The TSA announced travelers will no longer be required to wear face masks after a federal judge overturned the travel mask mandate.
Fauci said he’s “surprised and disappointed” that a federal judge intervened and said mask mandates are the purview of the CDC.
“This is a CDC issue, it should not have been a court issue,” Fauci said. “We are concerned about courts getting involved in things that are unequivocally public health decisions.”
“That’s no place for the courts to do that,” Fauci said.

Former national security officials who claimed the reported contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop during the 2020 presidential election appeared to be “Russian disinformation” announced opposition Monday to legislation targeting Big Tech, claiming it would facilitate the propagation of Russian “lies.”
Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former Secretary of Defense and CIA Director Leon Panetta, and former CIA Director Michael Morell were among those who said in a Monday open letter that bipartisan antitrust legislation targeting tech companies would cripple efforts to counter Russian disinformation.
Big Tech, the Intel community and corporate media are working together to control Americans through the misinformation they provide. They don’t want to give this up. These are not good people.
Five of the teens were charged with beating the woman.
“As for whether the attack is being probed as a racially motivated crime, police said the department’s Civil Rights Unit has been notified.” Boston 25 News reported.
Five young teenage girls are facing charges in the brutal beating of a young woman in Downtown Crossing.
According to a police report, the juveniles pounced on the victim after making a comment about her hairstyle. The attackers reportedly called the victim “white [expletive] with braids” and told her she could not wear her hair in the style because she was “not Black.”
Witnesses told investigators that as many as 20 teens, some as young as 12 years old, swarmed the victim, who is 19 years old.
The juveniles are charged with pulling her hair, punching her and kicking her repeatedly near Washington and Winter Streets just before 7 p.m. Monday night.
“There were at least 15 girls chasing after the woman on the bike, and they started pounding on her,” said witness Christopher Jackson. “They got her down on the ground, and they were holding her down.”
Jackson, who works at a nearby flower stand, described the attack as unprovoked and brutal.
“Her face was all red and scratched. She got up, and she looked like she didn’t know where she was,” recalled Jackson.
Jackson told Boston 25 News that the teens also attacked two witnesses who intervened. Police allege the girls also assaulted responding officers and hurled “racially motivated insults” at them.
Great Lakes fishermen consider “goby” a hateful four-letter word. The little 4-to 10-inch bug-eyed fish is native to the Black and Caspian seas and invasive here in the U.S., where it spreads like wildfire in a high wind.
First spotted in 1990, the round goby exploded throughout the Great Lakes. In 2014, the little fish reached the Erie Canal. Now this pesky species has entered the Hudson River in New York and spread as far south as Poughkeepsie. State fisheries officials, scientists, conservationists, and anglers are ringing the alarm. The diminutive fish might appear harmless enough, except the bottom-feeder ravages the eggs of native sportfish species such as walleye and smallmouth bass. Moreover, gobies thrive in poor water quality, and are capable of surviving poor conditions much better than many native American species. Gobies also threaten the Hudson River’s much-loved striped bass.
“There’s no block on its spread,” Hudson riverkeeper Dan Shapley told the Albany Times-Union. “It will also spread into the tributaries of the river as far as it can. There’s no reason that I know of not to expect that it will spread throughout the river and may have already spread further south than Poughkeepsie … As people right now are going out and fishing for striped bass, we really want to get their attention.”
The Times-Union reports that gobies can impact stripers because the invasive species eats eggs of baitfish that stripers consume, which can lead to a striper decline and impact the entire river ecosystem.
According to the Times-Union, New York’s Department of Environmental Conservation is working on a plan that they’ll hopefully complete by May, which will outline its plan of attack. The DEC wants to prevent gobies from reaching Lake Champlain. Shapley already is concerned about other invasive species entering the Hudson. He wants to use the goby as a teaching model to thwart the spread of other species he says are sure to come.
“The really important lesson we want to learn from this is that it’s not just stopping the goby from further spread, it’s stopping the next invasion of the next fish or aquatic species through the Erie Canal, because that is our greatest vulnerability.”
The United States’ dictator, Joe Biden announced that he is going to continue to spur inflation with an $800 million aid package to Ukraine. This is after the ruling class already sent about the same amount of fiat currency to Ukraine earlier this month.
