100 Percent Fed Up reports – On Wednesday, the CEOs of American Airlines, Delta Airlines, United Airlines, Southwest Airlines, and other major carriers sent a letter to Joe Biden urging him to end federal mask mandates on airplanes as well as international pre-departure testing requirements. Citing scientific data, the airlines implore Biden to lift the travel restrictions on airlines so the US travel and tourism sectors no longer needlessly struggle.

In the letter, the CEOs explain that they have followed all instructions regarding Covid-19 policies thus far, but request that now their companies are able to follow the scientific evidence and data that show we are no longer in a severe state of this pandemic.

The letter reads:

“Our industry has leaned into science at every turn. At the outset, we voluntarily implemented policies and procedures… to form a multi-layered approach to mitigate the risk and prioritize the wellbeing of passengers and employees.”

It then continues to argue that the situation, and scientific recommendations, have drastically changed and it is time to start recognizing these facts:

“However, much has changed since these measures were imposed and they no longer make sense in the current public health context… Given that we have entered a different phase of dealing with this virus, we strongly support your view that “COVID-19 need no longer control our lives.

Now is the time for the Administration to sunset federal transportation travel restrictions – including the international predeparture testing requirement and the federal mask mandate – that are no longer aligned with the realities of the current epidemiological environment.”

The CEOs are insisting in this letter that the Biden administration consider the negative impact the unnecessary federal mandates have on the US travel and tourism industries. They even quote Biden himself in saying that “Covid-19 need no longer control our lives”, pressing him to follow through on what he says.

While the US maintains all travel restrictions, the UK, EU, and Canada have all done away with the futile mandates. “The U.S. inconsistency with these practices creates a competitive disadvantage for U.S. travel and tourism by placing an additional cost and burden on travel to the U.S.,”  the airlines argue.

The letter asserts that it “makes no sense that people are still required to wear masks on airplanes, yet are allowed to congregate in crowded restaurants, schools and at sporting events without masks.”

The airline CEOs even advocate for the well-being of their employees that are made to enforce these mandates on the aircraft, which has been impacting their personal wellness.

They emphasize that it is “critical to recognize that the burden of enforcing both the mask and pre-departure testing requirements has fallen on our employees for two years now. This is not a function they are trained to perform and subjects them to daily challenges by frustrated customers. This, in turn, takes a toll on their own well-being.”

Finally, the letter also points out that those who still wish to wear masks for their own protection are more than welcome to do so, especially considering the “availability of high-quality masks”. In addition to the masking, airplanes also have “hospital-grade cabin air”, which is stressed in this letter.

Biden has not yet issued a response to this request.

On Tuesday, Ted Cruz got his first crack at questioning Biden Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, and the Texas Senator did not hold back one bit.

Cruz, who attended Harvard Law School at the same time as Jackson, used his legal expertise to grill his former classmate over her extraordinarily lenient sentencing record when it comes to sexual predators – especially ones who possess child porn.

Following up on Sen. Josh Hawley’s opening remarks yesterday, in which he laid out Jackson’s troubling history with these types of offenders, Cruz broke down each of the ten cases involving child pornography that Jackson presided over and showed exactly how much time she shaved off their recommended punishments.

In every child pornography case – 10/10 – Jackson gave the mandatory minimum sentence that was allowed by law, and/or drastically reduced their jail time far below the prosecution’s recommendation.

And, as Cruz points out, that’s while she served in the Washington DC District Court, which has prosecutors who are substantially more ‘liberal’ than most areas in the country.

Yet, somehow, Jackson inexplicably reduced jail time for these crimes by an average of nearly half (47%) “100% of the time,” according to Cruz.

Riffing on the current situation in Ukraine and the ever-changing mindset of liberal progressive activists, Campbell wailed and stamped his feet over some of the most pressing injustices at the forefront of the woke agenda, while wearing his “Biden for President” shirt, to boot – not a common sight.

For his closing statement, Campbell launched into a weepy-triggered meltdown over Brionna Taylor – the black woman who was shot during a no-knock raid by police and sparked a nationwide BLM revolt – saying that his “only regret” is that he, himself, couldn’t stop her “killers.”

Campbell really brings it home with his finale, hitting all the woke stereotypes perfectly, and in the most neurotic triggered way possible.

