BLM and other far-left protesters gathered outside of the Grand Rapids Police Department demanding justice for Patrick Lyoya, a black man who was fatally shot by police after resisting arrest.
Various videos of the scene show Lyoya, 26, and another passenger being pulled over in a residential neighborhood.
A police officer exits his patrol car and instructs Lyoya to stay in his car.
Lyoya exits his vehicle despite the officer yelling at him to “stay in the car” repeatedly.
After some back-and-forth over a license plate and driver’s license, the officer chases Lyoya and the two end up on the ground fighting over a taser gun.
The officer repeatedly tells Lyoya to “let go of the taser” – shortly after another struggle, the cop shoots Lyoya in the head

Jared Bridegan, 33, was ambushed driving home with toddler in his SUV in February. He stopped his car when he came across a tire in the road and was shot to death as his baby sat in the back seat.
The family is still searching for evidence to bring Jared’s killers to justice. And now they have help from prominent Geo-tracking investigators.

I would ask anyone who knows anything to come forward.”
The Murder
The father of four has 9-year-old twins from a prior marriage. He had just dropped the older children off at his ex-wife’s home in Jacksonville Beach a little after 7:30 p.m.
He and Bexley were in the family’s black Volkswagen Atlas driving south to their home in St. Augustine when they encountered a tire in the middle of the one-way road, according to Kirsten and police.
He stepped out of his vehicle and was shot, Sgt. Tonya Tator of the Jacksonville Beach Police Department told Fox News Digital. Authorities are investigating whether the tire was placed on the road to lure Jared from his car.
“Jacksonville Beach is a safe community and a murder of this nature is highly unusual,” Tator said of the neighborhood near the Atlantic Ocean and 15 minutes from the famed golf courses of TPC Sawgrass, which is home to the PGA Tour.
Judge Napolitano was on The Joe Hoft Show at the Real Talk radio network today. He discussed the Jan 6 incident and the horrors of the abuse taking place in DC.
The judge shared the following about those being held in the DC jail due to their actions on Jan 6.
None of them should be in jail. They should all be out on bail. Most jails are garbage, particularly inner city jails. There’s no political support for spending an nickle in there. Politicians don’t care because the public doesn’t care. So it shouldn’t be a surprise.
But what’s surprising is that they have been attacked violently and that they’ve been subjected to a disgusting environment for more than a few hours and that they’re in jail to begin with. I mean none of these people is a threat to society and all of them would gladly come back at time of trial and most of them shouldn’t be charged anyway because most of them are there to partake in 1st Amemdment protected behaviour.
The judge then talked about reading a piece by Roger Stone about the heartbreaking stories in the DC jail and then the Virginia state jail system.
The Feds are trying to wear these people down. They’re way overcharging them so they can get guilty pleas and they’re making their lives miserable so that the defendants will say to their lawyers, ‘get me out of here’, or ‘I’ll agree to testify to anything, just so I can have a decent night sleep and a decent shower and a decent meal.’ It shouldn’t be that way. It is an American Gulag.
Judge Nap went on to say:
Judges don’t like to tell jailers how to do their jails but when it’s a violation of a constitutional right, the judges should. The judges should be releasing these people, like I said. They should be released on a moderate amount of bail because the Constituion prohibits requiring an unreasonable amount of bail…The overwhelming majority are not accused of an act of violence…There’s every indication that these people should be given bail and they’re not…Judges are not doing their job. This stuff should make its way to the Supreme Court of the United States which rarely hears matters involving bail or conditions in prison unless a cause of death. But it needs to be exposed and it needs to be corrected.

Grant Dixon recently released a video summary featuring a series of graphs that revealed how the effects of Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) boosters have worn off quickly in New Zealand, particularly after the BA2 variant started circulating.
Dixon monitored the New Zealand Ministry of Health‘s coronavirus statistics during the last 15 months. By the start of April, the rate per 100,000 of COVID-19 hospitalizations for the booster skyrocketed compared to the rate of hospitalizations for unvaccinated people.
Prior to the pandemic, data showed vaccines that allow transmission could result in the evolution of more highly virulent pathogens.
At the same time, the New Zealand government has failed to record and take action on the alarming growth of infections among the vaccinated. Unfortunately, the country continues to encourage mass vaccinations despite reports of adverse effects linked to the vaccine.
Back in February 2021, Minister of Health Chris Hipkins and Director General of Health Ashley Bloomfield suggested that the adverse effects of coronavirus mRNA vaccination would affect only one percent of recipients. However, the final total was much higher than their estimate.
According to the 2021 St. John Ambulance report, ambulance cases increased by 6.8 percent in 2021 to 555,000. The vaccine adverse effect categories increased by 17,000 cases.
There was a also significant increase in recorded cases of chest pain (up 6,102 or 15.5 percent ) and breathing problems (up 5,195 or 14.4 percent), which correspond to increased cases of myocarditis and pericarditis.
Keep in mind that the St. John figures only include those “sufficiently ill to warrant the call of an ambulance.” In general, ambulance cases involve patients who are seriously ill and require urgent medical attention
Even before the pandemic, the criteria used by medical researchers to justify the use of new, potentially unsafe drugs have been drifting far away from “proof of effectiveness.”
To get any paper published, you need to exceed a probability of 95 parts in 100, 95 percent, or 19 in 20. This may seem like a reasonable threshold, but upon closer inspection, you will see that this just means that one specific thing happened. (Related: COVID “XE?” Just another BS “variant” to try to scare more people into taking more blood-clotting vaccines.)
These rushed trials weren’t conducted long enough to examine secondary effects of the vaccine in detail. At the same time, the long-term effectiveness and the extent of adverse effects were unknown.
This means the questions “how much, how safely, for how long and what else happened” remain unanswered despite the trials.
Up until the pandemic, the medical safety criteria applied to drug trials were more clearly defined. Shortcuts weren’t allowed since long trials can help prevent severe effects like illness or death.
If deaths occurred after a drug trial, the trials would grind to a halt to make way for serious reevaluation. But things have changed drastically because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
No one can say for sure if mRNA COVID-19 vaccines are unsafe, but they might also be ineffective against the omicron variant.
The pandemic caught the government unaware. Even though it has been confirmed for some time that the effectiveness of mRNA vaccination wanes rapidly, the potential extent of this and implications of viral evolution, along with repeated injections because of booster shots, were largely ignored.
All of this has happened because Big Pharma and governments across the globe worked together to force a product that hasn’t been adequately researched to the unsuspecting public.

