The wave of radical Islamist terror in Israel continues as the worst bombing since 2006 injured 19 and killed an 18-year-old in Jerusalem yesterday, and a crazed Bedouin ran over an innocent teenager in Beersheva today. Calls mount to form a right-wing government and restore order as the Biden regime tries to stop a patriotic government in Israel.
In Beersheva, a Bedouin ran over an 18-year-student just walking down the street, severely injuring the young man. The attacker was recorded several days ago complaining to the police about threats against him and the Bedouin community in Israel: “No one should wait for the police, they should take the law into their own hands, like people are doing now when they feel they have Ben-Gvir’s support,” the suspect was heard as saying in the footage.
On Wednesday morning, one person was killed and eighteen more injured in a pair of terrorist bombing attacks at bus stops in Jerusalem. The fatality was Canadian-Israeli Aryeh Shechopek, 16. 18-year-old American Naomi Pilichowski, was also injured in the bombing. It was the worst bombing incident since the Second Intifada 2006.
Her father, New Jersey Rabbi Uri Pilchowski, posted the following Twitter thread:
Naomi “was at the bus stop on her way to Beit Shemesh where she is currently doing her national service. The family lives in Mitzpe Yeriho and Naomi’s mother Aliza is the mayor of the small town”, the Jerusalem Post reports. She “was evacuated to Hadassah-University Medical Center at Jerusalem’s Ein Kerem where she was being treated for light injuries.”
Apparently, the Iranian regime was involved somehow, as they posted hacked footage of the attack online:
Hamas terrorist spokesman Abed al-Latif al-Qanou hailed the bloodshed. “The Jerusalem operation is the result of the crimes of the occupation and settlers against our people and the al-Aqsa Mosque,” Qanou said. “It reaffirms, with conclusive evidence, that Zionist terrorism will only be met with more heroic operations with a variety of means.”
Thursday, Israeli security service Shin Bet said it thwarted a smiliar bus bombing by a Gazan with a permit to work in Israel. “The agency arrested 31-year-old Fathi Ziad Zakot, a resident of Rafiah in the southern Gaza Strip. Palestinian Islamic Jihad recruited Zakot to plant a bomb on a bus in the South of the country. The bomb and other materials were seized by security forces”, according to Jerusalem Post.
In Shechem (Nablus), terrorists attacked Israeli civilians who wanted to visit the Tomb of the Patriarch Joseph, which is occupied by the Arabs. Jews are supposed to have access to the Holy Sites of the Bible but are routinely attacked, even under Army escort. The soldiers responded with live fire. According to the Palestinian Authority outlet WAFA, 16-year-old terrorist Ahmed Shehadeh was killed and ten others were wounded. The civilians and the soldiers got out safely .
Additionally, Israeli security forces apprehended two terrorists in the Biblical city of Hebron, which is also under Arab control.
The Israel Guys: TWO TERRORIST Attacks in Jerusalem in the Same Day
Meanwhile, the Biden regime is putting pressure on prospective Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu not to appoint hardliner Bezalel Smotrich as Minister of Defense. “US Ambassador to Israel Tom Nides hinted to Netanyahu that the Biden administration opposed the idea of the defense ministry portfolio being given to Smotrich”. writes Israel Hayom.
“How can the US pressure Netanyahu to ignore election results? America is supposed to be the world’s greatest bastion of democracy. How could the US pressure Israel’s leader to ignore the results of a democratic election with more than a 70% turnout?”, writes Martin Oliner for the Jerusalem Post. “The pressure from Washington should have persuaded Netanyahu to do the opposite of what the Biden administration wanted. He should have announced Smotrich’s appointment as defense minister that very day.”
Hardline hero and former Likud Speaker of the Knesset Yuli Edelstein called for the establishment of a right-wing government immediately. “This roulette must stop. The State of Israel cannot stand idly by while its citizens are threatened and do not know if they will return home at the end of the day.”
“The [Lapid] government has lost its way and its right to rule. The right has received the public’s trust and it is our duty to make agreements and establish a strong government as fast as we can.”
The Coalition for Jewish Values (CJV) slammed the State Department on Monday for its allotment of U.S. tax dollars to the Palestinian government, which is funding a program known as “pay to slay,” in which money is funneled to convicted terrorists and their families.
The CJV says the State Department is engaged in a “blatant double standard” on support for terrorism, given its recent comments accusing right-wing Israeli politician Itamar Ben-Gvir of “celebrating the legacy of a terrorist organization.”
“The State Department is funding the [Palestinian Authority’s] ongoing support for terror while rushing to wrongly condemn Ben-Gvir for attending a memorial service for someone who died over three decades ago,” Rabbi Steven Pruzansky, CJV’s Israel regional vice president, said in a statement provided to the Washington Free Beacon. “This reflects both an egregious violation of American law and a blatant double standard, at odds with the State Department’s proclamations of neutral and fair treatment. We can and should expect better from the U.S. government and its officials.”
