Mesa Tactical continues to expand its accessory options for shotguns, particularly for the Beretta 1301 and Benelli M2. New for 2023, the Truckee forend is now available for M2 and 1301 shooters.
[SHOT 2023] New Beretta 1301 And Benelli M2 Truckee Forends From Mesa Tactical
The Truckee forend adds M-LOK slots for accessory mounting. It is made in America out of 6061-T6 aluminum. That means it counts towards 922(r) compliance if you are upgrading a foreign-made shotgun with goodies like an extended magazine tube. The M2 model is 9 inches long and has an MSRP of $120. The Beretta 1301 version is 10.5 inches long and retails for $140.
Mesa Tactical also had the Fallon rail system on display. It adds a full-length top rail and heat shield to other firearms like the Mossberg Shockwave and Remington Tac-14. They are available with polymer or aluminum shell carriers with prices ranging from $195-$215.
All sorts of other Mesa products were on display in their booth, including their Sureshell Carriers, both with and without optics mounts. They hold 4 or 6 shells and are available in polymer or aluminum. Mesa offers models for a wide range of guns including Remington 870, Remington V3, Mossberg 500, Mossberg 930 and 940, Benelli M2, Benelli M4, Benelli SuperNova, Beretta 1301 Competition or Tactical, and Kel-Tec KSG (which holds a whopping 12 shells).