The FDA on Thursday issued an emergency use authorization for a Covid-19 breathalyzer that can detect the China virus in less than three minutes.
According to the FDA, the InspectIR Covid-19 Breathalyzer is the size of a piece of carry-on luggage that “detects chemical compounds in breath samples associated with a SARS-CoV-2 infection.”
“Today’s authorization is yet another example of the rapid innovation occurring with diagnostic tests for COVID-19,” said Jeff Shuren, M.D., J.D., director of the FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health. “The FDA continues to support the development of novel COVID-19 tests with the goal of advancing technologies that can help address the current pandemic and better position the U.S. for the next public health emergency.”

The US Food and Drug Administration has granted emergency use authorization to the first Covid-19 test that spots chemical compounds associated with the coronavirus in breath, the agency said Thursday.
The FDA said the InspectIR Covid-19 Breathalyzer, which is about the size of a piece of carry-on luggage, can be used in medical offices and mobile testing sites. It can give results in less than three minutes.
The system separates and identifies chemical mixtures to detect five compounds associated with SARS-CoV-2 infection.
A study of the InspectIR Breathalyzer found it accurately identified more than 91% of positive samples and nearly 100% of negative samples. Similar sensitivity was found in another study that focused on the Omicron coronavirus variant. However, a positive result should be confirmed with a PCR test, the FDA said.

Hillary Clinton pal and Democrat megadonor Ed Buck was sentenced to 30 years in prison on Thursday in connection with meth overdoses of two black men at his West Hollywood apartment.
Buck was convicted and found guilty on all 9 felony counts, including two counts of distribution of controlled substances resulting in death last July.
Ed Buck loved to inject young black gay escorts with methamphetamine — the mother of one of Ed Buck’s victims described it as a fetish.
As previously reported, a black gay escort named Gemmel Moore died of a meth overdose at Ed Buck’s West Hollywood home in July of 2017.
The LA County District Attorney’s Office previously declined to prosecute Ed Buck saying the evidence was “insufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that (Buck) is responsible for the death of Gemmel Moore,” which sparked an outrage from family members and others in the community.
Jasmyne Cannick told FOX and Friends nearly a dozen black men have come forward to speak on their experiences with “serial predator” Ed Buck.
Ed Buck was finally arrested in 2019 after two black gay escorts died in his apartment from overdoses.
Buck, 67, was sentenced to 30 years in prison on Thursday.

Former Democratic donor Ed Buck was sentenced Thursday to 30 years in federal prison in connection with the overdose deaths of two men at his West Hollywood apartment.
Buck was found guilty last year of supplying methamphetamine to Gemmel Moore and Timothy Dean, who died in separate incidents in July 2017 and January 2019, respectively.
Buck, now 67, lured young Black men who were often experiencing homelessness, addiction, and/or poverty to his apartment for sexually charged sessions in which he would inject them with methamphetamine and drug them with sedatives, with and without their consent, federal prosecutors wrote in a sentencing memorandum.
“Buck’s insatiable appetite for injecting people turned lethal twice,” according to the memo, which had recommended a life sentence.
Buck solicited his victims in various ways, including using social media platforms, dating and escort websites, or via referrals from prior victims, including individuals he hired to do other work for him, offering a finder’s fee for referrals, evidence showed.
Buck — who has donated more than $500,000 to mostly Democratic causes and served in 2016 as one of California’s Electoral College members — was convicted of two counts of distribution of controlled substances resulting in death.
He was also found guilty of enticing Moore and another man to travel to Los Angeles to engage in prostitution; knowingly and intentionally distributing methamphetamine; and using his West Hollywood apartment for the purpose of distributing narcotics such as methamphetamine, and the sedatives gamma hydroxybutyric acid (GHB) and clonazepam.
