The Gateway Pundit learned on Wednesday from an anonymous source that Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos has denied legal representation to the Chair of the Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections, Representative Janel Brandtjen.
In March of 2021 the Wisconsin State Assembly passed Assembly Resolution AR-15 directing the assembly committee on campaigns and elections to investigate the 2020 election due to the various issues and concerns including noncompliance with election laws. Wisconsin Speaker Robin Vos and the entire leadership team voted in favor of this measure.
In the course of the committee’s investigation, Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul, on behalf of the Wisconsin Election Commission filed a lawsuit against Brandtjen, Vos and Special Counsel Michael Gableman.
It is believed that Vos has spent over $250,000 of taxpayer money on his defense, but has denied legal representation to Brandtjen in the course of her duties. The very duties that the Speaker had assigned to her. Now Brandtjen is forced to pay for her own defense as Vos refuses to help her with the costs.
Wisconsin was one of the states in the 2020 Election where the corruption was so bad that the Special Counsel looking into the election suggested it be decertified.
Now we find out that more actions occurred in the latest election in Green Bay that were against state law. According to observers Green Bay City Clerk Celestine Jeffreys and her assistant accepted multiple absentee ballots from individual voters NUMEROUS times. This is called ‘ballot harvesting’ and it is illegal in the state as it should be everywhere.
The witnesses filed a suit against Jeffreys and are seeking relief.
We all know that Wisconsin was RIFE with fraud in 2020 using Zuckerberg drop boxes, and absentee ballot harvesting. Then in June 2021 long after this fraudulent election was certified, Waukesha Circuit Court Judge Michael Bohren declared what we already knew; that this was illegal! Per Wisconsin State law, there are only two ways to LEGALLY cast an absentee ballot. Either the voter may PERSONALLY cast their ballot by mail, or hand deliver it to a county clerk. Therefore, unmanned drop boxes and ballot harvesting are both illegal!
Unfortunately, it appears that City Clerks in Wisconsin have learned nothing from the stolen 2020 election and must not have gotten the memo from Judge Bohren, because now there is a new complaint being filed in Green Bay regarding the April 5th, 2022, election. This new complaint alleges that City Clerk Celestine Jeffreys allowed ballot harvesting to take place despite objections from election observers.
According to three election observers (Matt Roeser, Victoria J. Linssen, & Janet Angus) City Clerk Celestine Jeffreys and her assistant accepted multiple absentee ballots from individual voters MANY times. Upon witnessing this, Janet Angus formally objected and asked, “Are you taking multiple ballots?” to which the City Clerk replied, “It’s my discretion whether I take the ballots”. She blatantly ignored these complaints, and the illegal ballots were counted in the election. Mind you, one of the elections in this race was decided by only 23 votes and another by only 11 votes. So, with such tight margins, it appears Celestine’s actions could have swung the results.
Now, the plaintiffs are seeking relief which includes an investigation into the matter, and a clear instruction about ballot harvesting issued to all clerks. And here is where we get to the heart of the problem. The plaintiffs are filing this complaint with the Wisconsin Election Commission! You know, the same one that instructed the Special Voting Deputies NOT to go into nursing homes, which led to the exploitation of elderly patients. The same WEC that issued guidance to city and county clerks, encouraging the use of drop boxes. The same WEC that ILLEGALLY told voters that ANYONE can deliver their ballot on their behalf as a “Covid-19 safety precaution”.
So, it appears that once again, we have the foxes guarding the hen house! The WEC are the ones who opened the door for massive ILLEGAL ballot harvesting in 2020 in the first place. If anything, Clerk Jeffreys was following their illegal instructions! So, I wouldn’t be surprised to see the WEC back up Jeffrey’s illegal activity.
President Trump’s attorneys reached out to The Gateway Pundit. They are asking our readers and supporters for assistance.
The Trump legal team wants The Gateway Pundit community to help them in their crowdsourcing of video footage from the January 6th protests in Washington DC.