According to a report by ZeroHedge, this month’s first aid package included artillery and anti-artillery radar for the first time. The White House is searching for strategies to help deliver the military aid to Kyiv as quickly as possible because the White House and Biden’s military advisers believe the conflict has reached a ‘critical stage’.
We know the U.S. is broke, so all of these dollars are being created out of thin air, so expect inflation to continue to destroy your way of life as the ruling class gets more and more wealthy. Considering they don’t actually have to work for the fiat currency, all they have to do is create it out of thin are, we are the ones who will pay the ultimate price for these actions.
The actions of the American ruling class come as the Russian ruling class has declared a “victory” in Mariupol over the Ukrainian ruling class. Russian ruler Vladimir Putin urged Ukrainian troops holed up in the Azovstal steel plant to surrender, promising “decent treatment” for all and medical attention to the wounded. He ordered Russian troops to blockade the plant.
This war is only just beginning and the U.S. is insisting on keeping it going and ramping up tensions as Russia tests “Satan” missiles and Ukraine’s master warns of a nuclear war.

A December 2020 subpoena from the U.S. Attorney’s office in Delaware, obtained by CBS News, requested all documents “regarding [Hunter] Biden’s income, assets, debts, obligations, and financial transactions… and all personal and business expenditures.” The request specified January 2017 to the present.
The subpoena also requested a wide range of tax documents pertaining to Hunter Biden.
“All federal, state, local and foreign tax documentation related to Biden,” the subpoena reads, “including but not limited to, IRS Forms 1099, income and payroll tax returns, state tax returns, and amended tax returns.”
Hunter Biden’s personal and business conduct have been the subject of scrutiny — and the target of Republican political attacks — since the earliest days of the 2020 presidential campaign.
The move by federal authorities to obtain these records offers a new, if narrow, glimpse into the long-running investigation into the president’s son — a probe that began as a tax inquiry several years ago.
Lancaster told CBS News that in the fall of 2021, the Assistant U.S. Attorney in Delaware, Lesley Wolf, traveled to his Arkansas law office, joined by at least two federal agents, one from the FBI and the other an IRS enforcement agent. Lancaster said he and his client spent about half a day answering questions about Hunter Biden and his business practices.
Authorities in Russia and Spain are investigating the deaths of two Russian oligarchs who died one day apart alongside their wives and children.
Police departments in both countries where the bodies were found are speculating that the deaths were the product of a murder-suicide incident. In Spain, Russian oligarch Sergey Protosenya, 55, was found dead just out side their Catalan villa. His wife Natalia, 53, and daughter, 18, were found dead in their respective beds and covered in axe wounds. But Spanish authorities have not ruled out the possibility that Protosenya and his family were victims of an outside party who murdered them all and then staged the crime scene.
The villa on Spain’s Costa Brava is believed to be the family’s second home to their residence in France.
Protosenya, who is thought to have amassed a worth of over £333million, reportedly attacked his spouse and teenage daughter at the property after they travelled to the coast for Easter, Spanish outlet Telecinco reports.
Telecinco described how local police, Mossos d’Esquadra, turned up at the villa after Protosenya’s teenage son, who had not joined the family on holiday but remained in France, alerted authorities on Tuesday.
Yesterday, oligarch Vladislav Avayev, 51, his wife Yelena, 47, and his daughter, 18, were all found dead in their luxurious Moscow apartment. The three had suffered gunshot wounds. Russian police, like their Spanish counterparts, have suggested that these deaths might also be attributed to a murder-suicide but that they are considering every other possibility that could have made Avayev a target.
The bodies of Vladislav Avayev, 51, his ‘pregnant’ wife Yelena, 47, and their daughter Maria, 13, were found dead with gunshot wounds on Monday, according to Russian state media outlets.
The couple’s eldest daughter Annastasia, 26, reportedly made the grim discovery after she was unable to get in contact with her family.
Initial reports suggest Mr Avayev shot his family before he turned the gun on himself, but Russian police say they will investigate any potential links to his work and personal life.
Western media outlets have attempted to claim that Avayev murdered his wife after finding out the 47-year-old was pregnant with another man’s child. While this is a possibility, her age would suggest that it is rather unlikely.
