Arizona State Senator Kelly Townsend has filed another 1487 request to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s office seeking answers to the questions raised by the Arizona audit.

In August, State Senator Sonny Borrelli used this same law which requires the Attorney General to investigate a potential violation of the law and withhold 10% of state shared funds if the violation is not corrected within 30 days.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich delivered, forcing the County to settle with The Arizona Senate over Senate subpoenas.

The questions raised over the last six months about the 2020 election remain unanswered and after the most recent audit report, Townsend wants the answers.

Ballot Paper Issues –

A.R.S. § 16-468(2) and A.R.S. § 16-502(A).

1. It has come to my attention that there may have been multiple types of paper used that were not authorized. Please provide evidence of all of the various papers that were purchased and used from a company that provides such legally authorized paper.

2. Who were the suppliers of paper for both Runbeck printed ballots and the day of election ballots of an kind?

3. Did Dominion supply any paper for ballots? If so, please provide purchase orders to show where this paper came from and if it met the standards of our statutes.

4. At any time did any precinct need to buy paper that ran out on Election Day? If so, which precincts ran out of paper and where did Maricopa County procure additional paper? Who was responsible for supplying that paper and do we have explanation as to why it ran out?

5. Maricopa County said they used VoteSecure paper by Roland. Please provide purchase orders and which VoteSecure paper that were used and where.

6. If these processes regarding the use of ballot secure paper were not followed correctly and by state law, who would be held accountable for these violations?

7. As a member of the Arizona Senate, I received information regarding irregular ballots that were inserted among the other ballots. These ballots were being logged and tracked in an official log book. Please report back how many of these anomalies were found, and what do the logs say about them. Additionally, what were the vote tallies on those ballots?

8. In the preliminary report, we received information that the ballots had bled through and caused overvotes, despite the Legislature being told that these issues would not happen due to ballot secure paper that was impermeable from Sharpie ink. Please report back any information obtained regarding the county having ballots that had bleed through and what effect that had on adjudication rate.

9. If different types of ballot paper were used for different precincts and voters, and occasionally non ballot secure paper was used creating bleed through and overvote / artifact, leading to adjudication rates being high among some voters and not others, would that constitute an unequal application of policy / election security and a 14th Amendment violation of the voter’s civil rights?

1. Did Maricopa County fulfill statutory requirements for signature verification on all counted ballots included in the official canvass?

2. Signature issues were reported in the recent Audit conducted by the Senate. They included the following problems:

3. Scribbled signature that did not match

If there are ballots included in the official canvass that were counted without complying with A.R.S.16-550(A), how many were included that did not meet this legal threshold?

4. Ballot envelopes were reported in the audit with a “Verified and approved” stamp appearing BEHIND the envelope graphic of a triangle. How did these images of the verified and approved stamp print from behind the triangle image on the envelope?

5. How many of these envelopes with irregular printing of the “verified and approved” or other stamp behind the original graphics of the envelope have been uncovered, and were the ballots contained therein counted in the official canvass?

1. In the Dr. Shiva presentation of the Arizona audit, it was reported that there were 17,322 duplicate voter envelopes submitted in the final canvass of the election.

a. What is the party affiliation of those voters? Can we contact them and ask them who they

voted for?

b. Did they knowingly submit too many ballots and will they be held accountable if so?

c. Why were these voters allowed to keep their duplicate ballots / votes as part of the official c

canvass? Who was responsible for removing the duplicates and will they be held accountable?

2.There were 255,326 votes mismatched between the VM55 and EV33 files. Which file matched the hand count?

3. If it is 255k votes over the hand count, does that match with any of the wrong paper usage?

4. If the discrepancy cannot be accounted for, what is the proper and legal course of action?

1. Please provide evidence that all chain of custody documents required by law were adhered to and preserved for inspection and audit.

The elections procedures manual requires that “The application shall provide distinct security roles, with separate usernames and secure passwords for each user or station.” Please provide evidence that this requirement was followed in Maricopa County as it relates to all login and password requirements, systemwide.

2. Who is responsible for ensuring this is maintained, and what consequence/recourse does the state have for such a breach of protocol?

3. Is the master/administrative password that has not been released by Maricopa County or Dominion in compliance with State law?

1. In the initial audit report we received information that the machines in some locations were not calibrated and that the ballots were offset significantly. Please report back as to what information is available regarding the miscalibration of the machines that caused the offset reported to us regarding the work by Jovan Pulitzer.

3. If they were specific machines, what precincts had the machines that were grossly mis-calibrated?

Newly sworn in Democrat New York Governor Kathy Hochul on Monday said she will deploy the National Guard to replace the unvaccinated healthcare workers in hospitals.

