JUST IN: Former Assistant Arizona Attorney General Jennifer Wright Joins Abe Hamadeh’s Election Lawsuit Against Questionably Elected AG Kris Mayes

Former Assistant Attorney General and head of the Election Integrity Unit Jennifer Wright joined Abe Hamadeh’s legal fight against the stolen Arizona Midterm Election.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Abe Hamadeh filed a ‘Motion for New Trial’ in the Mohave County Superior Court after a recount in rural Pinal County brought the margin of victory down to 280 votes.

The Pinal County recount found 507 new votes, heavily favoring Abe Hamadeh and likely other Republican candidates whose races were not recounted.

This information was leaked to the media the day before a state judge announced Democrat Kris Mayes beat Republican Abe Hamadeh by 280 votes in the race for Arizona’s Attorney General.

Katie Hobbs knew about this discrepancy in Pinal County but withheld the information in court. The Gateway Pundit reported that Hobbs’ lawyers asked to delay the recount results from being presented before the lawsuit was dismissed.

Abe said in a recent interview, “She had all the facts, she withheld this from the court, and she withheld this from me. So, we weren’t able to present any of this evidence.”

Kris Mayes ran from The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson when questioned about their knowledge of this discrepancy after revealing her radical agenda to overhaul the Election Integrity Unit into a ‘Voter Protection Unit.’

Wright said in a statement, “The evidence is clear coming out of Pinal County – Katie Hobbs and her attorneys were hiding evidence.”

I look forward to getting Kris Mayes out of the office she should have never occupied in the first place,” Wright continued.

Abe released the statement announcing this news on Twitter late last night.

Election Integrity Expert Jennifer Wright Joins Abe Hamadeh Lawsuit

Jan. 17, 2023 – The Abe Hamade Campaign announced today that head of election integrity for Attorney General Brnovich’s office, Jennifer Wright, has joined the campaign’s legal effort to demand accurate elections in Arizona and resolve the questions concerning the 2022 attorney general’s race.

“I am pleased to join the fight in securing transparent and secure elections in our state. Not only do I believe Abe is right, but I also believe that he will be successful in his election contest and that is why I have joined this fight. The evidence is clear coming out of Pinal County – Katie Hobbs and her attorneys were hiding evidence. Abe’s legal team was not given a fair and full trial due to concerns with transition of power and thus the discovery phase was greatly limited. With the Motion for a new trial, we will succeed and our team will be able to litigate issues more clearly and present the full scope of evidence. I look forward to getting Kris Mayes out of the office she should have never occupied in the first place,” said Wright.

The current lawsuit follows historical precedent in Arizona. As recently as 1997, a Yuma County Board of Supervisor was ejected from office after a contest provided evidence that they did not receive the most votes. In the 1916 Arizona Governor’s race – the Governor was removed from office in December 1917 after a contest made clear that he did not receive the most votes.

“Jen is an election attorney powerhouse who worked tirelessly in Attorney General Brnovich’s office to make sure we had confidence and integrity in our elections,” said Hamadeh. “I’m honored that she’s joining our election contest for the closest race in Arizona history where there are still hundreds of uncounted ballots. Democracy demands accurate results in our elections and I know Jen will fight relentlessly to make sure every voter’s voice is heard.”

The Gateway Pundit will continue to provide updates on the Arizona Midterm Election Lawsuits.