Trump attorney Peter Ticktin released a letter asking for the public’s help in locating January 6th footage to assist his team in defending President Trump.
President Trump is known for his loyalty and penchant for working with old trustworthy friends. He has retained his high school military school pal Ticktin to represent him on matters relating to January 6th.
The two were friends since their days together as classmates at New York Military Academy in Upstate New York, where they lived in the same barracks and graduated together (Class of ’64).
President Trump and his attorney Peter Ticktin at New York Military Academy (Class of ’64).
“I have known Donald Trump since we were in New York Military Academy together when we were 15 years old,” said Ticktin. “In our senior year, we lived together in the same part of the barracks. He was my captain, and he promoted me to the rank of platoon sergeant. Donald had my back in military school. He had everybody’s back there, including all the underdogs. So that really makes it easier for me to get his back now as his attorney. Donald was the jock defending the nerds. Even back then, when we were each 17 years old, he was an incredibly wonderful guy. He had the leadership skills which caused us all to excel. Those were the years in which we were preparing for our futures, and it turns out- little did we know- he was preparing for the future of America and nothing less.”
Ticktin continued:
“Donald Trump is the most innocent person I have ever defended. I am honored to be in a position where I can use my skills to help Donald. Helping him is helping America.”
Ticktin also filed a groundbreaking lawsuit in March against Hillary Clinton, alleging that she and dozens of others conspired in an “unthinkable plot” to “cripple Trump’s bid for the presidency” by pushing the “spurious allegation that the Trump campaign had colluded with the Russian government to interfere in the 2016 presidential election.”
Donald Trump’s political opponents are doing everything they can to re-write history and push the false narrative that January 6th was an ‘insurrection’ in order to keep President Trump out of office in 2024. In doing so, they have unfairly painted the hundreds of thousands of Trump Supporters that attended the rally as “insurrectionists”.
The Gateway Pundit will continue to investigate January 6th and publish the truth about the events of the day as we uncover them. The January 6th Unselect Committee refuses to do their job, and the Department of Injustice continues to withhold tens of thousands of hours of January 6th video footage from the public and the media.
In the meantime, Trump and his allies face a myriad of lawsuits blaming them for January 6th events.
For example, a group of Capitol Police Officers have launched a lawsuit against Trump, his allies and a number of the political prisoners rotting away in DC Gitmo in a sick attempt to further the left’s agenda. Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell also filed a lawsuit against Trump and allies over Jan. 6. A separate Capitol Police Officer Marcus Moore’s lawsuit alleges Trump “inflamed, encouraged, incited, directed, and aided and abetted” the “insurrectionist mob” that stormed the Capitol building by disputing the presidential election results and “espous[ing] rhetoric that encouraged violence.”
Trump attorney Jesse Binnall called the lawsuits “chock full of propaganda that are meant to achieve political rather than legal objectives.”
There is clear video evidence that President Trump encouraged the crowd to march “peacefully and patriotically” to the Capitol to exercise their First Amendment right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Remember this?
A federal judge recently ruled that civil lawsuits seeking to hold Donald Trump accountable for the January 6 insurrection can move forward in court.
Civil lawsuits seeking to hold Donald Trump accountable for the January 6, 2021, insurrection can move forward in court, a federal judge said Friday in a ruling outlining how the former President could conceivably be responsible for inciting the attack on the US Capitol.
Trump’s statements to his supporters before the riot “is the essence of civil conspiracy,” Judge Amit Mehta wrote in a 112-page opinion, because Trump spoke about himself and rallygoers working “towards a common goal” of fighting and walking down Pennsylvania Avenue.
“What a sick, twisted judge to make that statement,” said Tina Ryan of Citizens Against Political Persecution. “Completely un-American in the sense that this is going to further destroy the First Amendment and discourage protests.”