“I will be signing an executive order to give me the emergency powers necessary to address the shortages where they occur and that’s going to allow me to deploy the national guard who are medically trained…” Hochul said putting unvaccinated healthcare workers on notice.

The governor’s vaccine mandate for healthcare workers goes into effect at midnight tonight.

The Arizona audit could not find an identity match on 86,391 people. This is disclosed on Page 56 of the “Results Details” report.

These Maricopa voters cast ballots in Nov 2020 and don’t seem to exist. The ones registered as Democrat or selected no party affiliation represent a whopping 73.8% of these unknown voters. That’s 63,757 ballots. Not selecting a party makes monitoring of nefarious registrations much harder as everything not R or D is bulked together as “Other”. Even the new State voter registration form now only has only 3 categories (R, D, Other) and some registration reporting reduced to similar.

Cyber Ninja’s used Melissa Personator which is arguably the best commercial service to validate U.S. or Canadian identities. It scours private and government databases including USPS and Social Security Administration. Cyber Ninja’s oddly concludes most of these “unknowns” might be real people that just have limited public records. Our name, DOB, SS#, and address are in every State and Fed database. If you can’t be found using these credentials, something is definitely wrong.

The Ninja’s didn’t consider Maricopa’s history, it’s registration battles, or issues with non-citizen voters. They make no consideration the database might have been manipulated but know it was hacked Nov. 5^th 2020. Had the Senate subpoenaed Maricopa’s VRAS servers and tasked CyFIR to investigate, we might know a whole lot more.

In March 2017 the new Maricopa Recorder disclosed that tens of thousands of unprocessed voter registration forms were sitting in stacked boxes in their office. Helen Purcell (Republican) had been the Recorder up to this point and was replaced 2 months earlier by Democrat activist Adrian Fontes. These boxes were voter applicants who couldn’t provide proof of U.S. citizenship or identity. They were notified by mail to provide additional documentation and the forms had been held indefinitely. Why?

Arizona’s Prop 200 was passed in 2004. To register to vote, citizens were now required to provide proof of U.S. citizenship and identity. Arizona changed its State registration form to accommodate the new law. Democrats resisted and started using the Federal Voter Registration Form, which doesn’t require proof of U.S. citizenship. In 2013 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 7-2 that AZ must accept this Federal Form. However, those voters would only receive ballots that list Federal candidates – President and Congress. These are classified as “Federal Only” voters in AZ. It’s bullshit. Democrats exclusively use the Fed Form in AZ to bypass citizenship and other ID issues.

After the 2018 election the Maricopa Board of Supervisors realized they had serious problems with elections and corruption. Their investigators found that all elections staff answered to County Recorder Fontes and the Board had no insight into elections. So in June of 2019 the Board added a second “Director of Elections” role. One Director now answers to the Supervisor Board, the other to the County Recorder. Fontes provided no resistance to the changes because he retained unaccountable control of VRAS, the voter registration system for Maricopa. These are the keys to the kingdom. Fontes then coordinated with Democrat SOS Katie Hobbs to process those boxes of non-citizen applications and get them into the AZ voter rolls.

From the 2018 midterm election to the Nov. 2020 election, Maricopa added a massive 340,676 new voter registrations. That’s a whopping 13.1% increase in just two years. The “Deputy Registrar” initiative created by Fontes gave 638 liberal volunteers access to VRAS and processing of registration forms.

NOTE: Any States concerned about elections should demand images of the registration servers be preserved for the date voter registration stops, the day of the election, and when ballot counting ends.

Clint Hickman appeared on the Mike Broomhead Show on Friday morning to declare a victory for Joe Biden, Bash AZGOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward, and lie about the resignation of Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Chucri.

In the disgusting on-air segment, Hickman admitted that the Cyber Ninjas audit was “done for everybody out in the open”, but he continually mislabeled this full forensic audit a “recount”.

This was before the final report was presented and Hickman ran with the leftist talking points while disregarding all other findings.

And I’m honestly pleasantly surprised that that count that almost totally matches up to the County count and so I appreciate that. There’s a lot of people that gave their time to get to this point. But clearly, this was all about a recount done for everybody out in the open, and they’ve come back with Biden winning, and their count says Biden won by even more votes. I don’t think we need to go more beyond that, personally.

Broomhead: So do you believe that, I’m asking you now to get into the mind of somebody else, but do you believe that this afternoon, when this audit report comes out from the Cyber Ninjas when they are giving the report on all of this. Do you believe the headline will be Biden won, or do you think it will be some of these other questions they have that are going to be the headline?

