Sealy Distinguished Chair in Innovations in Molecular Biology, part of the Sealy research program involved in the Defense Department project described above.
Pei-Yong Shi, who was trained in China and is an advisor to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, has links to the Chinese military’s Changchun research centers in Jilin Province through PLA scientist Hualei Wang, shown below in a photograph with General Xianzhu Xia, one of China’s biowarfare leaders.
Research funded by Anthony Fauci’s (NIAID) has led to patents assigned to Pei-Yong Shi and the PLA, specifically, Cheng Feng Qin.
Chinese patent application number 201810076027.7 dated October 26, 2018 lists the patent holders as the PLA’s Academy of Military Sciences and Pei-Yong Shi.
As scientific support, that Chinese patent application cites the 2017 article “A live-attenuated Zika virus vaccine candidate induces sterilizing immunity in mouse models,” which was funded by NIAID grant number AI120942.
A second Chinese patent, WO2019144874A1, dated January 23, 2019, also lists the patent holders as the PLA’s Academy of Military Sciences and Pei-Yong Shi.
The three scientific articles used to support the claims made in the second Chinese patent were funded by NIAID grants AI120942, AI127744, AI073755 and AI104972.
Project Veritas has released of video of a high-ranking Pfizer executive, who claimed that the company is planning to create new viruses for which it can make vaccines to harvest huge profits.
The threat of a man-made biological Armageddon is quickly becoming far greater than that posed by nuclear weapons.
