RINO January 6 Committee vice chair Liz Cheney told ABC’s Jon Karl that the Republican Party cannot survive if Trump is the 2024 nominee.
“Will the party survive in the way you’ve known it if Donald Trump is again chosen?” Jon Karl asked Cheney.
“It can’t survive if he’s our nominee,” Cheney said. “I think that he can’t be the party nominee. I don’t think the party would survive that.”
“Those of us who believe in Republican principles and ideals have a responsibility to try to lead the party back to what it can be and to reject so much of the toxin and the vitriol,” Cheney said.

Let’s check in on Liz Cheney’s re-election campaign since she’s such an expert.
As TGP’s Kristinn Taylor reported last week, Cheney mailed campaign brochures to Wyoming Democrats with instructions on how to switch parties to be able to voter for her in the state’s closed August 16 Republican primary. Cheney is getting crushed in recent polls by her Trump endorsed opponent Harriet Hageman with Hageman at 56 percent and Cheney at 28 or 26 percent support.
Cheney is trying to use Democrats to save her political career.
Then this happened…
After the Supreme Court overturned Roe v Wade, she celebrated the ruling.
And the Democrats turned on her.
Womp womp.
President Trump got 74 million votes in 2020 and his endorsements still carry weight.
Liz Cheney should sit this one out.
