TFB’s Photo Of The Day tries to push the excellent work done by so many photographers around the world and in the firearms industry. It’s a celebration of those who go in harm’s way trying to catch those special moments for us, but also those who stay in the studio working out the perfect lighting and setting hour after hour. Armed with skills, cameras and sometimes a fair bit of post-editing here is where their hard work ends up.
Today we have a photo by Hille James Combat Photographer, with the caption:

The Dutch Korps Commandotroepen (Commando Corps) is the special forces unit of the Royal Netherlands Army. They typically use the Glock 17M, with a Surefire X300 weapon light. They are known for their high level of training and capabilities and are tasked with carrying out a wide range of special operations, including direct action, reconnaissance, and unconventional warfare. The Commandotroepen are trained to operate in a variety of environments, including urban, jungle, and arctic conditions, and have been involved in a number of high-profile operations both domestically and abroad.
