BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Report Shows Fulton County, GA 2020 Election Had $2 million in OT without Support, 15 Missing routers, an Agreement with the SPLC to Put in Place Drop Boxes, And More

Fulton County Georgia is a mess.  The election results there are in question ever since election night when Ruby and her daughter jammed the same (Biden) ballots through tabulators continuously for more than an hour.  Today we have more on the election practices in the county from its own auditors.

We previously reported on audit work in Georgia related to the 2020 Election.  In one case, we uncovered that the firms used in Georgia by ‘Mr. Integrity’, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, were not certified as proclaimed and documents requested from a prior audit were manufactured much later, only after our request.

Georgia’s Corrupt Republican Leadership Gave Joe Biden Win By Less Than 12,000 Votes – Yet 460,000 Drop Box Ballots STILL MISSING Chain of Custody Documentation Required by Law

We also have evidence that state leaders, including ‘Mr. Integrity’, knew they had problems on Election night but ignored the issues and related fraud.

Today we discuss a Fulton County, Georgia, County Auditor’s report that to date has received little attention.  The findings from the report include several damning revelations.

  1. Lack of operating procedures
  2. Inconsistent procurement procedures
  3. Untimely payment of invoices
  4. Lack of supporting documentation (including nearly $2 million in overtime)
  5. Improper payment of services (the County paid seven invoices to Atlanta Public Schools)
  6. Inadequate safeguarding of assets (15 routers out of 260 could not be physically located)
  7. County failed to return $40,000 in a grant from the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) to purchase drop boxes
  8. County failed to tell SPLC how many ballots were dropped in drop boxes per grant requirement
  9. Accounting records were a mess

What stands out is the millions in overtime without corresponding support, the 15 missing routers, an agreement with the SPLC to put in place drop boxes, lack of records of how many ballots were dropped in drop boxes, and more.

We obtained invoices from Fulton County related to their contract with voting machine company Dominion and noted that the County paid staff $250 an hour for overtime.  Another invoice shows Dominion’s rate on election day went up to $5000 a day per person from its regular $2,000 per day!

Below is a bill dated January 31, 2021 where $407,000 was paid to Dominion.  Note the daily rate escalated to $5,000 per employee per day on the election day.

Here is the third bill between Fulton County and Dominion for the amount of $1,297,260, dated March 31, 2021.  However, the related purchase order also attached is dated after the bill, on April 6, 2021.  It’s backward to have a purchase order after being billed for goods.

Fulton County was a mess and the activities of its employees surrounding the 2020 Election were corrupt.  To certify the results from this county in the 2020 Election, a man would have to have no integrity.   A man would have to be corrupt.
