Gas prices today are down a bit from the all-time record highs in June.
Prices today are $1.70 a gallon more than just one year ago.
As Gateway Pundit reported earlier — the Biden administration announced a new plan to reduce domestic oil production, this time preventing new offshore oil drilling projects in the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.
On Friday, the Department of Interior announced part of its process to implement a new five-year plan for offshore oil drilling. The plan could allow a maximum of 11 oil lease sales for offshore drilling, ten in the Gulf of Mexico and one in the Cook Inlet off the south-central Alaska coast over the next five years. The plan eliminates any new productions from both the Atlantic and Pacific regions.

But that didn’t stop Joe Biden from blaming gas stations for his record gas prices.
This guy is the worst.
Just last week Joe Biden lectured gas station owners and blamed them for the record gas prices at the pump.
Gas has been hovering around $5.00 per gallon the last two months.
These all-time record highs are over a dollar more expensive than during any previous administration.
Now Joe is blaming the gas station owners for the historic prices.
Joe Biden: “To the companies running gas stations and setting those prices at the pump, this is a time of war, global peril, Ukraine. These are not normal times. Bring down the price you are charging at the pump. Do it now.”
Here is an interesting graphic on the cost of gas at the pump. Someone should get this to the White House.
And just last month Joe Biden cheered the record inflation and increasing costs as a good thing. Joe Biden argued it will usher in “renewable energy, electric vehicles.”
