New York officials initially said they were not investigating the mass shooting as terrorism, however the feds have changed their tune.
The US Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, Breon Peace announced on Wednesday during a press conference that Frank James has been charged with a federal terrorism offense.
“Today Frank James has been charged by complaint in Brooklyn Federal Court with one count of violating 18 U.S.C. 1992(a)(7), which prohibits terrorist and other violent attacks against mass transportation systems. Once apprehended, and if convicted, he will face a sentence of up to life imprisonment.” a statement from US Attorney Breon Peace’s office said.

The first bus containing dozens of illegal immigrants arrived in Washington, D.C on Wednesday dropping them off close to the U.S capitol one week after Governor Abbott’s announcement.
Governor Abbott held a press conference last week concerning Texas’ border security efforts in response to the Biden admin’s decision to drop Title 42 at the border on May 23.
Texas will begin to use charter buses to ship illegal immigrants to Washington, D.C., as part of Abbott’s strategy for the overwhelming influx of illegal immigrants.
“We are sending them to the United States Capitol, where the Biden administration will be able to more immediately address the needs of the people that they are allowing to come across our border,” Gov. Abbott announced.
A bus from Texas arrived in Washington, D.C. Wednesday morning, transporting dozens of illegal immigrants as part of Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s new plan to counter federal immigration policies during an ongoing border crisis.
The bus pulled up at approximately 8 a.m. local time, blocks away from the U.S. Capitol building. Fox News has learned that they came from the Del Rio sector in Texas, after coming to the U.S. from Colombia, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.
Upon the bus’s arrival in Washington, D.C., individuals disembarked one by one except for family units who exited together. They checked in with officials and had wristbands they were wearing cut off before being told they could go.
Still, the governor’s legal authority to transport busloads of migrants to the U.S. Capitol remains in question. The 2012 Supreme Court case, Arizona v. the United States, prevents states from making their own immigration policies.
Newsmax Congressional Correspondent Kilmeny Duchardt interviewed ten young immigrants from Venezuela and asked them why they decided to volunteer.
“They said that they know that they are a prop in all of this, but they wanted to come anyway because this allows them to get a ticket to where they’re going. Some of these migrants told me that they want to go on to Miami. They said they are very excited to be here. They feel welcomed,” Duchardt reported.
Republican Arkansas Senator John Boozman, who has been endorsed by former President Donald Trump, lied during an event on Tuesday about his vote to certify the election for Joe Biden.
Boozman also claimed that objecting to the certification would have been unconstitutional.
When asked by a constituent about if he voted to certify the election for Biden, Boozman became visibly uncomfortable.
“I don’t think I’ve heard, did you vote to confirm Joe Biden as the president? Did you confirm that?” the person asks.
“Did I vote to confirm… I voted for President Trump,” Boozman says, attempting to confuse the constituent and avoid answering the actual question.
The questioner did not back down, asking him again.
“When the electors meet, that’s done. At that point, a new president comes into office. So, there’s nothing that I could do,” Boozman said.
“You didn’t have a vote on that at all?” the person continued to press.
“No,” Boozman lied, before ranting about how we are a “nation of laws.”
Boozman did vote to certify Biden as the winner of the election and was outspoken about doing so.
As Gateway Pundit previously reported, Boozman was also recently caught on hidden camera comparing concerns about the legitimacy of the 2020 election to the Democrat’s Russiagate hysteria.
In the hidden camera footage obtained by the Gateway Pundit, Boozman said the 2020 election was okay, because Republicans investigated it.
“What are your thoughts on the legitimacy of the 2020 election? Like, is that something that we should continue to talk about or do you think that’s something that…” the woman asks.
Sen. Boozeman responds that, “as far as the legitimacy, I believe strongly that once the states certify… you know each state, they act independently once they certify, then it’s over. Okay, unless, you know, something blatant comes up. But we had a situation with a Republican justice department, you know, and the attorney general said, ‘It’s okay. We looked at these things,’ but once you certify them and go forward, then at that point it’s over.”
The senator also said Trump should “let it go” and that him wanting former Vice President Mike Pence to refuse to certify certain state was “absolutely nuts.”
“Once the state agrees that hey, this is.. This is the results…we’re going forward, then you have to let it go. This deal about Mike Pence being able to… That was absolutely nuts… that was just…” Boozeman says. “You know, if you’ve got a situation where somehow the Vice President can, they’d never leave office. You know, it’s just, it’s crazy… So I think once they certify, constitutionally, that’s where it ends and that’s Tom Cotton’s opinion.”
Sen. Boozman has previously praised Liz Cheney’s impeachment vote calling it a “vote of conscience” and said that she shouldn’t be punished because she was doing what she thought was “the right thing.”
He recently criticized the RNC for censuring Cheney and Rep. Adam Kinzinger.
The RINO senator has also said there was “no question” President Trump should be blamed for January 6th and indicated he should be charged in a criminal or civil court.
Sen. Boozman was a strong supporter of the Russia investigation.
In 2018, he attacked President Trump for calling it a “Witch Hunt” and said he wanted a “very thorough” investigation. When the special counsel was initially assigned, Boozman called Mueller a “great choice” and was incredibly supportive of the investigation.
In 2019, he indicated support for subpoenaing Donald Trump Jr.
Trump endorsed Boozman, likely at the urging of GOP leadership. Perhaps it is time for him to question the person giving him this advice.
“Senator John Boozman is a great fighter for the people of Arkansas. He is tough on Crime, strong on the Border, a great supporter of our Military and our Vets, and fights for our farmers every day. He supports our Second Amendment and has my Complete and Total Endorsement!” Trump said in his endorsement.
Boozman is being challenged by America First candidate Jake Bequette, who is an Army veteran, Trump supporter and former NFL player.
Sen. Boozman has said that he does not believe Trump should run in 2024, previously saying “I don’t see it happening.”
According to the SEC filing, Musk owns 73,486,938 shares of common stock out of 800,641,166 Twitter shares. That means, Musk now owns nearly 10% of Twitter.
Not everyone is happy with this latest development.
Elon Musk was sued on Tuesday by former Twitter shareholders who claim they missed out on the recent run-up in its stock price because he waited too long to disclose a 9.2 percent stake in the social media company.
In a proposed class action filed in Manhattan federal court, the shareholders said Musk, the chief executive of electric car company Tesla Inc, made “materially false and misleading statements and omissions” by failing to reveal he had invested in Twitter by March 24 as required under federal law.
Twitter shares rose 27 percent on April 4, to $49.97 (roughly Rs. 3,800) from $39.31 (roughly Rs. 2,990), after Musk disclosed his stake, which investors viewed as a vote of confidence from the world’s richest person in San Francisco-based Twitter.
Former shareholders led by Marc Rasella said the delayed disclosure let Musk buy more Twitter shares at lower prices, while defrauding them into selling at “artificially deflated” prices.
New York City subway shooter Frank James was still on the loose on Wednesday morning after shooting at least 10 people inside a Brooklyn subway station Tuesday. Officials say five victims are in critical condition but are expected to survive.
Frank James was a black nationalist and posted several videos on the oppression of black people.