Hickman: President Fann is providing a hearing, without any questions to be asked. I read the story about Doug Logan I’ve never met the man. He seems like a godly individual. I know Ken Bennett. He’s a godly individual. Senate President Fann needs to swear them in on a Bible. And, and speak loudly and publicly to us and God, and determine what they want to say, because this county might be in a courtroom. And if it’s in a courtroom, I am going to go in there and put my hand on The Bible and say what great work our County did.

Broomhead: So with some of the other questions that they asked and in this at the end when they say if the county had cooperated, that these obstacles would have been easily overcome. It reads to me like they’re saying we had questions that weren’t answered but we believe the county could have, so maybe they weren’t problems, they were just things they didn’t understand is that the way you read that?

That is absolutely something, when you hire contractors that are not familiar with elections. So we will choose to answer those in court if we have to, or definitely, in the court of public opinion, this never had to happen. Senate President Fann decided not to come on specific days to come and watch our audit and meet the independent technicians and CEO processes. Rusty Bowers came, not once but I believe three times to pay attention to this, and that’s why the house stayed out of this. He believed in it. He believed what we were doing. So to ask questions now because you do not understand elections is farcical. So, looking forward to the one o’clock meeting. And I’ve seen enough already in the preliminary report that this is over with for me. I have tried to stay humble and gracious and not blast other politically elected officials that have, you know charged us with crimes, charged us with honesty and integrity, I have held back. So, I guess, Mike, what I’d like to say is, there is an elected official, through our party that has blasted us said we’ve broken the law, and made video after video talking about my group, and it’s finally led, apparently, to losing a great colleague, Steve Chucri, because he said some unkind things. So I would like to ask our top elected officials representing our state Doug Ducey, Mark Brnovich. And Kimberly Yee. I heard my colleague ask loud and clear for elected officials to stand up. I would like them to ask and call for the resignation of Kelli Ward, chairman of the state Republican Party. She has caused a fracture in our party. She has operated outside of it. For the purpose of pumping herself. I would tend to think that people don’t even know who the last two chairmen were. And I think the time has come. She has now led us to a part where our former president has lost publicly, the Arizona vote again to Joe Biden. That is horrible. And I will not stand for this type of leadership.

Ward did nothing wrong. Chucri felt the same way as she did.

Chucri did call loud and clear for his colleagues, including Doug Ducey to stand up and do the right thing, wondering why Governor Ducey would not have an election integrity meeting with Rudy Guliani.

Steve Chucri thought standing up meant fighting for a full forensic audit.

Fann: We were in session, working on budget and I had to be on the floor for voting. I sent my senior policy advisor on the Judicial Committee, Garth Kemp, to attend the entire audit to observe and take notes. BTW. They were invited to the audit at the coliseum and invited numerous times over five months to sit down with me and the auditors to help explain why there were so many anomalies. They refused every time

Conradson: Does Garth live in state?

Fann: Yes. Garth works on the Az Senate staff and is the policy advisor for the Az JUD committee. Senator Petersen is the chair of that committee

Conradson: Would you put your hand on a bible and speak publicly to us and god and tell us that this audit is legitimate and the county’s audit was not enough? And that the county did not do great work during the 2020 election?

Fann: Yes I would. To the best of my knowledge I believe this audit was done fairly, honestly, and with the highest integrity The fact that numerous election statutes were broken and the enormous about of adjudicated ballots for the 2020 election, I’d think most voters would say the elections department did not do great work.

My questions are why did they purposely hide and withhold important information from the Arizona Senate? Why did they repeatedly refuse to sit down with us to explain why two and two weren’t adding to four? Why did they believe running a Twitter page and then now actually running tv advertising to hide the facts from the voters?

I’m still wondering why Chucri resigned.He absolutely was in the right and the only one willing to stand up for us constituents

Fresh off of a rigged recall election, Governor Gavin Newsom (D) on Monday signed a bill making universal vote-by-mail permanent in California.

With ballot harvesting, ballot drop boxes and now permanent vote-by-mail there is zero chain of custody in California’s election process.

This is exactly what the Democrats want moving forward in order to maintain total power in California.

Gov. Gavin Newsom’s signature Monday on Assembly Bill 37 makes California the eighth state in the nation with a law on the books requiring every voter to be mailed a ballot. The new law is part of an evolution of voting in the state over the past two decades, an effort to provide voters more options for when and where to cast their ballots.

“Data shows that sending everyone a ballot in the mail provides voters access. And when voters get ballots in the mail, they vote,” Assemblyman Marc Berman (D-Palo Alto), the bill’s author, said during a Senate committee hearing in July.

The law takes effect in January and will require ballots to be mailed to all voters for statewide elections in June and November. AB 37 also applies to local elections, potentially improving turnout in community contests but also increasing costs, given that vote-by-mail ballots are provided with prepaid postage.

