On Tuesday President Trump requested that the Clinton-appointed judge overseeing his Russiagate case against Hillary Clinton and others be removed from the case due to obvious conflicts of interest.
President Trump recently sued a number of individuals and former officials for their actions related to the Russiagate hoax and attempted coup of his administration.
Somehow this case was assigned to a Bill Clinton appointed Judge Middlebrooks and Judge Ryon McCabe.
President Trump urged that the courts to replace the Clinton judge with someone who is not biased in the case.
New York – A 76-year-old woman was violently robbed as she tried to enter the front door of her Bronx apartment building shortly after midnight early Monday morning.
One of the robbers, a 13-year-old child, laughed as she robbed the elderly woman and threw her to the ground.
The elderly victim suffered a broken hip and complained of back pain after the robbery.
A 13-year-old girl who was allegedly the “main aggressor” in the violent robbery of a 76-year-old woman who tried to fend off three people as they fought to get in the front door of her Bronx apartment building earlier this week has been arrested, a police source with direct knowledge of the case said Wednesday.
The girl is accused of robbery and assault in Monday’s hip-fracturing attack on the woman at her Pelham Bay building, near Roberts and Hobart avenues, weren’t immediately clear.
Surveillance video obtained earlier this week shows the woman struggling to keep the front door of her building closed, but the attackers were able to force their way in.
One grabs the woman’s purse, spins her and throws her to the ground, a fall which broke the woman’s hip. After she falls, another suspect is seen smirking on camera. They took off out the front door with her purse, which had about $50 and her wallet, along with a debit card and insurance cards inside, authorities have said.
The 13-year-old attacker was arrested on Wednesday.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Wednesday confirmed Joe Biden is giving illegal aliens free (taxpayer funded) smartphones.
“Our team in Texas is saying that you guys are starting to give smartphones to border crossers hoping that they’ll use the phones to check in or to be tracked. Which part of that is supposed to deter people from crossing illegally into the States?” Fox News reporter Peter Doocy asked Psaki.
Psaki confirmed that Joe Biden is indeed giving illegal aliens free (taxpayer funded) smartphones.
Psaki said the illegal aliens need the free phones to check in with border patrol/immigration/law enforcement (they rarely do).
Texas Governor Greg Abbott will begin to use charter buses to ship illegal immigrants to Washington, D.C., as part of his strategy for the overwhelming influx of illegal immigrants.
Governor Abbott held a press conference today concerning Texas’ border security efforts in response to the Biden admin’s decision to drop Title 42 at the border on May 23.
Joe Biden announced that he plans to drop a Trump-era order blocking asylum seekers at the U.S. border on May 23.
Title 42 was used by President Trump in 2020 to expel migrants seeking asylum during the Covid pandemic.
According to Fox News national correspondent Bill Melugin, Texas Governor Greg Abbott will begin using up to 900 charter buses to ship illegal immigrants to Washington D.C.
“To help local officials whose communities are being overwhelmed by hordes of illegal immigrants who are being dropped off by the Biden administration, Texas is providing charter buses to send these illegal immigrants who have been dropped off by the Biden administration to Washington, DC,” Governor Abbott announced in his press conference.
“We are sending them to the United States Capitol, where the Biden administration will be able to more immediately address the needs of the people that they are allowing to come across our border,” Gov. Abbott continued.
Gov. Abbott also announced to inspect vehicles as they cross the international points of entry into Texas effective immediately as part of his strategy to curtail the flow of drug cartel smuggling, immigrants, and drugs.
“Those two strategies are in addition to announcing the following actions to further deter illegal immigrants, including deploying boat blockades at appropriate regions in the Rio Grande River, deploying razor wire at low water crossings in high traffic areas, creating container blockades to drive people away from low water crossings,” Abbott added.
