The Gateway Pundit previously reported in May that Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, along with Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, filed a lawsuit (Missouri v. Biden ) against the Biden Administration, including Biden himself, Anthony Fauci, the Department of Homeland Security and nearly a dozen federal agencies and Secretaries.
The suit alleges a massive coordinated effort by the Deep State (permanent administrative state) to work with Big Tech to censor and manipulate Americans – from average citizens to news outlets – on issues including the Hunter Biden Laptop from Hell, 2020 Election Integrity, COVID-19 origin and extent skepticism, COVID-19 vaccine skepticism, among other issues.
Here’s a copy of the First Amended Complaint.
The federal government, through their Department of Justice (DOJ) lawyers, has fought hard to stop the lawsuit. However, before a decision on whether the suit must be dismissed, the Court ordered that a limited investigation must take place (known as limited discovery, as opposed to general discovery). This decision has allowed the Attorneys General for Missouri and Louisiana to take roughly eight (8) depositions prior to the hearing on the motion to dismiss the lawsuit.
Last week, Gateway Pundit attended and reported on the deposition of pandemic architect Dr. Anthony Fauci in Bethesda, Maryland, at the campus for the National Institutes for Health.
Lawyers for former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki as well as the government’s DOJ lawyers fought tooth-and-nail to prevent the deposition of Psaki.
First, despite the fact that the case is in Louisiana, and the Federal Judge there had specifically ordered that Psaki sit for a deposition, Psaki and the DOJ improperly tried to have a Virginia federal court stop the deposition.
That court humiliated the DOJ in open court and chastised them for wasting his time and the court’s resources.
Psaki and the DOJ then tried a hail mary final attempt at preventing the deposition by filing a motion before the Louisiana Federal Court.
Yesterday, the Federal Court in Louisiana ruled that barring some unforeseen rationale presented to him in the coming days, the show must go on: Psaki’s deposition must be scheduled for a date between now and the end of 2022.
Sources say the deposition will be held on December 22, 2022.
