Yesterday (Tuesday) the Biden gang said that they would appeal the decision based on the CDC’s decision on the masks. If the CDC decides to mandate the masks, the Biden gang will appeal.
Last night it was reported that the CDC was likely to appeal the ruling and petition to keep the mandate.
Tonight it was confirmed. The Biden Administration wants Americans to continue wearing surgical masks on planes and trains and will appeal the judge’s ruling.
The Justice Department has filed an appeal that seeks to reverse a judge’s recent ruling that ended the nation’s mask mandate on public transit. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had asked the department to appeal the decision, issuing a statement Wednesday that said the mandate “remains necessary for the public health.”
“CDC continues to recommend that people wear masks in all indoor public transportation settings,” the CDC’s statement continued. “CDC’s number one priority is protecting the public health of our nation. As we have said before, wearing masks is most beneficial in crowded or poorly ventilated locations, such as the transportation corridor.”
The corrupt and anti-American Biden gang is going after more tyranny. They want masks in place. They don’t work and never have prevented anyone from getting COVID. This is not based on science.
Harris announced the US called off anti-satellite missile testing.
“I am pleased to announce that as of today, the United States commits not to conduct destructive direct-ascent, anti-satellite missile testing. Simply put, these tests are dangerous and we will not conduct them,” Harris said. “We are the first nation to make such a commitment and today, on behalf of the United States of America, I call on all nations to join us whether a nation is space-faring or not.”
Then she dropped this gem…
“I think everyone here recognizes how extraordinary space is. Space is exciting. It spurs our imaginations, and it forces us to ask big questions. Space: it affects us all, and it connects us all,” Harris said.
Kamala Harris sounded like she was talking to a class full of kindergarteners.
And, as The Gateway Pundit previously reported, once Title 42 is lifted in May the numbers could double. This is what you call an open border. This is how Democrats destroy the country.
Title 42 was used by President Trump in 2020 to expel migrants seeking asylum during the Covid pandemic.
A county commissioner in Nevada has been accused of deleting text messages related to an alleged “quid pro quo” scheme with Democrat Governor Steve Sisolak that drove a developer into bankruptcy.
According to a recent court filing, Clark County Commissioner Justin Jones conspired with the governor prior to both of them taking office to harm a private company, Gypsum Resources, in exchange for a lawsuit being dropped against the county.
Jones is now accused of destroying “public records in an effort to conceal his improprieties relative to Gypsum.”
Lawyers for the company are accusing Jones of deleting texts from the time leading up to a key vote in 2019 that delayed Gypsum’s proposed housing project overlooking Red Rock Canyon — which was opposed by environmental activists who happened to be represented in a lawsuit against the county by Jones.
Jones, then a candidate for county commission, still represented the environmental nonprofit Save Red Rock in late 2018. Sisolak, at the time, was a commissioner running for governor.
In a pre-election email from October 2018, Jones wrote to a Sisolak campaign aide that he could dismiss Red Rock’s lawsuit against the county — if he would oppose a vote on the project, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
“Days later, Sisolak announced his support for delaying any vote until after the election, when two new commissioners would be seated — one of whom wound up being Jones,” the report explained.
Two weeks after that, Jones and Save Red Rock dropped the lawsuit.
As part of Gypsum’s bankruptcy case and lawsuit against county and commissioners, they requested all communications between the Democrat duo leading up to the vote. Despite a court ordering them to be handed over, an audit found that they were deleted and unrecoverable.
“A court-ordered forensic audit of Jones’ cell phone and iCloud accounts found that all of Jones’s text messages leading up to the April 2019 vote were deleted and unrecoverable, the court filing says. The earliest messages on Jones’s phone were from roughly six hours after the commission voted unanimously to deny Gypsum Resource’s request to waive a condition and proceed with their preliminary plan to develop 3,000 homes,” Breitbart News reports.
The report pointed out that “although Jones called Gypsum Resources’ allegations a ‘relentless smear campaign,’ his lawyers did not dispute the findings of the audits.”
“Gypsum and its lawyers have engaged in a relentless smear campaign against me since the day that I and my Commission colleagues unanimously voted to hold Gypsum to its own commitments regarding its ill-conceived plan to develop thousands of houses in Red Rock Canyon. This latest legal filing is just more of the same vindictive personal attacks designed to bolster its efforts to bankrupt the county,” Jones told the Review-Journal.