What is intriguing and warrants investigation, however, is how remarkably similar these incidents are. Both were found dead with their families but are survived by their eldest child. That child alerted authorities after being unable to reach their parents. But perhaps the most salient similarity is the industry both men worked. Protosenya was the former chief accountant of Novatek and a former member of its board of directors. The company is the largest natural gas producer that isn’t directly controlled by the Russian government. Avayev was a former vice president of Gazprombank, which as the name might suggest, manages the pension fund for Gazprom, the largest state-owned energy corporation in the world and the largest natural gas company in the world. In other words, both of these men were intimately connected to the financing of Russia’s energy industry.
Gazprom holds almost 10% of Novatek’s stock.
Without speculating as to whether there is any concrete connection between these deaths, it may be worth mentioning that a third Russian oligarch related to the energy industry, Vagit Alekperov, stepped down from his position as president and chairman of LUKoil. LUKoil is Russia’s second-largest company after Gazprom. All three men are purported to be allies of Vladimir Putin.
A majority of Americans want Joe Biden to secure the porous southern border with tougher immigration policies. But the will of the American people falls on deaf ears under the Biden regime.
Customs and Border Protection encountered 221,2020 migrants illegally crossing the southern border in March, marking a 22-year high as the Biden administration releases an unprecedented number of border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior.
The Department of Homeland Security warns as many as 18,000 migrants will flood across the southern border per day if Title 42 is revoked.
But the Biden administration has no plans to stop the mass illegal migration surge.
In fact, the Biden White House is “grateful” for the job Vice President Kamala Harris has done as border czar.
Asked during Wednesday’s briefing whether Harris could still be trusted to halt the influx of illegal immigrants, White House press secretary Jen Psaki touted Harris’s handling of the border crisis.
“A question about immigration. Does the president still have confidence that the vice president can get to the bottom of root causes of migration?” Fox News White House Correspondent Peter Doocy asked.
“He absolutely does,” Psaki replied. “And he’s grateful for her work in doing exactly that.”
“Why?” Doocey shot back. “What gives the president confidence when he sees that March 2022 has 28 percent more migrant encounters at the border than March 2021, when she got this assignment?
Psaki insisted the administration has addressed the root cause of migration by forging immigration agreements with Costa Rica and a partnership with Mexico to stem “irregular migration.”
“Addressing root causes means working with countries in the region to take steps to have regular partnerships and be able to have people sent back to the region as needed,” she said.
A plurality of Americans have an unfavorable view of Harris. Fifty-six percent of likely voters have an “unfavorable” view of the vice president, according to a Rassmussen survey conducted on March 27 and 28. Forty-seven percent said they had a “very unfavorable” impression of Harris, while 9 percent viewed her ‘somewhat unfavorably.
Most Americans also want Joe Biden to implement tougher immigration policies. A new CBS News/YouGov poll reveals that 52 percent of Americans believe Biden “should be tougher on illegal immigrants, while just 27 percent say he is “handling things right” at the border.
Former Ohio Gov. John Kasich said he went behind a building and cried after losing the 2016 GOP presidential primary to former President Donald Trump.
Kasich made the embarrassing admission on Thursday’s episode of the “Kasich & Klepper” podcast.
The former governor said that he had stayed in the race until the bitter end because he believed people “were gonna come to their senses.”
“Well, you know, I was [in the presidential race] til the bitter end. When it was over — I haven’t ever told anyone this — I was on a plane and we were going to do a fundraiser, and I could have done it, and I thought, ‘You know, that’s not right, I know this isn’t gonna go on because Trump’s gonna have enough votes in the convention,’” Kasich explained. “ I was really hoping that we were gonna block him and that people were gonna come to their senses.”
When he finally admitted to himself that he lost, he cried.
“But when it was over, we got off the plane, I went inside the FBO [fixed-base operator], and I went behind this building, and I cried. I had one cry,” Kasich said, explaining that his family comforted him.
“Then I went to my daughter’s school — and that was really hard — and they had gotten wind of [the end of my campaign] and then they came out and gave me a big hug. But then it was over, and it was a wonderful experience.”
Kasich said that he does not miss his time in politics.
“I quit congress, I just walked away, and I thought OK time to do something else. I left the governor’s job. People say ‘Do you miss being governor?’ – it’s a powerful position in the 7th largest state,” Kasich said. “And I say no because I knew what was gonna come, and the job doesn’t define me.”

