Earlier this week, The Babylon Bee caught the wrath of the woke warriors at Twitter when the satirical outlet awarded its “Man of the Year” award to Biden’s Assistant Secretary of Health Rachel Levine.
The joke, which was clearly a parody of Levine’s recently awarded title of “woman of the year” from USA Today, was not received well by Twitter’s speech police, who hit the Bee’s account with a ban for breaking the platform’s rules against “hateful conduct.”
After Suspending the Satirical Outlet’s Main Account on Sunday, The Babylon Bee’s Editor-In-Chief, Kyle Mann, became the latest victim of Twitter’s heavy-handed censorship after he dared make a joke at the tyrannical Big Tech platform’s expense.
In response to the Bee’s punishment, Mann mocked Twitter for its completely arbitrary standards regarding what they choose to censor, joking that they might be allowed back on the Bee’s main account if they took a page out of the Communist Chinese playbook and “throw a few thousand Uighurs into concentration camps.”
Mann’s tweet was quickly flagged by Twitter – also for breaking its rules against “hateful conduct.”
Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillon announced Mann’s suspension in a tweet on Tuesday.

Both Mann’s, and the Bee’s, accounts are eligible to be restored after a 12 hour time period has passed, but the clock does not start until the tweets that triggered the suspension have been deleted, which is not going to happen, according to Dillon.
Dillon joined Fox News’ Tucker Carlson on Monday night and slammed Twitter for suspending the outlet’s account. He has no intention of taking down the tweet, even at the risk of losing the ability to post permanently, because it would amount to “bending the knee” to Twitter’s woke ideology.
Dillon explained:
“No, we’re not. It’s like asking us to say 2+2=5. We’re sitting here looking at this email that tells us in order to reinstate our account and get access to be able to tweet again, we’ve got to delete this tweet. And the tweet’s a joke, that’s the first thing to get straight here. This is satire, it’s just a joke. It’s pretty harmless. It’s certainly not hurting anybody and this is a public official.
They’re asking us to basically bend the knee and say ‘we admit that this is hateful conduct, please keep us on your platform.’ And we’re not going to do that, so we don’t know where this ends. There’s an appeal process we can go through, but we’re not going to delete the tweet.”

The Bee is playing this exactly right – Never back down to the woke mob.