“These efforts to make certain speakers vicariously liable for the actions of a small group of protestors is as wrong in the Jan. 6 context as it was wrong when used in an attempt to silence DeRay McKesson,” said Ronald Sullivan, a constitutional attorney and Harvard Law Professor that leans left.
Political opponents and their minions in the fake news media have pointed to an obscure portion of the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution that says that elected officials cannot serve in office if they engaged in “insurrection or rebellion”.
“It’s no secret that is what they are going after, this is their plan,” said Ticktin. “They are testing it out now on others like Marjorie Taylor Greene.”
Constitutional scholar Alan Dershowitz weighed in.
“There is no plausible basis for arguing that what happened on January 6th constitutes the kind of insurrection or rebellion covered by the 14th Amendment,” said the famed attorney. Dershowitz is known for his work in U.S. constitutional law and is considered by many to be a leading expert in the country on the 14th Amendment.

By statutory law, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is prevented from offering non-postal products without the approval of Congress and the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC). So under the radar and with little public notice, USPS started a pilot program last September to cash paychecks under $500. For a flat fee of $5.95, the check money is deposited on to Visa gift cards. The pilot in 4 cities was a complete failure (Baltimore, DC, Bronx, Falls Church). Only six gift cards were issued for a USPS profit of $35.70.
The pilot was framed internally as a stepping stone to something bigger. If the pilot was successful, other features would likely be added, mostly likely turn USPS into a bank. There is obviously much on the line, so in a shocking move about 4 weeks ago, USPS extended this completely failed pilot program. The postal workers unions and left activists have long desired USPS get into financial services. It would put USPS in direct competition with the multibillion-dollar check-cashing industry and those spoils that come from banking corruption.
After Louis DeJoy was appointed Postmaster General by Trump, the American Postal Workers Union (APWU) met DeJoy personally in a series of meetings. They were pitching the postal banking idea again. Those meetings soon became weekly events, involving technical staff. By using a generic gift card that wasn’t reloadable, USPS felt they could bypass any Congressional or PRC oversight. This is the same APWU that condemns and criticizes DeJoy relentlessly over service quality controlled by their own union members.
One way APWU got access to DeJoy was through an anecdote about Switzerland. If you order a pair of shoes online in Switzerland and they don’t fit, you can take them back to the post office to return. They will ship the shoes back to the retailer and instantly credit a postal savings account. The postal unions eventually want USPS to deploy banking at their 31,000 locations and provide postal bank accounts. U.S. postal savings accounts were shut down in 1967 after 56 years in operation. At its height, only 4 million had accounts.
When the pilot launched, The American Prospect reported “The postal unions have been laser-focused on getting postal leadership to embrace banking for many years, seeing it as an attractive product to bring in customers and promote financial inclusion.” One of the checks cashed was from the Prospect’s Art Director who tested the process. In 2016, APWU added postal banking pilots in their USPS collective-bargaining agreement. Previous postmaster general Megan Brennan ignored this obligation on the pilots. The APWU considered filing a grievance, but decided even if it won a pilot, postal leadership would not have put up the energy to help it succeed.
After the announced extension, Republicans on the Financial Services Committee sent DeJoy a letter on April 20th, 2022 to get answers on the check cashing scheme. It mentions that in 2006, Congress passed the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act to help modernize USPS. It includes specific language and definitions to ensure USPS focuses on its core role of delivering mail. It says USPS can’t engage in non-postal products that would compete with the private sector. In short, USPS is not allowed to get involved in the financial services market.
As GP reported in the past, almost all of the 644,000 USPS employees in America are union members of either the APWU, NALC, NPMHU, or RLCA (Rural Carriers). Which are all affiliates of the AFL-CIO. The APWU donates 92% to Democrats. NALC is the most powerful with $353 million in assets. They spend millions in lobbying with 84% of donations going to Democrat PAC’s and liberal candidates. All these unions exclusively endorse Democrats for President. GP reported that USPS built and tested a secret mobile voting system, without approval or oversight, before the 2020 election.