Liz Harrington retweeted a portion of our interview showing a woman who was captured on camera attempting to deliver several ballots to the absentee ballot dropbox. Before placing the ballots in the dropbox, she appears to notice the envelopes are not signed. She turns away from the dropbox and returns to the vehicle, where she begins to fish for a pen. Once she finds a pen, she appears to be signing each individual ballot and placing them on the vehicle’s dashboard. Once her task of signing other people’s ballots is complete, she inspects them one last time, then gets out of the car, walks to the dropbox, and deposits them.
In Michigan, the law allows an individual to deposit absentee ballots for immediate family members in a dropbox. MI law does not, however, give individuals the right to forge the names of voters on absentee ballots. Thanks to Michigan’s crooked, Soros-funded, Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, signing someone else’s ballot didn’t matter in the 2020 election because she actually instructed clerks across Michigan to IGNORE the signatures on the envelope of absentee ballots.

A 2019 lawsuit filed in Michigan by Marc Elias of the infamous Democrat’s law firm Perkins Coie on behalf of the progressive group Priorities USA insisted that signature verification was somehow illegal because it disenfranchises voters.
According to a new ruling in a separate case in Michigan, Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson likely agreed with that sentiment.
State Court of Claims Judge Christopher Murray has ruled invalid Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s guidance issued to Michigan clerks in early October that instructed them to presume the accuracy of absentee ballot signatures.
Because Benson did not go through the proper rule-making process when issuing the guidance, clerks do not need to comply with it for future elections, Murray ruled last week.
“The presumption is found nowhere in state law,” wrote Judge Murray. “The mandatory presumption goes beyond the realm of mere advice and direction, and instead is a substantive directive that adds to the pertinent signature-matching standards.”
“The Michigan Republican Party, one of the plaintiffs in the suit, celebrated the decision but noted it came too late to make a difference in the November election.
Michigan Republicans say they were certain from the outset that Benson had obviously violated Michigan law. Yet, all of this seems to have been swept under the rug until now in the media:
“It was clear from the outset that the secretary of state had violated Election Law by unilaterally directing local clerks to ignore their statutory obligation to compare absentee ballot signatures,” said Ted Goodman, communications director for the state GOP.
Michigan law requires clerks to match required signatures on absentee ballot applications and absentee ballot envelopes with the voter signature on file to ensure the person submitting the ballot is the same one registered to vote in Michigan.
But state law doesn’t define what it means for signatures to “agree sufficiently.”
Benson, on Oct. 6, instructed clerks who were matching signatures that they “must perform” their duties under the “presumption” that the signature is valid and uphold the signature’s validity if there were “more matching features than nonmatching features.” Whenever possible, clerks and election officials were instructed to resolve slight differences “in favor of finding that the voter’s signature was valid,” Murray wrote.
Absentee and mail-in ballots tend to favor Democrats dramatically. So, if clerks are instructed to be more lenient with them, it goes to reason that the total Democrat vote will be increased significantly if signature verification measures are ignored or made laxer.
“The judge didn’t rule on whether Benson’s directive violated state election law but did say the directive violated the Administrative Procedures Act, the process that must be followed when an agency creates new rules.
“….Nowhere in the state’s election law has the Legislature indicated that signatures are to be presumed valid, nor did the Legislature require that signatures are to be accepted so long as there are any redeeming qualities in the application or return envelope signature as compared with the signature on file,” Murray wrote.
“Policy determinations like the one at issue — which places a thumb on the scale in favor of a signature’s validity — should be made pursuant to properly promulgated rules under the APA or by the Legislature,” he wrote.
So, what gives here? The judge stated that Benson’s directive “violated the Administrative Procedures Act” but also stated that she didn’t violate election law. How can this be? And, if a law was broken or ignored, why did the judge not require a proper audit of the election by someone other than Benson?
Murray rejected a request for additional audits to look at the effect the directive had on the November election.
The Michigan Constitution only speaks to “election results,” not to the process by which signatures are matched, and the Constitution leaves the manner by which an audit is conducted to the secretary of state.
“There is no support in the statute for plaintiffs to demand that an audit cover the subject of their choosing or to dictate the manner in which an audit is conducted,” Murray wrote.”
If all of this was so obvious, why was nothing done about it until now? If Benson does the same thing (or worse) in the 2022 election, will anything come of it? Other than temporarily embarrassing Michigan’s dirty SOS, there appear to be no serious repercussions for Jocelyn Benson.
