Joe Biden Coughs, Struggles to Read Teleprompter as He Begs Lawmakers to Raise Debt Ceiling (VIDEO)

What is wrong with Joe Biden?

Joe Biden’s cough is getting worse.

Biden delivered remarks on the need to raise the debt ceiling on Monday.

Joe Biden claims his $3.5 trillion spending bill costs ZERO DOLLARS while begging lawmakers to raise the debt ceiling.

Makes sense.

Biden could barely read his teleprompter on Monday and his cough is getting worse.

“A failure to raise the debt limit will call into question Congress’ willingness to meet our obligations that we’ve already incurred, not new ones,” said Biden.

Biden blamed Trump and told Republicans to “get out of the way” as he coughed.

“I think, quite frankly, it’s hypocritical dangerous, and disgraceful. Their obstruction and irresponsibility knows absolutely no bounds, especially as we’re clawing our way out of this pandemic,” he said.

A few weeks ago a pool reporter finally asked White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki about Joe Biden’s persistent coughing fits during press conferences.

Biden repeatedly coughed and cleared his throat during his speech at California Governor Gavin Newsom’s campaign rally in Long Beach last month.

His cough is getting worse and the White House refuses to answer questions about Joe Biden’s health.

WATCH: Biden Says Sinema Being Chased Into the Bathroom By Activists is ‘Part of the Process’

When asked about Sen. Kyrsten Sinema being chased into a bathroom by illegal immigrant activists pushing for her to approve his spending package, Joe Biden said that this harassment is “part of the process.”

“Do you think that those tactics are crossing a line?” the reporter asked.

Biden said that he doesn’t think that they’re appropriate tactics, but added “it happens to everybody.”

The president chuckled and added that the only people it doesn’t happen to are people with Secret Service protection.

“It’s part of the process,” he concluded before taking another question.

The liberal activists had confronted Sinema in a classroom at Arizona State University in Phoenix and followed her as she entered a stall in the bathroom. They continued shouting at her to support Biden’s “Build Back Better” package and filmed through the entire ordeal.

Sinema and Sen. Joe Manchin have refused to support the $3.5-trillion social policy bill, causing massive outrage on the left.

BREAKING: Hong Kong’s Evergrande, With Its Huge China Real Estate Portfolio, Has Trading Halted As Its Debt Crisis Escalates

0

The Evergrande saga continues.  On Monday trading for Evergrande stock was halted in Hong Kong.

We’ve reported on the Hong Kong behemoth Evergrande that has been going under for a month.   Today, despite numerous attempts to revive the company, the end appears near.

On September 9, 2021, we first reported on the pending Evergrande collapse and what it will mean to the China economy.

EXCLUSIVE: The Beginning of China’s Economic Collapse? Largest Issuer of China’s Commercial Paper, Evergrande, Is Facing Bankruptcy, Entire World Economy Likely Impacted

This company is a massive entity with reportedly the largest amount of debt of any company in the world.  The problem is the company cannot pay its debt.

NBC is reporting this morning:

Shares in troubled real estate developer China Evergrande Group and its property management unit Evergrande Property Services were suspended from trading in Hong Kong on Monday as investors awaited the next steps in the saga of its debt crisis.

Cailian, a Chinese online news service affiliated with the state-run newspaper Securities Times, said another developer, Hopson Development Holdings, was planning to acquire a majority share in Evergrande Property Services Group.

Hopson suspended trading of its shares in Hong Kong on Monday. The suspension was “pending the release of announcement(s) in relation to a major transaction of the company under which the company agreed to acquire the shares of a company . . . listed on the stock exchange,” it said in a filing.

The Wall Street Journal warns, however:

Evergrande’s potential deal to sell its profitable property management unit may buy it a little breathing space for now. How much oxygen will ultimately be left for investors remains highly uncertain.

As we previously warned, the economic crisis in China is real.

EXCLUSIVE: Here Is One Action the U.S. Can Take Now to Deter a Chinese Invasion of Taiwan

0

Guest post by Lawrence Sellin, PhD

There is one immediate action the US can take to prevent a Chinese invasion of Taiwan.