Gypsum Resources has requested a hearing to impose sanctions on Jones and the county over the alleged destruction of evidence.
Breitbart noted, “if granted, the court could impose ‘significant monetary sanctions’ against both Jones and Nevada’s Clark County. Given that Clark County recently struggled to make a multimillion dollar bond payment on the all new Raider’s Stadium amid shortfalls in room tax revenue, the lawsuit could spell financial ruin for the county.”
This year has certainly started with a bang, and our Photo Of The Day has never been so diversified. We’ve been from Novosibirsk, driven hunts to the Japanese Jungle already. It looks like the good ole boys in Tennessee don’t want outsiders taking their cake. The state passed a law that prevents outsiders from running for a US House if they haven’t lived in the state for three years.
Tennessee Republicans changed the law which prevented President Trump’s pic for the House in the state from qualifying for office.
A Trump-backed congressional candidate in Tennessee’s primary race was booted from the ballot after the local GOP voted to remove her because she had only just moved to the state.
Morgan Ortagus served as the State Department Spokesperson under former President Donald Trump and is currently a Navy Reserves officer. She was running to represent the district that encompasses Nashville, but is now unlikely to be able to continue her effort.
Trump had endorsed Ortagus in her bid to represent Tennessee’s 5th congressional district.
‘President Donald Trump believes I’m the best person to fight for his America First agenda and Middle Tennessee in Congress, and I’m working hard to ensure that my fellow Tennesseans, including TNGOP SEC members, understand why,’ Ortagus said in a statement on the decision to remove her.
‘As I have said all along, I believe that voters in Middle Tennessee should pick their representative — not establishment party insiders,’ she continued. ‘Our team is evaluating the options before us.’
The vote came after the GOP-controlled state legislature overwhelmingly passed a bill that requires congressional candidates to live in Tennessee for three years to qualify to run on primary ballots.
Republican Governor Bill Lee allowed the bill to become law after failing to sign it in the 10-day period.
Had the law taken effect before the April 7 filing deadline, it would have disqualified Ortagus from even filing on the primary ballot, but a spokesperson for Tennessee’s secretary of state’s office said it would not apply retroactively, according to the Associated Press…
…Two other candidates, Robby Starbuck and Baxter Lee, were also taken off the ballot.
USA Today confirmed that Ortegus was taken off the ballot.
The Tennessee Republican Party on Tuesday voted to remove three congressional hopefuls from the primary ballot in the new-look 5th Congressional District, including a Trump-backed candidate whose campaign riled some political insiders in the state.
Morgan Ortagus, Baxter Lee and Robby Starbuck were voted off the primary ballot by the party’s executive committee, Tennessee Republican Chairman Scott Golden confirmed Tuesday.
The RINOs in the Republican Party will do anything they can to keep their power. Like the Democrats, they will do anything, including changing rules that fit their agenda or ignoring election laws, like many states with Republican legislatures did in the 2020 Election with President Trump.
We saw similar actions as these across the country in states led by Republicans. The leadership of the party is like Mitch McConnell – old, cunning and power-hungry. McConnell and many of these state legislatures forgot that they work for the people.
True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips have been working with Dinesh D’Souza to create a bombshell movie that uses footage they obtained of ballot boxes in key states across America to steal the election in 2020.
Using commercially available geo-tracking cell phone data, True the Vote was able to take footage from drop boxes across America in key states like Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan to track over 2,000 mules (illegal ballot harvesters) wearing gloves and disguises to stuff ballot boxes. The ping data and footage that was obtained by True The Vote.
Earlier tonight, Jim Hoft of the Gateway Pundit and Patty McMurray of 100 Percent Fed Up interviewed Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips to ask about the incredible work they did to uncover a massive coordinated criminal ring that was spread across several critical swing states that Trump won in 2016, but curiously, lost in 2020.
The Gateway Pundit and 100 Percent Fed Up were able to provide footage from the drop boxes in Detroit to True the Vote to be used in the “2000 Mules” movie.
Thanks to the hard work and commitment of the Michigan Citizens For Election Integrity (MC4EI) and their team, who poured over hours of dropbox footage, we are able to begin sharing with our readers some of the stunning footage we showed during our interview with Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips.