“My closing statement: my only regret is that I didn’t stop Brionna Taylor’s killers. I still remember it like it was yesterday, I was shopping at Target in the pride section, looking for a shirt for my six-year-old, openly gay-transgender nephew after I got off work at Starbucks, where I’m a barista. But at least I know that I was helping the LGBTQ community while Brionna Taylor was killed.”

Campbell’s time is up at this point, but he plows ahead and finishes the performance. The show must go on.

“Every night I lay on my pillow and I pray that Dr. Fauci will make a vaccine for white supremacy. I HATE MYSELF.” he shrieked.

Unsure if this was a serious individual or not, the chairman of the board attempts to move on, saying “thank you, that’s your time. We appreciate it,” but Campbell had one more burst of energy, unleashing a series of harsh shrieks and taking a knee in honor of Colin Kaepernick before finally handing the floor back to the committee.

The baffled chairmen then called a five-minute recess; they had no clue what to make of what just happened.

This is a trolling masterclass. The best part is the man in the black suit who eventually can’t contain his laughter (around min mark 1:30) once he realizes what is actually going on.

US District Judge Trevor McFadden, a Trump appointee on Wednesday ignored the recommendation from federal prosecutors and sentenced a Texas florist to pay a $5,000 fine and serve two months probation for entering the Capitol on January 6. Jenny Cudd entered the US Capitol on January 6 and Biden’s rabid DOJ asked the judge to sentence her to 75 days in jail, one year of supervised release and 60 hours of community service, WUSA reported. Cudd’s lawyer, Marina Medvin, argued her client was being recommended jail time for a non-violent offense because of her political views. And Judge McFadden agreed. Judge McFadden blasted the DOJ’s prosecutors and said their recommended sentencing of Cudd was “disproportionate” to other left-wing protestors during Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court hearings. “It does feel like the government had had two different standards here, and I can’t abide by that,” McFadden said, according to WUSA. WUSA reported:

A Texas florist who bragged about storming the Capitol on Jan. 6 and promised to join in “the next one” will pay a large fine and serve a short probationary sentence — avoiding the jail time prosecutors argued she deserved.

Jenny Cudd, of Midland, Texas, appeared before U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden for sentencing Wednesday on one Class “A” misdemeanor count of entering and remaining in a restricted building. After hearing arguments from the prosecution and Cudd’s attorney, McFadden sentenced her to pay a $5,000 fine and serve two months of probation. She was also required to pay $500 in restitution, which her attorney said she had already done.

Prosecutors had asked McFadden to sentence Cudd to 75 days in jail, a year of supervised release and 60 hours of community service. Assistant U.S. attorney Laura Hill said Cudd prepared for violence on Jan. 6 by wearing a bulletproof sweatshirt, engaged in a self-described push against law enforcement and celebrated property destruction after leaving the Capitol. She also pointed to her apparent lack of remorse for her role in the riot, as evidenced by repeated statements since Jan. 6.

Cudd’s attorney, Marina Medvin, accused the DOJ of “gamesmanship” and suggested prosecutors were recommending jail time not because of her individual actions, but because of her political views. She dismissed Cudd’s social media statements as “drunken tirades” and repeatedly drew comparisons to how federal prosecutors have charged, or not charged, protestors in Portland and during the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. McFadden was the right audience for those arguments, having repeatedly made the same comparisons himself during other hearings in Capitol riot cases.

Before delivering his sentence, McFadden said he didn’t believe in “aggregate justice” and that he found the DOJ’s sentencing recommendation for Cudd “disproportionate” from others with similar conduct.

Things got heated between Ted Cruz and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Dick Durbin (D-IL) during day three of Ketanji Jackson’s SCOTUS confirmation hearings on Wednesday.

The Senators clashed in a contentious moment towards the end of Cruz’s allotted time for questioning, with Durbin – who Cruz accused of taking up a substantial amount of his time by filibustering for Jackson – jumping in and attempting to move to the next speaker before he could get an answer to his last question about Jackson’s lenient sentencing for child porn offenders.

After completely demolishing Jackson over her judicial record for 20 straight minutes and providing a detailed account of specific cases, Cruz asked the radical SCOTUS nominee to explain why – “in 100%” of the child porn cases she presided over – she punished the offenders with “very low” sentences that were well below the recommended punishment.

“I’m trying to understand how you see someone who possesses images of infants and toddlers being sexually violated and you sentence them to 64% below what the prosecutor’s asking for. You don’t provide a justification other than a generic concern that the guidelines are too high – you don’t provide a justification as required by statute.

