The January 6 Committee on Thursday unanimously voted to subpoena President Trump.

This was the final hearing before the midterm elections.

On Thursday evening Trump Taylor Budowich, the Director of Communications for Save America and Donald J. Trump, released a statement on the continued harassment of President Donald J. Trump.

Taylor Budowich: Today, 26 days before the Midterm Elections, America is truly a nation in decline. Inflation is out of control, the crime rate is at an all time high, and the crisis at our southern border has never been worse. However, instead of using their final days in power to make life for Americans any better, Democrats are doubling and tripling down on their partisan theatrics. Democrats have no solutions and they have no interest in leading our great nation. They are simply bitter, power hungry & desperate. Pres Trump will not be intimidate by their meritless rhetoric or un-American actions. Trump-endorsed candidates will sweep the Midterms, and America First leadership & solutions will be restored. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Professor at Catholic Notre Dame University Allegedly Offering To Help Students Seeking Abortions-Calls Those Who Disagree “White Nationalist Catholic Hate Groups”

A professor at Notre Dame University in Indiana is under fire for offering help to students at the Catholic University who are seeking abortions.  If you disagree with her views on abortion, she has deemed you part of a white nationalist Catholic hate group.

In the aftermath of the Supreme Court decision on Roe v. Wade, Indiana lawmakers voted to pass  SB-1, which constitutes a near-total ban 0n abortion in the state. Gov. Eric Holcomb (R) signed the bill into law which went into effect on September 15th.

Despite the Indiana law, WJAC reports that Notre Dame Professor Tamara Kay allegedly had a sign hanging on her University office door, which has since been removed,  reading, ““This is a SAFE SPACE to get help and information on ALL Healthcare issues and access — confidentially with care and compassion.”

Kay’s social media is filled with abortion support.

Kay also seemingly refers to the pro-life movement, which includes students, professors and alumni of the university, as wacky, dumb and bigots for having views that align with the religious values and teachings upon which their institution is based.

Inflation Surges In September, Recession Unavoidable

0

Inflation continues to surge, with the ruling class reporting an increase in the consumer price index of CPI of .4%. Inflation is up 8.2% from a year ago, according to BLS data released Thursday. Worker wages took another hit, falling 0.1% monthly and 3% year over year when adjusted for inflation.

A massive market crash is coming, although when is still the big question. The economy simply cannot continue the way it has and there will be dire financial consequences for allowing our enslavement by central banks. Inflation is still hovering around all-time highs achieved in the 1980s. Recession is unavoidable at this point. Mainstream media outlets are still trying to sugarcoat the massive distress in the economy.

“The Federal Reserve has made it very clear they’re committed to price stability, they’re committed to reducing the inflationary pressures,” said Michelle Meyer, chief U.S. economist at the Mastercard Economics Institute. “The more inflation comes in above expectations, the more they’re going to have to prove that commitment, which means higher interest rates and cooling in the underlying economy.”

Here’s how they are attempting to cover for the economy collapsing before our very eyes:

Excluding volatile food and energy prices, core CPI accelerated 0.6% against the Dow Jones estimate for a 0.4% increase. Core inflation was up 6.6% from a year ago, the biggest 12-month gain since August 1982. -CNBC

Energy and food prices are “volatile” but also essential and people are having a hard time covering the continual increases in the cost to drive and eat. The report had an impact on financial markets, with stock market futures plunging and Treasury yields moving up as traders priced in likely more aggressive interest rate hikes ahead from the Federal Reserve.

The rising costs meant more bad news for workers, whose average hourly earnings declined 0.1% for the month on an inflation-adjusted basis and are off 3% from a year ago, according to a separate BLS release.

Inflation is rising despite aggressive Federal Reserve efforts to get price increases under control. -CNBC

And yet people still believe the Federal Reserve is out to save them, not enslave them.

The Federal Reserve was created for one reason: to enslave humanity. Rulers know that in order to completely control literally everything you do, they must control your means of production and how you trade. This is going to result in the announcement of a central bank digital currency. A currency, that if we accept, will make us slaves forever.

Wilson is being held on $250,000 secure bond, according to police.

AP reported:

A severed finger left behind at the scene of an attempted home invasion last week in North Carolina led investigators to a suspect in the case, police said.

Burlington officers responded to a report of an attempted home invasion Thursday morning after a resident who had started a vehicle in the driveway encountered an armed man who tried to force his way into the house, police said in a news release.

Police said the two struggled and the man’s gun went off, grazing the resident’s chest, before the resident was able to shut the door on his hand. The resident was not seriously injured.

Crime scene investigators found a finger, believed to have been severed when the resident forced the door shut, inside the suspect’s glove, which fell off during the struggle, police said.

Parkland Shooter Nikolas Cruz Gets Life in Prison For Killing 17 People – Spared From Death Penalty – Governor DeSantis Responds (VIDEO)

Parkland, Florida – On February 14th, 2018, crazed killer Nikolas Cruz fatally shot 17 students and teachers at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.