In Michigan, according to M.C.L.A. 168.764a: An immediate family member or household member may deliver a ballot to the clerk for the voter.
In the video below, a woman, who is the passenger in a silver sedan, can be seen pulling up to the Farwell Recreation Center at 2711 E. Outer Drive in Detroit, MI. The camera catches her leaving the parked vehicle and walking with a stack of ballots in her hand to the absentee ballot dropbox. As she approaches the dropbox, a person behind her pulls up, rolls down the window, and appears to hand her a ballot (or ballots?) to drop in the box. She appears to take the ballot (or ballots?) and places it (them) into the dropbox for the person in the vehicle behind her. Next, she looks down at her stack of ballots and realizes they have not been signed. She takes the ballots back to the vehicle and fishes for a pen. Once she locates a pen, she begins to sign each individual ballot and stack them on the dashboard. When the video is slowed down, the pen she is signing the ballots with is visible to the camera.
After she’s signed all four ballots, she positions them in a neat pile (likely so it’s not obvious to the camera observing the dropbox that she’s carrying more than one ballot) and walks back to the dropbox and inserts them into the slot, and walks away.
Watch the incredible scene unfold here:
Dinesh D’Souza’s “2000 Mules” will be released on May 7th.
Here’s a clip from his upcoming movie “2,000 Mules,” which uncovers the multiple ways ballot harvesters stole the 2020 election.
“This one “mule” made 53 trips to 20 drop boxes.
He’s not alone.
We tracked 2,000 mules making multiple ballot drops.
Leaving no fingerprints.

The Harris County District Attorney’s Office blasted far-left judge Lina Hidalgo and told her to stop criticizing the grand jury that just indicted her top staffers.
Three of Judge Lina Hidalgo’s staffers were indicted last week after prosecutors expanded the investigation into an $11 million ‘vaccine outreach contract’ awarded to one of the judge’s political cronies.
Texas Rangers last month raided the office of Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo and executed a search warrant related to an $11 million ‘vaccine outreach contract’ awarded to one of the judge’s friends.
While Hidalgo was threatening to jail and fine people for violating her Covid rules, she was secretly trying to award one of her political cronies an $11 million ‘vaccine outreach’ contract.
Hidalgo ultimately panicked and canceled the $11 million vaccine contract after questions were raised that it was with a one-person firm with no experience.
Three of her staffers were indicted last week after Texas Rangers obtained a new search warrant and requested the Google accounts of Lina Hidalgo and 6 of her senior staffers.
Hidalgo lashed out at county prosecutors during an interview with ABC 13 last Wednesday, calling the charges ‘partisan politics.’
“At best, this is going forward with a fundamental misunderstanding of the facts and at worst, it is the weaponization of the criminal justice system for political purposes so I’m not going to play into that,” Hidalgo whined to ABC13. “My staffers are hardworking people. They work day and night for the people of Harris County and we’ve got work to do, like this catalytic converter issue or like childhood education, homelessness, huge wins.”
The Harris County DA’s office this week told Hidalgo to shut up and stop criticizing the grand jury.
The Harris County District Attorney’s Office responded Monday to an attack last week by Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, who characterized an indictment against three of her staffers as weaponizing the system with a “flimsy” case.
Following Hidalgo’s comments, the Harris County DA’s office is now defending the grand jury, which is made up of 12 community residents.
“Grand jurors give up countless hours of personal and professional time to serve and their service should never be disparaged or dismissed,” Dane Schiller, a spokesperson for the Harris County DA’s Office, said in a statement. “We want to thank the grand jurors in these public corruption cases for their hard work over a five-month period in which they reviewed voluminous documents and heard from numerous witnesses. Our work continues.”
Hidalgo’s campaign spokesperson, Toni Harrison responded Monday afternoon, saying, “No one is disparaging the grand jury – that’s a red herring to deflect attention from recent media reports raising important questions about this investigation. The fact is, we’ll never know what the District Attorney’s Office presented to the grand jurors because the process is secret. As we’ve said since the search warrant affidavits were made public, this investigation appears to have proceeded on a fundamental misunderstanding of the facts. We’re confident now that the legal process has moved into public view, the truth will come out and the staffers who have been wrongly accused will be cleared.”