“Additionally, the National Guard will begin its first phase of mass migration rehearsals tomorrow to begin the preparation for what we are anticipating to be a potential mass influx of people coming across the border. All troopers and specially trained National Guard will be equipped with riot gear in case of potential caravan violence, like what we have all seen occur in Mexico as the caravans were making their way toward the United States,” Abbott continued.

There are a lot of troop movements, and the world is likely positioning itself for another massive world war. More sanctions are taking place today which will do two things: “higher energy prices, higher food prices.” They are going to make it increasingly difficult to afford to eat. “People, this is all being orchestrated! All of it! And as I’ve explained, forever, if you’re a member of the middle class especially, you are DONE! You are TOAST! The war is on you! The war is really against you. ” Mannarino explains.
It’s been going on for a very long time, but it is finally overtly obvious. “People, the situation is what it is. And it’s pretty simple to understand. The whole…the whole world is a stage, you know that. And it’s more like a chessboard and pieces are being moved all over the place. And it’s full of distractions, deceptions, and propaganda. And our job is to look through it all.”
Central banks are going to continue to inflate and make everyone’s lives more difficult. The blame is all on Russia/Ukraine, and people are ignoring that the banks are deliberately ballooning the money supply an ballooning their balance sheets to cause these issues.
The Federal Reserve and ruling class will create wars, problems, and crises, so they can continue to inflate in order to keep their power. “Ohio House Republicans introduced an education bill this week that would prohibit teaching young students about sexual orientation or gender identity,” CBS News reported.
The legislation would also ban Critical Race Theory (CRT) and prohibit instruction on the New York Times thoroughly debunked “1619 Project.”
“Curriculum about gender identity and sexuality has no place in K-3 classrooms, period,” State Rep for Ohio’s 63rd district, Mike Loychik said Monday.
The bill, sponsored by Representatives Mike Loychik and Jean Schmidt, would prohibit schools from teaching, using or providing “any curriculum or instructional materials on sexual orientation or gender identity” for students in kindergarten through third grade. For older students, schools would be forbidden from teaching, using or providing such material “in any manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards.”
If passed, the legislation would also provide an avenue for parents to file complaints against educators they feel have violated the rule, which could result in punishment ranging from admonishment to the revocation of their teaching license.
The language in the bill is very similar to that of Florida’s “Parental Rights in Education” law, which mandates that “Classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards.”
Trump supporter Matthew Martin (pictured above) was acquitted today of misdemeanors for entering the US Capitol on January 6, 2021. Martin was waved in by Capitol Police who waved in hundreds of innocent Trump supporters that day.
Martin has been persecuted by his government for walking into the People’s House. He did not cause any damage and left after several minutes.
Conflicted DC District Court Judge Trevor McFadden lectured Martin with some BS before he was let go today. Prosecutors incorrectly blamed the deaths of several policemen on that day.
“You understand that police officers died?” Justice Department prosecutor Michael Romano asked Martin.
At least nine people died in the riot or its aftermath. More than 100 police officers were injured. One officer died after he collapsed hours after being sprayed with bear spray and other officers who tried to quell the riot died by suicide in the months following the attack.
This is a complete lie pushed by the toxic left. Four Trump supporters were killed that day. Two women were brutally killed by police. Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt was shot in the neck by Lt. Mike Byrd and Rosanne Boyland was beaten with sticks and trampled when police pushed supporters on top of her that day.
One police officer died from a stroke the next day. Several other police officers committed suicide but their deaths cannot be pinned on that day. This is just a media lie that is now being repeated by Judges and political leaders today.
The Biden administration held a jury trial for Matthew Martin from New Mexico.
A federal judge on Wednesday acquitted a New Mexico man of misdemeanor charges that he illegally entered the U.S. Capitol and engaged in disorderly conduct after he walked into the building during last year’s riot.
U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden issued the verdict from the bench after hearing testimony without a jury in the case against Matthew Martin. McFadden, who was nominated by former President Donald Trump, acquitted Martin of all four counts for which he was charged.