I’m asking you why – and giving you an opportunity to explain to the American people – why in 100% of the cases – you had people with vile crimes, and you had language saying that they were vile crimes – but then you sentence them to very, very low sentences, and why do you consistently – 100% of the time – choose to do that?”

As she has done the whole time, Jackson filibustered with a word salad that has nothing to do with Cruz’s very specific question – one which he had laid out the context for multiple times already during Wednesday’s hearing, and that has been brought up consistently throughout the proceedings, so there is no excuse for this non-answer.

“Senator, no one case can stand in for a judge’s entire sentencing record. I’ve sentenced more than 100 people and you have 8 or 9 cases in that chart…” Jackson says before Cruz cuts her off and restates the specific ask, yet again.

“Ok, judge. You said that before. These are the 8 or 9 child porn cases,” Cruz points out.

At this point, Durbin jumps in to run interference and unbelievably tells Jackson that she can just ignore Cruz’s question and she doesn’t need to answer it.

Since when? Durbin, who was around for the Kavanaugh and Barrett confirmations, participated in the personal smear campaigns of conservative justices and sat on his hands when his colleagues asked idiotic ‘gotcha’ questions like “do you like beer?” – proving, once again, that if Dems didn’t have double standards, they would have no standards at all.

“I just want to say, judge, there’s no point in responding – he’s (Cruz) going to interrupt you,” Durbin interjects.

“Look I appreciate the chairman trying to filibuster. If you don’t like your witness’s answers you’re welcome to provide your own,” Cruz fires back. “She [Jackson] is declining to answer the question and, chairman Durbin if you want to be here on the bench [where Jackson is] you can.”

After detailing more of Jackson’s horrific track record, Cruz is wrapping up his time with a final question when Durbin jumps in again and attempts to cut his time off and move on, sparing Jackson the need to answer the damning question.

Naturally, Cruz didn’t appreciate the curtain call, which he let Durbin – and everyone else knows loud and clear.

Cruz: “You have a pattern – it doesn’t matter how egregious the case is – Sen. Hawley talked about the Hawkins case where you had an eighteen-year-old with pictures of boys as young as eight being sexually assaulted and raped – and you sentenced him to just three months in jail. And I will point out the Stewart case… you describe that he had over 6,700 images and videos – so that’s a lot, 6,700 is a lot of kids being sexually assaulted. 

Durbin: *bangs gavel* “time has expired.” 

Cruz: You have taken over a minute of my time, Mr. Chairman.

Durbin: “You’ve been given extra time – you usually ask for it, you were given it.”

Cruz: “I know you want to interrupt. I know you don’t like this line of questioning. you’ve consumed a substantial time of my questioning and I’m going to ask my questions – and if you want to testify you’re welcome to.”

Durbin: “I just want you to play by the rules. You play by the same rules as every other senator.”

Not playing along for a second, Cruz plows ahead with his question to Jackson anyway despite Durbin banging his gavel and attempting to cut him off throughout.

From Cruz:

“Judge, in the Stewert case, you said from the bench: ‘although this is not necessarily an atypical case, your child pornography possession crime was egregious in the court’s view.’ Okay, so this is a bad one. If you’re actually sentencing defendants you said this was egregious – and what did you sentence Stewert for? The guidelines said 97-120 months. The prosecution said 97 months. You said it’s egregious – 6,700 images [of child porn] – you come in with 57 months.

Why did you sentence him to just 57 months in the Stewart case? Do you want to address that? Because you claim that it’s cherry-picking. In fact, you’re welcome to explain any of these cases, but let’s take the Stewart case. Why did you sentence him for half the amount?”

Before Jackson can respond, Durbin interjects again, calling on the next Senator to speak and saying that Cruz is not being recognized, causing the pair to duke it out a second time.

One thing is clear, the Dems are doing everything they can to protect Jackson from her own record, and to hide it from the American people.

Jackson is the most radical SCOTUS nominee in history, and it doesn’t look particularly close. If she is confirmed to the highest court, you can bet that it won’t turn out well for the rule of law as we know it.

Maricopa County and Secretary of State Katie Hobbs are currently under investigation for the elections law violations and hundreds of thousands of ballot discrepancies discovered by the Maricopa County election audit.

They’re all working together with nonprofits to cover up the rigged 2020 Presidential Election.

Like Maricopa County Supervisor Bill Gates, who recently appeared on a John McCain Institute video seminar with Soros-funded Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Stephen Richer is cooperating with Soros-funded Katie Hobbs to cover up the stolen 2020 election. Strange!