From Harvard Law in 2014, to current media activists. The left has been pushing postal banking for years to help these unions. USPS disobeys laws, runs secret banking and election programs, and is clearly controlled by the left. And we’re supposed to trust them with ever single ballot sent by mail in America?
A trusty every-day carry backpack is essential, whether you’re using it to carry a laptop, survival gear, or anything in between. We’ve lost track of the number of times we’ve turned to the contents of our EDC packs for a Band-Aid, sunscreen, a spare flashlight battery, or a pen and paper to jot down some notes. It also provides peace of mind knowing we have items such as a trauma kit or IFAK for more catastrophic events. The new Kitanica Vespid 30-liter backpack looks like a suitable vessel for a variety of EDC and emergency preparedness gear.
The Vespid uses a quad-zip design that offers three ways to get at its contents: pull up the top lid, peel open the front panel, or do both simultaneously for unrestricted full-zip access. Magnets at the edge of the top lid make it easier to pull open quickly. The exterior surfaces are constructed from 500D Cordura nylon finished with polyurethane and durable water-repellent (DWR) coatings to resist stains and moisture. Each side of the pack features water bottle pockets and laser-cut slits for MOLLE-compatible pouches; the front of the pack has an additional laser-cut expansion area. There’s one more zippered pocket on top of the lid for sunglasses and other small items.
A split-tongue harness offers vertical adjustment for different torso sizes. The addition of adjustable load lifter straps and a removable waist belt ensure it’ll distribute the weight of its contents evenly and comfortably.
Inside the Kitanica Vespid are two more vertical pouches for water bottles and other thin items, as well as four mesh organizer pockets. Two sleeves at the back of the main compartment can hold laptops, tablets, hydration bladders, or backpack armor panels.
This backpack is currently available in three colors: solid black, ranger green with black accents, and wolf grey with black accents. MSRP is $180. For more information on the new Kitanica Vespid backpack, go to Kitanica.com.

As reported earlier — Last Thursday, New York Times investigative reporters Jonathan Martin and Alex Burns released passages from their latest book “This Will Not Pass: Trump, Biden, and the Battle for America’s Future.”
In the book, the pair claimed that House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy (CA) told Liz Cheney (WY) on a January 10, 2021 call that he would counsel Trump to resign before the end of his term.
McCarthy denied the allegations completely, saying that the claim was “totally false” following the report being made public.
Despite being exposed (again) as a liar and a RINO fraud, McCarthy chose to double down, shamelessly denying the story yet again when asked directly about the call by Fox News’ Bill Melugin.
Even Fox News, which initially ignored the story completely, has started to pressure McCarthy over his traitorous actions.
Well, now, more of McCarthy’s phone conversations have been leaked, and, just like the first round, he exposes whose side he’s really on.
On Thursday, Matt Gaetz joined Tucker Carlson as he aired more audio from the RINO minority leader, this time revealing his shameless attempts to shield fellow RINO sellout Liz Cheney from criticism.
One thing’s for sure, the California RINO really loves him some Cheney.
In the call, which is reportedly from January 10th, 2020, McCarthy says that Gaetz and other Republican officials’ remarks about “anti-Trump” Republicans, like Cheney, are “personal threats,” essentially amounting to “illegal activity.
As Tucker points out, “like a liberal college professor, [McCarthy] believes that words are violence.” *sarcastic emphasis added.
In other words, Trump wasn’t the only America First Republican McCarthy was looking to oust. Anyone who goes against the (il)liberal sellout wing of the Republican party is a target.
From the leaked audio, in which GOP Rep. Steve Scalise also reveals his true colors (spoiler alert, he’s a RINO too):
Kevin McCarthy: “The other thing I want to bring up, and I’m making some phone calls to some members. I just got something sent now about NewsMax – something Matt Gaetz said where he’s calling people’s names out, saying “anti-trump” in this type of atmosphere and some other places. This is serious stuff people are doing that has to stop. Ok, what did Gaetz say?”
