The US Supreme Court on Monday rejected an appeal from an Air Force Reserve who was removed from command after refusing to get the Covid vaccine.
Lt. Col. Jonathan Dunn was previously denied a religious exemption and removed from his post for refusing to get vaccinated.
Lt. Col. Dunn filed an emergency appeal with the Supreme Court, arguing he “acquired natural immunity to the disease” after getting Covid last summer, Fox News reported.
Conservative justices Alito, Gorsuch and Thomas said they would have sided with Lt. Col. Dunn.
The Supreme Court rejected an emergency appeal from a member of the Air Force Reserve who was punished over his refusal to take the COVID-19 vaccine.
Lt. Col. Dunn, who has served in the Air Force since 2003, filed the emergency appeal with the Supreme Court on April 9, noting that he “acquired natural immunity to the disease” after contracting coronavirus last summer and “has sincere religious objections to the COVID-19 vaccine”
The same three Justices who objected to Lt. Col. Dunn’s punishment in Monday’s ruling sided with the 35 Navy SEALs in March.
In the earlier case, Justice Alito wrote that the high court “does a great injustice” to the 35 Navy SEALs by “rubberstamping the Government’s request.”
“These individuals appear to have been treated shabbily by the Navy, and the Court brushes all that aside,” Alito wrote.

Crybully activist and Washington Post “journalist” Taylor Lorenz is doxing the creator of the popular “Libs of TikTok” Twitter account and went to the homes of the private citizen’s relatives as part of her harassment campaign.
You may remember that Lorenz was on television recently crying about being subjected to doxing and harassment for “being a female journalist.”
During the interview, Lorenz sobbed uncontrollably as she claimed that she has considered suicide due to severe PTSD from mean tweets directed at her.
“I have had to remove every single social tie. I had severe PTSD from this. I contemplated suicide. It got really bad,” said Lorenz.
“You feel like any little piece of information that gets out on you will be used by the worst people on the Internet to destroy your life. And it’s so isolating. It’s horrifying,” Lorenz whined.
Journalist, author and political commentator Jack Posobiec tweeted that Lorenz showed up to the homes of relatives of the woman behind “Libs of TikTok.”
The creator of Libs of TikTok, a young woman, has remained anonymous since the creation of the account, as she is constantly the target of death threats for reposting videos that Liberals publish themselves on social media.
Lorenz reached out to Christina Pushaw, press secretary for Ron DeSantis, as she intends to write about her for interacting with the account.
Lorenz also once doxed the unpolitical children of Pamela Geller, despite their mother being a target of ISIS.
Lorenz claimed that she was justified in doxing Geller’s children because “None of the girls have spoken out or denounced their mother’s extremist views.”
Psychological warfare has been a common tactic in conflict throughout history, however, with the advent of modern technology, the Ukrainians are taking the strategy to a whole new level thanks to the technological backing of the United States.
According to The Washington Post, the Ukrainian government, led by Volodomir Zelensky, has begun using US facial recognition technology to scan and identify the faces of dead Russian soldiers so they can then contact the families of the deceased – specifically the mothers – in order to horrify them and foment anti-war sentiment among Russian citizens.
In all, the Ukrainian government has run over 8,600 facial recognition scans on dead or captured Russian soldiers since the war began. The operation has been carried out by the country’s IT Army, which is made up of “a volunteer force of hackers and activists that takes its direction from the Ukrainian government.” The clandestine group says it has used the positive identifications obtained from the US-based technology to harass the families of 582 Russian soldiers.
The Ukrainian communications to the horrified family members included sending them photos of the abandoned corpses.

But some military and technology analysts worry that the strategy could backfire, inflaming anger over a shock campaign directed at mothers who may be thousands of miles from the drivers of the Kremlin’s war machine.”
Clearview AI’s technology has primarily been used in the US by federal and local law enforcement in investigations. The tool works by comparing photos of suspects or witnesses (or anyone else) to see if they match with any others in the Clearview database, which includes over 20 billion images from the internet, according to the Washington Post.
However, in Ukraine, the Clearview mobile app is reportedly being used to scan the faces of soldiers live on the battlefield. It has been such a ‘success’ that the company’s chief executive officer, Hoan Ton-That, bragged that Clearview AI is holding “daily” training calls with new police and military officials who are looking to begin using the system.
As of now, there are more than 340 officials across five Ukrainian government agencies who now have access to Clearview’s facial recognition technology, with more being added daily. Anyone trained in the system can access it 24/7 and use it as much as they want, free of charge, according to Ton-That.
The technology is so powerful and efficient that Ukrainian officials are apparently experiencing “oh, wow” moments when shown the tool because of the sheer amount of data produced when looking up individuals with the system. Everything from family photos and social media posts, to relationship details and personal information, can be found using a single photo of someone’s face, the Washington Post explained.
The technology brings an entirely new tactic to modern-day warfare.