The Issue

Election thief Katie Hobbs, who is currently under investigation by the Arizona Attorney General for 2020 and 2022 elections law violations, read a scripted speech to the crowd.

After Hobbs called supporters of election integrity “Democracy deniers” and finished her speech, Conradson attempted to respectfully approach her.

Hobbs immediately started to run before Conradson could ask a single question. 

In the video below, Conradson catches Katie Hobbs running from him and says,

Secretary Hobbs, Secretary Hobbs, Secretary Hobbs are you worried that the Attorney General will prosecute you?

Katie Hobbs ran inside the building, and another attendee stopped Conradson saying, “the Secretary of State just went inside.”

Minutes later, Conradson was removed from the event while next to Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer.

“You’re making one of our patrons very uncomfortable,” said the venue employee.

This same thing happened one year ago with Katie Hobbs. She is deeply disturbed by the truth coming out.

These people are terrified of real questions about the stolen 2020 election!

This should help the inflation problem. California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) on Wednesday said he wants to give the car owners of his state $400 gas cards to help ease the pain at the pump. The average price of gas in California is $6 per gallon. Newsom and the California Democrats are proposing $11 billion in relief, including a $9 billion tax refund for rising gas prices. Every registered car owner in California will receive a $400 gas debit card – maximum of $800 if the person owns two cars. Three months of ‘free’ public transit will be offered to people who don’t own cars. Newsom also blamed Putin for the soaring gas prices even though gas prices were rising before the Russian invasion of Ukraine. “We’re taking immediate action to get money directly into the pockets of Californians who are facing higher gas prices as a direct result of Putin’s invasion of Ukraine,” Newsom said. chart courtesy of Zero Hedge The San Francisco Chronicle reported:

Gov. Gavin Newsom unveiled a proposal Wednesday to blunt California’s highest-in-the-nation gas prices by giving every vehicle owner in the state a $400 tax refund in the form of a debit card.

Newsom’s announcement is part of an $11 billion package his office said would help residents deal with the high price of gasoline, which has soared to a statewide average of $5.87 per gallon.

The debit cards would be mailed to the registered owners of vehicles, with a maximum of $800 per person for those who own more than one vehicle. In addition, Newsom wants to provide relief to non-drivers by making rail and mass transit service free for three months.

Newsom needs lawmakers’ support to approve the rebate plan as part of the state budget, so the payments could start by July. But that prospective delay sparked sharp criticism from Republicans, who’ve demanded the state provide both a rebate and more immediate relief by suspending the gas tax of 51 cents per gallon.

Millions of people could get $400 debt cards if the plan is approved. According to the DMV, there are more than 35.8 million registered vehicles in California, though that number includes people with multiple titles. Rebates would also go to drivers who have electric cars or those with lease agreements.

The German government has begun prosecuting its citizens for thought crimes, raiding the homes of hundreds of Germans who have allegedly leveled insults against politicians online.

In an effort to prosecute”criminal content” contained in over 600 statements posted on the internet, Federal Criminal police raided scores of apartments and houses for incriminating evidence on Tuesday and interrogated 100 people across 13 German states for allegedly posting hateful remarks against elected officials and question the results of the 2021 federal election, the German news publication Der Spiegel reports.

“Railing against elected officials is outlawed in Germany and warranted a so-called “joint day of action,” Bundeskriminalam, Germany’s Federal Criminal Police Office, warned in a press release.

“The basis for these investigations is Section 188 of the Criminal Code (StGB), which was revised in spring 2021 and makes insults, slander and defamation of people in political life particularly punishable,” the statement reads. “Public officials and elected representatives are given special criminal protection under [Section]188 StGB, regardless of the political level, against hate postings.”

Those in the country who continue to violate Germany’s speech laws will be held accountable, cautioned President of the Federal  Criminal Police Office Holger Münch.

“Freedom of expression reaches its limits as soon as defamation, insults and threats are involved. With the action day, we are making it clear: Anyone who posts hate messages must expect the police to be at the door afterward,” Münch said, adding federal authorities will “also works intensively against hatred and hate speech on the Internet outside of such days of action.”

Germany is also targeting its citizens for holding populist viewpoints in the name of protecting democracy. Earlier this month, the German administrative court provided the nation’s domestic intelligence agency authority to surveil the populist Alternative for Germany, a political party with 81 seats in  Bundestag, the German federal parliament.