Aide: “Hi, yeah, Gaetz said… Gaetz brought up Liz [Cheney] specifically. I just saw that on Twitter.”
McCarthy: “And Adams. Someone just sent it.” Gonzalez just sent it to me so I’m calling Gaetz. I’m explaining to him [that he has to stop]. I don’t know that he has much to say, but I’m going to have some other people call him too. But the nature of what – if I’m getting a briefing, I’m going to get another one from the FBI tomorrow. This is serious sh*t, to cut this out.”
Steve Scalise: “Yeah that’s, I mean it’s potentially illegal what he’s [Gaetz] doing.”
McCarthy: “Well, he’s putting people in jeopardy and he doesn’t need to be doing this. We saw what people would do at the Capitol.”
In another recording, McCarthy’s comments that were reported earlier this week, in which he calls for Big Tech platforms to take action against lawmakers who support Trump in the same way he was dealt with after January 6th – remove their access to their accounts:
Conference call participant: “He tweeted at Marjorie Green and @naral. I understand it was a black police officer that shot the white female veteran. You know that doesn’t fit the narrative. This is what we have to confront with this.”
McCarthy: “Can’t they take their Twitter accounts away too?”
After exposing the new audio recordings, Gaetz joined Tucker, blasting the GOP House leader for selling out to the Democrats.
Take a look:
McCarthy needs to be booted from the party already, there should be no coming back after this.
Poll: Joe Biden Trails 2024 Republican Alternative by 9 Points
President Joe Biden’s 2024 reelection hopes are dwindling, a Wednesday Politico/Morning Consult poll revealed.
Biden trails the eventual 2024 Republican nominee by nine points. Thirty-nine percent of voters selected Biden, while 46 percent of voters chose Biden’s alternative. Fifteen percent had no opinion.
FiveThirtyEight, which tracks the integrity of pollsters, ranks Morning Consult with a “B” grade and a 2.9 point bias towards Democrats. The poll sampled 2004 voters from April 22-25 with a ± 2 point margin of error.
Who Republicans will nominate in 2024 is unknown. But polling shows Donald Trump hypothetically dominating the 2024 Republican primary by 52 points. If Trump were to not run in 2024, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) is polling in first place.
Trump has constantly polled better than Biden in potential 2024 matchup surveys. Polls here, here, and here, show Trump trouncing Biden in a hypothetical head-to-head rematch. An April poll revealed Trump is leading Biden by at least five points.
Biden is in trouble and it’s hurting his party, too.
Democrats are going to regret making this man president, if they don’t already.
A study supported by the California Energy Commission and the U.S. Bureau of Land Management revealed that the bird population in California declined due to renewable energy facilities.
A group of researchers associated with many institutions in the U.S. conducted a study to assess the vulnerability of populations for 23 priority bird species killed at the wind and solar facilities in California. The study was published in Royal Society Open Science.
As the Gateway Pundit previously reported, a green energy company pleaded guilty after it was discovered that 150 Bald Eagles had been killed by their wind farms. Green energy is not always eco-friendly. Do you remember a few years ago when Trump suggested that this could happen, and people on the left scoffed at him?
According to the study, of the 23 priority bird species killed at solar and wind energy facilities in California, 11 (48%) were either highly or moderately vulnerable, experiencing a greater than or equal to 20% decline in the population growth rates with the addition of up to either 1000 or 5000 fatalities.
Figure 3. Vulnerability (ranges from 0 (low) to 1 (high), as defined in Methods) after increases in simulated deaths for local (○) and non-local (▪) populations of 23 priority bird species found dead at (a) solar and (b) wind energy facilities in California, USA. Species in black were classified as moderately vulnerable (vulnerability greater than 0.2 after simulated fatality of 5000 adult individuals). Those highlighted in red were classified as highly vulnerable (vulnerability greater than 0.2 after 1000 additional deaths) based on effects on populations in local or non-local catchment areas. Vertical lines connect local and non-local populations. The five species with names in bold were found dead at both types of energy facility.