According to the official website of the U.S. military health system, humanitarian assistance and disaster response (HADR) are core capabilities of the Department of Defense, which has quickly deployed relief personnel and resources to all corners of the globe:

  • In Operation Tomodochi, after the Japanese earthquake and tsunami in 2011—U.S. forces were instrumental in delivering food, water, blankets, clothing, and medical supplies to support Japanese civilian and military partners.
  • During Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines, Service Members were on the ground working with the Philippine military to provide essential medical treatment and supplies.
  • During the Ebola epidemic in West Africa, Service Members were involved in constructing treatment centers and providing logistical support to stem the spread of infection.
  • In the aftermath of the devastating 2015 Nepal earthquake, U.S. military personnel were instrumental in supporting relief efforts with transportation and medical treatment, and where previous training exercises with the Nepalese military significantly improved their capacity to respond to the crisis.

In 2007, I commanded such a humanitarian mission to the nation of Mali in West Africa, which involved a wide variety of U.S. active duty and military reserve medical personnel in conjunction with special operations forces operating against Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb.

In the last month, two important meetings took place ostensibly to address the economic and military threat posed by China.

On September 24, 2021, amid much media coverage, the first in-person meeting of Quadrilateral Security Dialogue or “Quad” comprised of the United States, India, Japan and Australia met in Washington, D.C.

The Quad meeting ended with a joint statement reaffirming the four nations’ commitment to a “free and open” Indo-Pacific region, but without even using the word “China” or containing any statement on military cooperation and China’s increasingly aggressive economic and military posture.

Less well-publicized, but perhaps more consequential, was an August 27th virtual “security” discussion held between two Japanese Liberal Democratic Party politicians, both defense specialists, and two counterparts from Taiwan’s ruling Democratic Progressive Party.

Even private discussions between politicians as those held on August 27th would have been unthinkable just five years ago.

As described in Grant Newsham’s recent article:

One announced outcome of the Aug. 27 meetings was to have Japanese and Taiwan Coast Guards cooperate on humanitarian assistance and disaster relief (HADR).

Such an approach provides a foundation for similar unprecedented, but much needed cooperation between the United States and Taiwan under the guise of joint humanitarian operations.

Joint U.S. – Taiwan HADR exercises should be initiated eventually leading to a joint operations center in Taiwan manned by a U.S. personnel with military experience.

While working for IBM’s Network Centric Operations business practice, we developed the software and procedures for a successful HADR operations center.

In crisis situations, it is imperative to rapidly assemble multinational coalitions and cross-organizational teams with the expertise required to respond effectively. These teams need the ability to coordinate and communicate with each other across jurisdictional boundaries.

The responsibilities of such a center would be to address the critical command and control challenges associated with multinational collaboration and data exchange in HADR or potential military emergencies.

The rapid establishment of a joint U.S. – Taiwan HADR operations center in Taiwan would have an enormous psychological impact both on Taiwan and the People’s Republic of China and provide reassurance to the Quad and other nations of the U.S. commitment to a “free and open” Indo-Pacific region.

Swedish Mohammad Cartoonist Lars Vilks Killed in Fiery Car Crash

Lars Vilks

The Swedish artist who sparked a worldwide controversy for drawing the Muslim ‘Prophet’ Mohammed with a dog body was killed in a fiery car crash in Markaryd, Sweden on Sunday.

Two police protection officers were also killed.

Lars Vilks, 75, lived under 24/7 police protection since he began drawing the Mohammad cartoons in 2007.

In 2010, Muslims torched Lars Vilks’ home and smashed out windows.

In 2015, gunman Omar El-Hussein tried to kill him at a cafe while he was participating in a debate on free speech but he managed to escape.

The special prosecutor’s office is investigating the car crash.

The Daily Mail reported:

A Swedish artist who survived two murder attempts after drawing a cartoon of the Muslim Prophet Mohammed has died in a horror car crash.

Lars Vilks, 75, was killed Sunday when the police car he was traveling in veered onto the wrong side of the road and collided with a truck.

Both vehicles caught fire and the truck driver, 45, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The truck driver was airlifted to hospital by helicopter, where he will be questioned by police over what happened.

The car carrying Mr Vilks was reportedly travelling at a high speed before it veered into the other lane and collided with the truck, becoming wedged underneath it. Both vehicles caught fire.

Police spokesman Rickard Lundqvist said: ‘I can not say at the moment if there are any criminal suspicions.’

The busy E4 road where the crash occurred has been closed off while police speak to witnesses. It is set to re-open at around 3am.

