SIG doesn’t list any runtime information on the product page but I think we can assume that it will be less than 1.5-hours since it has more power output than the previous FOXTROT1X and makes use of the same type of battery. The 1913 adjustable rail interface should prove to be a useful feature for adjusting the light to fit on various pistols and with various holster setups. While the momentary-on mode seems to be standard practice for most people, some may like to opt to use the latching mode which turns the momentary switch into a standard on-off switch. Additionally, users can use the left and right paddles for various combinations of latching and momentary modes. All of these modes are available to the user and are done by using a combination of button presses detailed in the user manual. The listed price of the new SIG FOXTROT2 is set at $160.99 which puts it around the price of a new Streamlight TLR1.
