Trump-Endorsed Abe Hamadeh’s lawsuit contesting the rigged and conflict-ridden Arizona Midterm Election was dismissed by a judge after Democrat Kris Mayes filed a motion against Hamadeh’s lawsuit.
The judge presiding over this case, Randall Warner, was appointed by Democrat Governor Janet Napolitano in 2007.
The Gateway Pundit reported last week that Hamadeh filed the state’s first Statement of Election Contest in the Arizona Superior Court.
The election was an uncertifiable disaster on Election Day when voting machines and printers suddenly stopped working at over 30% of voting centers the moment polls opened on election day. Republican voters were forced to wait in extremely long lines, turned away from the polls, or told to deposit their ballots in the questionable “box 3” for misread ballots.
Despite having had only 17% of the turnout on election day, Democrats outperformed Republicans in multiple counties which unlikely and impossible.
The Arizona Attorney General’s office even outlined potential law violations and wrongdoing in a recent letter to Maricopa County.
Abe Hamadeh previously led his opponent, Kris Mayes, by a small margin until more fraudulent ballot dumps were recorded after election day.
According to The Hill, “’Under these statutes there can be no election contest until after the canvass and declaration of results because, until then, no one is ‘declared elected.’ It is undisputed that the canvass and declaration of results for the November 2022 election have not occurred,’ Warner wrote.”
This is why Katie Hobbs and the corrupt establishment are fighting so hard to compel Counties to certify the rigged election. They know that the Counties can prevent certification, but the Democrats have a better shot fighting in the court with corrupt judges.
The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Katie Hobbs is suing Cochise County for delaying certification.
Additionally, it was revealed yesterday by a Yavapai County Supervisor that Arizona county officials were threatened with Class 6 felony charges if they refused to certify the fraudulent election.
The Hill reported,
A state judge on Tuesday dismissed a lawsuit from Arizona Republican attorney general candidate Abe Hamadeh contesting this month’s election, arguing it was filed prematurely.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Randall Warner said Hamadeh and the Republican National Committee (RNC), which joined the suit, cannot file an election contest until after Arizona certifies the election, currently scheduled for Monday.
Hamadeh, who trails his Democratic rival by just 510 votes out of more than 2.5 million ballots ahead of an automatic recount, claimed malfunctions in Arizona’s most populous jurisdiction and elsewhere altered the results, arguing the tabulations should be amended and he should be declared the winner.
Warner’s order, which did not consider the merits of the allegations, notes that Hamadeh could refile the lawsuit once state officials certify the election, indicating he does not need to wait for the recount to finish.
The Gateway Pundit reported last night that the corrupt, MAGA-hating Maricopa County Supervisors certified the Maricopa County election with massive conflicts of interest.
We also reported on Kari Lake’s response, telling Arizona that she “will not quit” and that she will file another lawsuit once the results are officially certified, following Arizona Statute.
This obviously corrupt election should have never been certified in the first place.