Presidents Clinton, Bush, and Obama, and the First Ladies serve as Welcome.US honorary Co-Chairs. The Clintons endorsement doesn’t lend creditability given their history of charity scandals.

The Welcome Committee Council has an impressive list of 144 of America’s progressive luminaries, such as Gov. Jeb Bush, Secretary Jeh Johnson, and Laurene Powell Jobs. Virtual signaling using the public’s checkbook.

Welcome.US’s mission is to “support Afghan families as they build new lives in communities across America.” Their loose term of “communities” is a euphemism for building Islamic diasporas.

U.S. officials say they airlifted more than 123,000 people out of Kabul seeking U.S. asylum. Many fail to qualify for asylum since they did not work with U.S. forces or have Special Immigrant Visas.

Welcome.US states it supports all those seeking refuge. Most of the nameless evacuees are not vetted. The majority are males, many with multiple wives, and older males with child brides.  Afghani migrants are overrepresented in European crime statistics. Once implanted into America, they will be generational welfare recipients. The distraction on the southern border serves as a distraction.

There is no evidence that Welcome.US is a legally organized and operating charity. The State Department press release disclosed that the Welcome.US is an initiative of the Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors. In this role, the Foundation, as a donor advisor, collects public donations and distributes the funds. Donor advisor arrangements are highly susceptible to misuse and diversion, and they conceal the beneficiaries. The search of the Foundation website makes no mention of its affiliation with Welcome.US.

The New York State charity registration website indicates that the Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is delinquent on its 2019 charity registration. The 2020 charity registration also has not been filed.

Welcome.US website’s Donate Now button takes you to GoFundMe. GoFundMe, a for-profit organization, is routing crowdsource donations through its alter ego 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and distributing funds as directed by Welcome.US.

An anonymous individual or organization made the initial donation of $2 million.  Will GoFundMe and Rockefeller nonprofits provide financial disclosures to ensure the public contributions are not misappropriated?

An email from Welcome.US lists the organization’s address as 77 W 24th St Apt 14F, New York, NY 10010-3222 USA.  Zillow, an online real estate listing service, indicates the address is a one-bed room apartment in the Vanguard Chelsea luxury apartment complex.

The elite backers of Welcome.US want us to believe they are the most brilliant people in the room. Projecting, they possess more intellectual, logical, and analytical abilities than everyone else. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Their blind endorsement of Welcome.US and serving as an accommodating host for unvetted refugees without exception is a case in point. This pseudo charity lacks transparency and accountability, which doesn’t inspire public confidence and trust.

Joe Biden on Monday received the Pfizer Covid booster shot.

Biden answered a couple questions about his administration’s efforts to roll out a Covid booster program.

Biden was asked, “How many Americans need to get vaccinated before things get back to normal? What is the percentage in total vaccinations…?

Here is how Joe responded, “Well, I think, look, I think we get the vast majority, like what’s going on in some of these industries and some schools like 97-98%. I think we get awful close.”

Got that? Biden wants 97-98% of Americans vaccinated with the trial vaccine.
It’s not clear if that included the boosters.
They call this science.

Earlier this month the Olympia Police Department released surveillance video of Antifa dressed in black bloc shooting Samoan Proud Boy Tusitala “Tiny” Toese.

A few weeks ago the Proud Boys and other right-wing protesters had been facing off with members of Antifa who showed up to antagonize a medical freedom rally. Toese was reportedly attempting to chase them off when he was shot.

Tiny was unarmed and surveillance video shows the Antifa terrorist shooting at the Proud Boys 5 times before running away.

The Antifa terrorist was unmasked, identified and charged.

The New York Post reported Benjamin Anthony Varela, 36, of Olympia, was arrested on Thursday and charged with first-degree assault while armed with a deadly weapon.

Varela has a long history of calling for violence against conservatives online and is being held on $100,000 bail in Thurston County jail.

An Antifa member with a long history of posting far-left extremist content online has been arrested and charged with the shooting of an anti-vaxxer in Olympia, Wash.

Benjamin Anthony Varela, 36, of Olympia, was arrested on Thursday and charged with first-degree assault while armed with a deadly weapon.

Varela, a member of the Democratic Socialists of America, deleted most of his social media accounts before his arrest, but posts still available on Twitter show he corresponded back and forth with the Spokane and Olympia DSA chapters as well as Libcom.org, an anarchist-Communist website. Prior to deleting his Twitter account, his bio read, “professional anarchist, thug, and paid protester.” His YouTube account, which is still online but doesn’t have any videos available to the public, features a red and black Antifa flag as its profile image. According to the affidavit, Varela ran into an alley behind the Union Gospel Mission after the shooting and discarded his black uniform.
