BREAKING: Cochise County, AZ Certifies Election Results Under Katie Hobbs and Hillary Attorney Marc Elias’s Duress – State Certification To Occur Monday (VIDEO)

The Cochise County Board of Supervisors voted 2-0 to certify the corrupt 2022 midterm results after a state judge ordered them to do so, claiming they would violate the law if certification did not occur.

On Monday, Cochise County Supervisors voted 2-1 to delay the certification of the rigged 2022 Midterm Election to see a further presentation on the accreditation of voting machines on Friday before certification.

The Gateway Pundit reported that on Monday night Katie Hobbs sued the Cochise County Supervisors in cahoots with Hillary Clinton attorney Marc Elias to seal the deal on the rigged Arizona election.

Elias sent a menacing tweet on Monday in response to news that Cochise County would wait to certify.

Corrupt Democrat Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, who oversaw her own election for a higher seat, called yesterday’s court decision in her lawsuit a “win for Arizona’s Democracy.”  But in reality, it is a win for Katie Hobbs, Arizona’s Democrats, and their radical leftwing agenda.

It was revealed on Monday by a Yavapai County Supervisor that Arizona county officials were threatened with Class 6 FELONY CHARGES if they refused to certify the fraudulent election. “I found out today that I have no choice but to vote “Aye” or I will be arrested and charged with a felony,” Supervisor Ron Gould said during the Board of Supervisors Special Meeting on Monday.

This sounds a lot like extortion. Where the hell is the Attorney General?

The corrupt Maricopa County Supervisors also met on Monday to certify the election and disenfranchise other counties. Maricopa County makes up roughly 60% of the state’s voting population. Maricopa County is also where the bulk of the election irregularities and voter disenfranchisement occurred.

Abe Hamadeh’s War Room account tweeted a similar question that was asked at the Maricopa County meeting on Monday.

Why do the Board of Supervisors vote ‘Yes or NO’ on whether they should certify an election if it’s illegal to vote no?

Despite the corrupt certification of the Fraudulent 2022 Midterm Election in Arizona, Kari Lake has spoken out, stating that she “will not quit,” and she will be filing more lawsuits when the state officially certifies the election next Monday.

The Hill reported,

A state judge on Thursday ordered the Cochise County, Ariz., board of supervisors to certify the county’s vote canvass after two GOP members refused to do so over an unfounded conspiracy theory about vote machine certification.

Pima County Superior Court Judge Casey McGinley ruled that two GOP supervisors’ decision to opt against certification by a Monday statutory deadline was unlawful after Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (D), who is now the governor-elect, and an outside group sued the county.

McGinley ordered the board to convene later on Thursday to certify the canvass, and attorneys for the plaintiffs vowed to seek a contempt order if board members do not comply.

The county’s attorney declined to represent the supervisors in court, saying he believed their decision was unlawful.

Previously, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich delegated his powers to RINO Cochise County Attorney Brian McIntyre to enforce criminal action against crooked Katie Hobbs for shutting down the online candidate petition portal and intentionally violating the law before the 2022 Primary Election, but he did nothing.

Now, McIntyre has refused to represent the County Supervisors because he is too weak to stand up to a tyrant like Katie Hobbs.

Chairwoman Peggy Judd and Supervisor Ann English voted to certify the election in Cochise. Supervisor Tom Crosby refused to show up and vote on this forced, corrupt meeting agenda.

Peggy Judd appeared to get emotional while voting “yes” to certify.

“I feel like I must follow what the judge did today, but I feel I don’t like to be threatened,” said Chairwoman Judd. “[I feel] rather uncomfortable about making you know about being supportive of this today.”

The Gateway Pundit will have more on this “certification” in Cochise County.
