Abe Hamadeh filed a ‘Motion for New Trial’ in the Mohave County Superior Court Tuesday after the recount of votes in one County discovered “shocking revelations.”
Abe’s race against radical leftist Kris Mayes was initially called by just 511 out of over 2.5 million votes. However, as The Gateway Pundit reported, a miscount of votes in rural Pinal County discovered hundreds of new votes for Hamadeh.
A state judge last Thursday announced Democrat Kris Mayes beat Republican Abe Hamadeh by 280 votes in the race for Arizona’s Attorney General.
The Gateway Pundit reported that Kris Mayes was sworn into office on Monday.

Hamadeh says that she will be removed from office.
Abe tweeted on Tuesday,
Today, I am filing a ‘Motion for New Trial’ after the shocking revelations from the recount. It’s simple, if the judge allows us to inspect and count the ballots – we win.
Kris Mayes will either resign or be removed from office.
Count the votes accurately.
President Trump recently called on Arizona Republicans to demand a statewide hand recount, asserting that “Abe will win!”
Katie Hobbs knew about this discrepancy in Pinal County but withheld the information in court. The Gateway Pundit reported that Hobbs’ lawyers asked to delay the recount results from being presented before the lawsuit was dismissed.
Abe tweeted that Hobbs “intentionally misled the judge.”
Ric Grenell tweeted, “It’s clear Katie Hobbs withheld evidence to the Judge.”