Martin did not dispute that he joined hundreds of other people in entering the Capitol building during the riot. He is the third Capitol riot defendant whose case has been resolved by a trial. He is the first of the three to be acquitted of all charges that he faced,
The first two Capitol riot trials ended with convictions, although McFadden acquitted one of those defendants of a disorderly conduct charge after a bench trial last month. A fourth trial is being held this week in Washington, D.C., for a former Virginia police officer charged in the attack.
Martin was among hundreds of people charged with federal crimes arising from the siege on Jan. 6, 2021, when a mob of President Donald Trump’s supporters disrupted Congress from certifying Joe Biden’s 2020 electoral victory.
Martin, whose bench trial started Tuesday, testified that a police officer waved him into the building after the riot erupted. A prosecutor dismissed that testimony as “nonsense.”
Russia is behind much of the propaganda in the West that supports ‘green energy’ and banning fracking. This enables Russia’s dominance in the energy sector.
It is not difficult to see that certain countries would be happy to see the US and European countries step away from fracking and energy independence. Saudi Arabia, Russia, Venezuela and other oil producers are happy to see the US energy-dependent as they are now. This allows these countries to capitalize and provide the oil and gas necessary to keep the US and European economies going. The producers become rich and Americans and Europeans suffer.
China too would like to see the US energy-dependent so that the US does not get ahead of them in any way. American energy dependence also places the US at the mercy of other countries in many ways.
The best way to destroy America’s energy independence was to find corrupt politicians who were open to altering this matter. Of course, donations and dark money were likely part of the equation. This and the propaganda in the public realm to help soften the insanity of energy dependence is the strategy for Russia and likely other countries and corrupt politicians.
President Trump shattered the belief that the US had to be energy-dependent and was unable to be independent. Under his administration, the US was energy independent for the first time in decades. Now the Biden gang is destroying the policy of energy independence.

Most of the media is ignoring the results of the Mayoral election in Norman, Oklahoma on Tuesday because it spells bad news for Democrats in the fall. A white male Trump supporter ousted a woke Democrat white female, who had tried to defund the Norman police department:

“For far too long, the citizens of Norman have been victimized by the overreaching of the extremist council,” said Heikkila, who carried the backing of Norman’s Fraternal Order of Police and campaigned on increasing funding for the Norman Police Department.
Clark was the youngest woman to hold the mayor’s office when first elected in 2019. Her tenure saw an unsuccessful recall attempt and death threats over coronavirus restrictions and the city council’s decision to divert more than $865,000 from a proposed police department’s budget increase to pay for social services to help the city’s homeless, mentally ill and other vulnerable populations. Norman was the first city in the state to implement a mask mandate.
Norman, Oklahoma hosts the University of Oklahoma. In the 2020 election, Joe Biden supposedly won be a margin of 9 points over Donald Trump. This should be a wake up call for Democrats in Oklahoma at a minimum.
As Patty McMurray reported earlier — To anyone who may have thought Jada Smith wasn’t onboard with “the Slap,” here’s some proof that she was. Video footage shows her laughing as an unhinged Will Smith departs the stage after slapping Chris Rock.
The footage — recorded by a member of the Oscars audience sitting just two rows from the stage — went viral on social media Wednesday night, racking up more than 350,000 views.
In the vision, Smith can be seen storming off the stage and sitting back in his seat after assaulting Rock.
“Wow, Will Smith just smacked the s–t out of me!” Rock then remarks, with the video appearing to show Pinkett Smith’s head tilting forward with laughter.
Jada Smith’s laughter at her husband’s public display of violence at what is supposed to be a prestigious award show is as classy as it gets. Well, not quite as classy as her husband. However, it shows that the two really are made for each other.
This all begs the question: did she ask her husband to slap Chris Rock? It could be that she just found it funny, or that she antagonized it. Yet in either case, Will Smith’s slap certainly entertained her as much as it appalled others.