Recall, Nikolas Cruz was reported to the FBI years ago after he left a comment on a bail bondsman’s YouTube channel saying that he was going to be a “professional school shooter.”

The FBI dropped the ball and Cruz went on the kill 17 people.

A Fort Lauderdale jury on Thursday spared Nikolas Cruz the death penalty and sent him to prison for life.

A judge will sentence Cruz to life in prison on November 1.

AP reported:

A jury spared Florida school shooter Nikolas Cruz from the death penalty Thursday for killing 17 people at a Parkland high school in 2018, sending him to prison for the remainder of his life in a decision that left many families of the victims angered, baffled and in tears.

Cruz, 24, pleaded guilty a year ago to murdering 14 students and three staff members, and wounding 17 others, at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on Feb. 14, 2018.

The three-month trial to determine whether he should be executed included graphic videos and photos from the massacre and its aftermath, heart-wrenching testimony from victims’ family members and a tour of the still blood-spattered building. The jury rejected the death penalty after deliberating for about seven hours over two days.

Under Florida law, a death sentence requires a unanimous vote on at least one count. The jury found there were aggravating factors to warrant the death penalty for each victim, such as agreeing that the murders were “especially heinous, atrocious, or cruel.” But one or more jurors also found mitigating factors, such as untreated issues he had as a child. In the end, the jury could not agree that the aggravating factors outweighed the mitigating ones, so Cruz will get life without parole.

Family members of the victims were furious after the jury spared Nikolas Cruz the death penalty.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis slammed the life sentence recommendation.

“You deserve the death penalty,” DeSantis said of the mass killer.

EXCLUSIVE: STATEMENT FROM ROGER STONE IN RESPONSE TO THE JANUARY 6TH COMMITTEE

STATEMENT FROM ROGER STONE IN RESPONSE TO THE JANUARY 6TH COMMITTEE

October 13, 2022

Any claim or assertion that I knew about, either in advance or contemporaneously with, participated in or condoned any act — by any person or group — at or anywhere near the United States Capitol or anywhere in the District of Columbia, the United States, or Planet Earth — on January 6th, or any other date, that was either unlawful, illegal, or otherwise intended in any way to cause damage or disrupt any proceedings of Congress, or any other governmental body, is categorically false.

Any claim or assertion that I was involved at any time in any effort of any kind by any person or group to delay, hinder or otherwise obstruct the certification of presidential electors by Congress, pursuant to the Constitution of the United States, is also categorically false.

TRENDING: BREAKING: January 6 Committee Unanimously Votes to Subpoena Trump

Nothing presented in today’s January 6th committee hearing contradicts any of this. What we did see today was a continuation of the tactic of “guilt by association.” Just because I know someone or have met them does not constitute proof that I was aware of any impending criminal conspiracy. The committee today provided no evidence to the contrary.

In one of the committee’s previous “hearings,” Cassidy Hutchinson, a disgruntled former employee of President Donald Trump (not retained in the post-presidency, despite seeking a position), claimed that Trump directed his Chief of Staff Mark Meadows to call both General Michael Flynn and me, purportedly to “find out what would happen on January 6th.”  Hutchinson also claimed that Trump directed Meadows to make a similar call, in order to be briefed on a purported meeting held in the Willard Hotel in a supposed “War Room.”  Hutchinson further testified that these alleged calls were, in fact, completed.

These assertions are entirely false, as no such phone calls ever took place. Nor was I in or aware of any “War Room” in the Willard Hotel, as confirmed by three sources to the Washington Post. Nonetheless, Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren repeated Hutchinson’s perjurious testimony again in today’s hearing.

The video shown by the January 6th committee today (who leaked it first to CNN and MSNBC), also produced by the Danish filmmakers, which claimed that I said that Donald Trump should declare victory even if he “lost,” in fact, says that he should claim victory if the race for president was “up in the air” — the exact same strategic political advice James A. Baker III gave George W. Bush in 2000 when that race was in dispute.

This contradicts the January 6th Committee claim that I advocated that Trump should claim victory regardless of the outcome of the race. My comments are constitutionally protected free speech as well as sound political and public relations strategy.

I will also prove that their video, which the committee showed today, appearing to show me advocating violence is a fabrication. How convenient that everyone in the video’s mouths are obscured with masks? How interesting that the audio matches exactly an audio released by CNN a week ago in which I cannot be seen at all. Because it is my intention to bring a $25 million defamation lawsuit against the Danish filmmakers Christoffer Guldbrandsen and Frederik Marbell, this will be proven in subsequent litigation.

Strangely, the January 6th committee failed to show the following video in which I addressed a large crowd at a legally permitted event in front of the U.S. Supreme Court on January 5th, where I specifically renounced violence and warned Trump supporters not to be baited.

The continuing insistence that I served as a liaison or go-between between the Trump White House, the Trump campaign and groups termed by the media to be “extremists” is without foundation. There are no encrypted messages, non-encrypted messages, e-mails, phone calls, or witnesses to the contrary. The committee produced none today – because there are none.