The researchers veered from simply counting the number of birds that are killed by alternative power sources and looked instead to gauge the impact of the combined toll that alternative power plants are taking on populations of vulnerable bird species in California.
To assess the impact on birds across the state, the researchers chose 23 species that are known to be at risk when venturing near alternative energy power plants. They collected data from prior studies involving ecological and conservation efforts and engaged in feather-collecting outings to several sites across California and then identified and counted each. They also used species range maps along with migration flyway data and bird conservation data.
They also obtained data on the placement, numbers, types and sizes of alternative energy plants in California. They then analyzed the data they amassed and use multiple techniques to determine the impact of bird deaths by species from both solar and wind powered farms. One such technique involved applying a Markov chain Monte Carlo application along with a Bayesian hierarchical modeling framework.
The researchers found that of the 23 species they studied, 11 experienced population declines of at least 20% due to exposure to alternative energy plants. They also found evidence of dangers to several populations due to harm done to migration networks, threats that go far beyond the location of plants.
Wow. Elon Musk went on a Twitter rampage this evening tweeting about Truth Social, Censorship, and Coca-Cola.
Elon Musk shared many things tonight through Twitter. He started discussing President Trump’s new social platform Truth Social, noting that it was created due to Twitter’s censorship and that it was beating Twitter on the Apple App List.
Then Musk showed a chart based on Tim Poole’s discussion with Twitter Executive Vijaya Gadde in charge of censorship and how Twitter ignored its own bias.
Here is a video of that exchange:
Then Musk shared about Twitter gaining public trust. In order to do so it must be politically neutral.
Then Musk shared a picture of one of his rockets from SpaceX docking in space.
Then Musk was back on Twitter saying he thought Twitter’s direct messages should be encrypted
Finally, Musk tweets: Next I’m buying Coca-Cola to put the cocaine back in.
This was clearly a joke about making Coca-Cola better by putting in cocaine-like he’s making Twitter better by putting back in free speech.
True the Vote’s Catherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips discuss their investigation into illegal ballot trafficking on The Charlie Kirk Show.
Georgia officials finally issued their first subpoenas to True the Vote election integrity organization on their ballot trafficking investigation in the 2020 presidential election.
** Dinesh D’Souza and Salem Media are premiering the movie “2000 Mules” early next month on the ballot trafficking in the 2020 presidential election early next month.
The mainstream media and Georgia officials have mostly ignored the findings by True the Vote until now. Governor Brian Kemp refused to investigate the 2020 election steal in his state and instead leaked confidential information to the media on the investigators.
The State Board of elections, who issued the subpoenas to True the Vote, wants information from the group including participants in the criminal trafficking and the identity of an alleged whistleblower!
Georgia investigators have signaled their focus in a wide-ranging investigation into alleged illegal ballot trafficking during the 2020 election with subpoenas that target the possible source of funding for such an operation and any eyewitness participants.
The four subpoenas obtained Monday by Just the News through an open records request show the State Elections Board and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger want the identity of any suspected participants in ballot harvesting, including a whistleblower identified only as John Doe who an election watchdog claims admitted to gathering ballots for cash.
The document demands were delivered late last week to the election integrity watchdog True the Vote, its founder Catherine Engelbrecht, and its researchers from a company called OPSEC Group LLC. They sought evidence that backs up the group’s complaint last November alleging that as many as 242 people illegally gathered third-party ballots during the battleground state’s November 2020 election and subsequent U.S. Senate races.
The subpoenas ask for “the identity and contact information of the several individuals regarding personal knowledge, methods, and organizations involved in ballot trafficking in Georgia referenced in the Complaint and any recordings, transcripts, summaries, testimony, statements, witness interviews, notes or other documents describing what those individuals said.”
Here is a copy of one subpoena first posted at Just the News.