Officials in Texas detected a bird flu outbreak at a commercial game bird operation in Erath County earlier this month, according to the Texas Animal Health Commission. This is the first confirmed case of High Path Avian Influenza (HPAI) in the state, and all 1,649 birds in the flock were euthanized to prevent the disease from spilling over into wild bird and commercial poultry populations.
In a report issued on April 3, the TAHC explained that after an increase in bird deaths at the Erath County location, multiple pheasant samples were submitted to the Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory. After testing positive for the H5N1 bird flu pathogen, the results were confirmed at the USDA’s Animal Plant Health Inspection Service National Veterinary Services Laboratories in Iowa.
The TAHC and USDA then made the decision to depopulate the entire mixed-bird flock, which included 448 pheasants and 458 quail, along with several hundred ducks, chukars, and pigeons. Although the TAHC could not provide additional information about the operation, Texas A&M Agrilife Extension has referred to it as a “game ranch.”
“The pheasants were being raised as game birds and they would have been released on the private property,” the TAHC explained in an email to Outdoor Life.
The agency added that it partners with TPWD on disease response in order to ensure “that infected birds cannot be released into the wild,” but the potential risk posed by this exact scenario is still a concern for bird hunters in the region. Fortunately, the TAHC believes that this outbreak was an isolated incident, and it confirmed that no other cases of HPAI have been reported in the state since April 2.
According to Greg Archer, a poultry specialist at the Texas A&M Agrilife Extension, an investigation into the Erath County outbreak is still ongoing. But since the pathogen has been known to spread via bird feces on the bottoms of shoes and tires, he said it is possible that it was “tracked in” by people working at the facility.
Archer explained that this form of HPAI has not made the jump from birds to humans, and he echoed the CDC’s belief that “the risk to the general public’s health from current H5N1 bird flu viruses is low.” Still, he said that commercial and backyard poultry producers in the state should practice higher levels of biosecurity and limit their flocks’ exposure to wild birds.
This outbreak in Texas is only the latest update in the nationwide struggle to contain H5N1 Avian Influenza. Since the disease was first discovered in a hunter-killed wigeon in South Carolina in January, it has taken a toll on both wild birds and commercial poultry throughout the county—and especially in the Atlantic and Central Flyways.
According to the Center for Disease Control’s most recent estimates, the bird flu has been detected in more than 600 wild birds across 31 states. But as we reported just last week, this estimate is on the low end and does not reflect the actual number of bird deaths that hunters have seen in the field in recent months.
As for America’s poultry farmers, who were devastated by the last major bird flu outbreak in 2015, the CDC has recorded 159 outbreaks at backyard and commercial poultry operations so far. Aside from the isolated case at the game bird operation in north-central Texas, most of these outbreaks have occurred in the midwestern and northeastern United States. More than 24 million birds—mostly chickens and turkeys—have either died or been euthanized as a result.

Inflation surged at its highest rate in more than 40 years.
“I acknowledge one must acknowledge that prices are going up, and that people are working hard and, in many cases, are worried about whether they can get through the end of the month and make it all work,” Harris said.
“What I can say is that people deserve to know that their president, that our administration, is concerned enough to do something about it, so that is what we are doing,” she added.
