Welcome back to the Photo Of The Day! Today we visit sunny Croatia and have a look (above) at Croatian Army soldiers engaging targets from their BOV-3 armored vehicles. According to Wikipedia, the BOV-3 is an air defense version of the BOV armored vehicle with triple M55A4B1 20mm cannons. You can find more info on the Zastava M55 here. This happened during exercise Shield 22, April 9, 2022 near Pula, Croatia. Exercise Shield is an annual Croatian air defense exercise that aims at strengthening the execution of the Air Defense tasks against low and medium altitude moving targets.
