Kari Lake joined Steve Bannon’s War Room at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest this afternoon, with hundreds of Patriots surrounding the War Room booth.
Lake’s interview began with the HUGE crowd chanting her name.
The Gateway Pundit reported on Kari Lake’s first major address since the stolen election last night at AmericaFest, where she promised never to give up on her fight to secure Arizona’s elections. In an epic troll on the Fake News Media and the Radical Left, Kari Lake declared, “I identify as a proud election-denying deplorable, and my pronouns are I won.”

The Gateway Pundit has written numerous reports on Kari Lake’s historic lawsuit to nullify and overturn the stolen Midterm Election or hold a new election free from conflicts of interest.
A Runbeck whistleblower revealed in Lake’s filing that HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of ballots had no chain of custody documentation. This is a shocking and massive violation of the law. Twenty-five thousand ballots were added to Maricopa County’s totals after election day with no explanation of why the number of remaining ballots could increase. Also, tens if not HUNDREDS of thousands of mail-in ballots with mismatched signatures were illegally counted in violation of Arizona law.
A cybersecurity expert testified in the lawsuit that Maricopa County intentionally planned the in-person voting disaster on Election Day, where printers and tabulators failed Republican voters at more than 59% of the 223 vote centers on Election Day. Voters on Election Day turned out for Kari Lake by a ratio of about 3:1, and they were forced to wait in four hour lines and some were told they could not vote.
As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, Kari Lake was in court again today, fighting against motions to dismiss the lawsuit.
Judge Peter Thompson has not made a ruling on the matter, and evidentiary hearings are currently scheduled for December 21 and 22. Watch the entire hearing from December 19 here.

Previously, Judge Thompson ordered that Kari Lake’s petition to inspect ballots in the county from the 2022 mid-term election be granted. The inspection is expected to begin on December 20, 2022, at 8 am.
Kari Lake discussed the stolen election, today’s hearing, and the defendants’ bogus arguments on Bannon’s War Room at AmericaFest.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Maricopa County Attorney Tom Liddy argued in court today that this issue of voter suppression was improperly brought before the court by Kari Lake and her attorneys, claiming that “voter suppression” is a term reserved for black voters who were murdered by Democrats.
Lake also decried the stolen elections for Joe Biden and John Fetterman.
The crowd booed at the naysayers who think Kari Lake needs to move on from this stolen election.

Bannon: Big day today in Arizona. Tell us about it. Katie Hobbs is illegitimately trying to steal the governorship of Arizona, right? She walked into court today to ask for a motion to dismiss
Lake: Yes, her attorneys are trying to get our case, the most strong election case this country’s ever seen, dismissed. They don’t want this evidence getting out there. And so today, they asked the judge to dismiss it. The judge listened to both sides, and we’re hoping to get a ruling here, I hope by tonight because tomorrow we are scheduled if we get to move this forward. We’re going to be examining ballots tomorrow, and our trial will begin Wednesday and Thursday, but we’re crossing our fingers that the judge will give us a chance and give us this trial.
Bannon: They’re right now trying to shut it down and throw it out overall, not allow you to go in and check ballots and then not allow you to go and make your case in round one in front of this judge. Can you just walk through the process?
Lake: Maricopa County and Katie Hobbs as Secretary of State and as an individual, we’re suing all of them and the Board of Supervisors. So, the attorneys basically descended today and threw out any reason they could to get this case dropped. But, we have overwhelming evidence. I know that your audience is aware of it. I mean, we have four whistleblowers with evidence showing hundreds of 1000s of ballots that have no chain of custody, 25,000 ballots just miraculously appeared two days after the election. We have three whistleblowers talking about the signature verification of mail-in ballots and how terrible that system was. The fact that 10s of 1000s of ballots with bad signatures somehow made their way into the official count and never got cured. So there’s so much evidence here. This was not accidental. This was not coincidental. This had to happen with malicious intent behind it.
Lake: Their argument in court today, shockingly, with all of these things that went wrong with lines of three and four hours with 60% of polling locations not functioning with their equipment not working, the tabulators not working, the ballot printers not working. They said in court today this is just normal stuff. This happens in elections. You know, maybe it’s normal stuff in Maricopa County. Unfortunately, we’ve been forced to live with ineptitude and incompetence in our elections, but we’re not going to allow this to continue to happen. And that was their excuse. It’s just normal, par for the course.
Bannon: Tom Liddy, I think one of the lawyers said something that’s pretty offensive suppression didn’t deal with voters in Maricopa County. It was something from like post-Civil War, right? The voter suppression, you couldn’t say what you guys were talking about was classic voter suppression.
Lake: He looked back to a really dark era in our history when men and women were being murdered, lynched, that kind of voter suppression. But this is also voter suppression. When you have people who are walking away from line because they can’t wait four hours to vote and their ballot is rejected, and they try to find another place to vote only to be told they can’t vote there, this is also voter suppression. And he really tried to, I think, do something really unfortunate today in court. And I think the judge probably notice it because anybody listening to that would go really?
I’ll tell you what happened in Maricopa County, had it happened in any Democrat-run city, they would be throwing a fit right now if it happened in any Democrat city. It shouldn’t happen anywhere. This is our sacred vote, and I won’t stand by and let it be trampled. And when the people of Arizona showed up to vote on election day, they were discriminated against, they were disenfranchised, and their vote was trampled upon.
