- You can negotiate with the devil.
- You’re going to need help.
- Don’t falsely judge your neighbor – the volunteers may not be who you think they should be.
- You can only remain anonymous for a certain period of time.
- You don’t always see the results of your prayers and hard work immediately.
Clements mentioned the Kari Lake trial and shared at the 19:00 minute mark:
All you see is injustice after injustice and all we’re saying is can we get a break? Or can we just get a break? Can we get a win? And I know that there are wins, because look, the fact that we’re talking about this, the fact that Twitter’s opening up. I mean we are seeing victories. When you’ve been in the grind for so long from day one, you know you just want to see some sense of justice.
What resonates with me is, yeah, the 3%, that’s definitely something that I resonate with because there’s so few, and majically you just knew that if people just stood up en masse there’d be an end to this tyrrany…What we’ve been saying since day one is we need courage. Courage is the prescription.
Clements shared, “This is not a time to be an incrementalist, it’s a time to be an abolitionist.” He went on to say that “Adam didn’t protect the Garden of Eden, he let the serpent in.” He goes on to say that we let the serpent into the US as well and provides examples.
“The enemy knows that Christians are civil, they’re tolerant and they’re nice. And they use that tolerance, that niceness and that civility against us every single step of the way.”
