Enemy of the People: McConnell Pulls Money From GOP Senate Candidate In Close Race — And Gives it To Murkowski?

The Senate Leadership Fund, a Super PAC aligned with Mitch McConnell, is pulling money from New Hampshire’s Senate race – this is despite the fact polling shows the race close.

Beginning on October 25th, $5.6 million in spending will be slashed from the state.

Yahoo reported:

A Republican super PAC aligned with Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) confirmed on Friday that it would be withdrawing spending from New Hampshire’s Senate race even as recent polling shows a tight contest.

A spokesperson for the Senate Leadership Fund confirmed to The Hill that it would be slashing $5.6 million from the state beginning on Oct. 25.

“As the cycle comes to a close, we are shifting resources to where they can be most effective to achieve our ultimate goal: winning the majority,” Senate Leadership Fund President Steven Law said in a statement.

A poll from Trafalgar found Gen. Bolduc polling only 3 points behind the incumbent leftist Sen. Maggie Hassan.

Another poll commissioned by the Bolduc campaign found the race virtually tied.

Breitbart reported:

Republican Senate candidate Gen. Don Bolduc has come from behind and is now virtually tied with Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-NH) in New Hampshire’s Senate race, a Fabrizio, Lee & Associates poll found Friday.

The race Senate Republicans were perhaps most worried about finally appears to have turned in favor of the GOP with just 18 days until election day.

Forty-nine percent of voters said they support Hassan, while 47 supported Gen. Bolduc, well within the 4 point margin of error. Four percent remain undecided.

The Bolduc campaign could use the extra money due to the fact Hassan has millions more in cash on hand.

MDJOnline reported:

As of Sept. 30, Hassan had $4.8 million in cash available compared to Bolduc’s $768,000, with less than a month until the two square off in the midterm elections in a contest that could help decide control of the U.S. Senate, where the 50-50 split is tipped to Democrats by the White House.

Why would McConnell pull funds from such a tight race?

So he can give the money to Murkowski?

It should be clear by now that Mitch McConnell is an enemy of the people.

The US Senate better wise up.