Warren is right in that corrupt politicians in DC should not be able to trade in the markets with insider information and the ability to change the markets that they have.
Warren also says that to fight inflation companies must stop jacking up prices and stop making profits.
Warren is not really the best person to be promoting honesty in Congress. She spent years claiming she was an American Indian which likely helped her obtain a lucrative position at Harvard. Later it was discovered that she was no Indian at all.
A convicted murderer praised Soros-backed Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón and vowed to tattoo Gascón’s name after his charges were reduced, according to audio obtained by Fox News.
Luis Angel Hernandez, a member of the OTF gang who shot and killed a delivery person for marijuana during an armed robbery in 2018, was heard in a leaked phone call recording praising the woke DA.
Fox News has obtained audio of a convicted murderer saying he’s going to get Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón’s name tattooed on his face because the prosecutor massively reduced charges in his case.
“I’m going to get that n—–’s name on my face. That’s a champ right there. F—in’ Gascón,” says gang member Luis Angel Hernandez in a jailhouse phone call. The audio was first made public in an episode of “Tucker Carlson Originals” about Gascón called “Suicide of Los Angeles,” which is now streaming on Fox Nation.
Upon taking office, Gascón implemented a controversial directive that barred prosecutors from applying “enhancements” in nearly all cases, no matter how heinous the crime. Enhancements increase sentences based on the circumstances of a crime.
Hernandez faced enhancements for being a gang member, using a firearm in the commission of a crime, and for the “special circumstance” of committing murder during an armed robbery.
The enhancements were dropped because of Gascón policy, according to law enforcement sources.
That was cause for celebration for Hernandez.
“This s–t looking real good. Now we got a new DA in LA … so they’re going to drop a gang of, um, like my gun enhancement, my gang enhancement,” he says in the jailhouse phone call. “My gang enhancement is 10 years, fool, for being a gang member. And then the gun in the commission of a crime.”
Hernandez initially faced life without the possibility of parole, which is also barred by Gascón’s directives in nearly all cases.
“That’s the n—– right there, bro. He’s making historic changes for all of us, fool. I’m just grateful, fool. Like, I got good news off that s–t,” Hernandez says in the audio.
Hernandez pleaded guilty to murder and the personal use of a firearm. He will be eligible for youthful offender parole, which would limit his time in prison to 25 years.
“They’re like, ‘You’re coming home, blood.’ They already told me, my lawyer told me, ‘You’re coming home,’” he says on the call.
The leaked phone call is the latest headache for Los Angeles’s beleaguered chief prosecutor.

Hunter Biden showed up at the Easter egg hunt at the White House this weekend.

The first son was photographed alongside his wife, Melissa Cohen, 35, and his 2-year-old son, Beau, while mingling with other guests on the South Lawn of the White House.
It’s the first time the younger Biden has been seen in public since The Washington Post authenticated emails from his infamous laptop that were previously dismissed on March 30, the New York Post reported Monday.
Hunter was seen with his youngest child from his current wife. Hunter’s second-youngest child was not invited. The family doesn’t seem to recognize this little one because the child’s mom was a stripper in DC who unfortunately hooked up with Hunter.
There were no reports that Hunter was using drugs at the time but there were pictures of Biden’s Secretary of State Blinken keeping an eye on Hunter.
Hunter Biden really made the news when his ‘laptop from hell’ was left at a Delaware computer store a year before the 2020 Election. On the laptop were damning text messages of family workings where Hunter was urged to stay away from his underage relative. He also had folders of pornography, with some pictures showing Hunter smoking crack with hookers.
Hunter is a mess. There is no word if the parents who took their children to the event were warned about Hunter being there.
