When I teach concealed carry courses, I always stress that everyday carry is not one piece of gear. The whole thing needs to work as a system, and one of the foundational pieces is a sturdy belt. Though two-belt systems have gained popularity, many of us are more inclined to run one belt that fills multiple roles. Nexbelt is known for their ratcheting EDC belts, and they’ve just stepped it up a notch. The new NTAC-45 1.75″ ratcheting EDC belt is built to fit your EDC needs as well as take the place of your battle belt.
EDC belts @ TFB:
Designed with IDPA, USPSA or 3-Gun competitors in mind, the 1.75” width can secure even more equipment to your waist while providing superior support. Shooting competitions are high demand sports. Skills and firearm safety are not the only thing these sports demand. These various competitions will put you in different scenarios, shooting positions, and stress levels. Your belt has to be comfortable and secure throughout the day.
The NTAC-45 uses Nexbelt’s ratcheting system to fit waist sizes up to 50″. Its 1.75″ width increases stability when running extra mags, handcuffs, or other heavy gear. The PreciseFit system allows users to adjust their belt in .25″ increments, instead of the usual 1″. The buckle has buttons on either side that both need to be depressed to remove the belt. Currently, the NTAC-45 is only available in black.