Despite this, Rep. Zoe Lofgren described Oath Keeper Joshua James as a “close associate” of mine during today’s hearing. The first time I ever met him was on January 5th, and the claims by the Danish filmmakers that he was “in my suite” at the Willard actually means he delivered a suitcase to my room and was in the room for less than one minute, something the committee could easily confirm using their subpoenaed footage.

Because I was unable to hire off-duty D.C. police officers to provide security for me, as I had done quite legally during my pretrial motions in D.C. and during my trial, I accepted a voluntary security detail from the Oath Keepers. During that time I witnessed and heard nothing that would preview any individual’s involvement in the illegal events of January 6th. If the committee has actual evidence to the contrary, they should produce it, but they have none and guilt by association is their obvious and transparent tactic.

Guldbrandsen has also told a Danish media outlet that my speech on the evening of January 5th, “heavily incited violence.” He was not there and did not film the speech. Here is the entire speech, as you can see, there is no incitement to violence, and all of my statements are consistent with the my First Amendment right to question the results of the 2020 election. My views reflect my religiously-based apocalyptic view of the struggle in America today. This is not an incitement to violence as CNN has claimed.

Members of the January 6th committee are aware that any time a citizen invokes their Fifth Amendment rights in any legislative or judicial proceeding they are required to invoke their Fifth Amendment right to any-and-all questions lest the privilege is waived. The committee’s selective use of me involving my Fifth Amendment rights to specific questions is duplicitous and manipulative.

The January 6th committee continues to traffic in conspiracy theories but has yet to turn up any actual evidence or proof that I engaged in any improper activity in connection with January 6th, other than the exercise of my free speech rights which they now claim is illegal.

Developing: Lauren Boebert Opponent Caught Having Affair in Storage Locker – Then Sold Out His Vote After He Was Caught

Why are all of these Democrats the same?

Colorado congressional candidate Adam Frisch was caught having sex in a storage locker with a woman he was having an affair with.

He later was blackmailed and sold his vote out to a business owner.

Adam Frisch is running against popular conservative Lauren Boebert.

Breitbart.com reported:

A man who owned a taxi service and storage facility in Aspen, Colorado, has claimed on video tape to the Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) campaign and in a separate exclusive interview with Breitbart News he allegedly blackmailed high profile congressional candidate Democrat Adam Frisch with surveillance footage of him showing up to a storage unit facility where, according to the business owner, Frisch was caught allegedly having an affair.

The wild story stands out even in this crazy election cycle. Democrat congressional hopeful—Frisch (pictured) is currently challenging Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) in the upcoming November midterm election—has yet to respond to the allegations when Breitbart News asked his campaign about them.

The business owner, a man named Todd Gardner, alleges on video shown to Breitbart News that he successfully blackmailed Frisch, then a city councilman in Aspen, Colorado, into changing his vote on the Aspen City Council regarding a crucial multi-million dollar transportation project. Gardner has reaffirmed those allegations to Breitbart News in a separate interview.

Gardner has provided emails which purport to back up his claim. And, Gardner points to a friend who wishes to remain anonymous but who also separately confirmed to Breitbart News that Gardner told him about the alleged affair incident contemporaneously – this all allegedly happened a few years ago. To be clear, the friend was unaware of any alleged blackmail, but does remember hearing about—and joking with Gardner about—the alleged affair in a rented storage unit.

Supreme Court Denies Trump Request to Intervene in Mar-a-Lago Raid Case

0

The US Supreme Court on Thursday denied Trump’s request to reverse a lower court’s ruling that prevented Special Master Raymond Dearie from reviewing 100 classified records stolen from Mar-a-Lago.

President Trump’s team last week requested the Supreme Court reverse a federal appeals court ruling to allow the DOJ to review classified documents seized from Mar-a-Lago.

“The application to vacate the stay entered by the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit on September 21, 2022, presented to Justice Thomas and by him referred to the Court is denied.”

CNBC reported:

TRENDING: DEVELOPING: January 6 Committee Plans to Vote on Whether to Subpoena Trump

The Supreme Court on Thursday denied a request by former President Donald Trump to vacate a lower appeals court ruling in a case related to the FBI raid and seizure of documents from his Florida residence last month.

The 11th U.S. Circuit of Appeals had barred a so-called special master, who was appointed by a federal judge, from reviewing more than 100 classified documents as part of an examination of the more than 11,000 government records seized in the raid to determine which should be barred from being used in a criminal probe of Trump.

Trump’s lawyers last week asked the Supreme Court to reverse that decision arguing that it “impairs substantially the ongoing, time-sensitive work of the special master.”

Those attorneys also argued that “any limit on the comprehensive and transparent review of materials seized in the extraordinary raid of a president’s home erodes public confidence in our system of justice.”

Judge Aileen Cannon previously issued an injunction and blocked the Justice Department’s access to the 100 classified documents.

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned Judge Cannon’s injunction and once again gave the DOJ access to the Mar-a-Lago documents.

The 11th Circuit Court’s ruling also barred Special Master Raymond Dearie from reviewing the 100 classified records – he only has access to the non-classified documents.