Taiwan Says It’s Preparing for War as China Sends a Record 52 Warplanes Into Taiwan Airspace

Taiwan says it’s preparing for war as China sends a record number of airplanes over the island country.

China is escalating pressure on Taiwan:

Just two days after its last record-breaking set of military flights around the island of Taiwan, China sent its largest-ever single wave of warplanes into Taiwan’s air defense identification zone (ADIZ) on Monday. In total, 52 Chinese People’s Liberation Army aircraft breached Taiwan’s ADIZ.

In response to the pattern of increased military pressure from China, Taiwanese Foreign Minister Joseph Wu said in an interview with Australia’s ABC News that his country is prepared to fight back if China attacks.

In total, the Chinese military flights on Monday included 36 J-16 and Su-30 fighter jets, 12 nuclear-capable H-6 bombers, 2 Y-8 anti-submarine warfare (ASW) aircraft and two KJ-500 airborne early warning and control (AEW&C) aircraft.

The tiny island nation reported the following on Twitter:

China’s actions and rhetoric are escalating are accelerating which is why Taiwan is preparing for war.

Twitter Labels An Obituary A “Misleading” Because Woman Died Of COIVD-19 Vaccine Complications

0

Social media giant Twitter has labeled an obituary as “misleading” because the woman who passed away died of COVID-19 vaccine-induced side of blood clotting. According to the Twitter post, Jessica Berg Wilson, who was an otherwise healthy 37-year-old, died of vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia and did not want to take the shot in the first place.

Instead of following her gut instinct and refusing to be injected, Berg Wilson took the COVID-19 “vaccine” that isn’t a vaccine and it killed her.  Now Twitter is saying that that fact is “misleading.”

COVID-19 mRNA Shots Are Legally Not Vaccines

According to Berg Wilson’s obituary, she passed away “unexpectedly” on September 7 from Covid-19 VITT. It says that Berg Wilson was vehemently opposed” to taking the Covid-19 vaccine because she was in “good health,” and believed she was not at risk of becoming seriously ill from the virus.  “In her mind, the known and unknown risks of the unproven vaccine were more of a threat,” the text reads.

FDA & CDC Recommend Using J&J “Vaccine” Once Again After Blood Clot Scare

But her liberty to choose was taken away and she was mandated to take the shot that ended up killing her. Berg Wilson was a “Room Mom” – someone who took responsibility for events in her children’s school classes – and the vaccine mandate prevented her from doing this without the shot, according to a report by RT.

American writer, blogger, and editor Ben Domenech asked who at Twitter even thought it was appropriate to label an obituary as “misleading.” He added that when Twitter boss Jack Dorsey eventually dies, “any obit that doesn’t include ‘created a pointless lie-filled hellsite that ruined the lives of millions’ should be flagged as misleading, too.”

Outspoken actress, TV personality, and former MMA fighter Gina Carano also shared Bee’s post, adding that she knew someone who had died from the vaccine and claiming President Joe Biden’s mandates were “murdering” people. Her tweet was swiftly labeled “misleading” by Twitter.  –RT

It’s too bad Berg Wilson submitted to the edicts of the ruling class. This isn’t a “misinformation” problem so much as it empowers the rulers to impose anything on the masses that they want. They know that people will comply if it means “go along to get along.” It’s sad but true, and people are taking the shots unwillingly just to continue to live their lives in a totalitarian dictatorship to which we are all subjected.

Washington Post Erases Women — New Style Guide Says to Use ‘Pregnant Individuals’ Instead

0

Think tanks, the media, and liberal politicians are in the midst of a coordinated effort to erase associating pregnancy with women.

Now, the Washington Post has updated their official style guide to replace the term “pregnant woman” with “pregnant individual.”

Travis Lyles, the Washington Post’s new “Instagram editor” leaked the big change on Twitter, before setting his account to private.

“While biology dictates who can become pregnant, it does not always reflect gender identity,” the updated style manual reads. “If we say pregnant women, we exclude those who are transgender and nonbinary.”

The newspaper is worried about excluding women, who they consider a “marginalized group,” a report from Newsbusters notes.

“However, we must take care that our efforts to be more inclusive do not come at the expense of other marginalized groups, such as women, and add to a feeling of exclusion.”

It isn’t just the media attempting to change our language to erase women from motherhood.

The Daily Caller reports that the Democrats’ $3.5 trillion spending package refers to mothers as both “pregnant” and “lactating” individuals on 11 occasions.
