AZ Attorney General Mark Brnovich – Drops The HAMMER: Maricopa County Must Fully Comply With Senate Subpoenas Or Lose MILLIONS in State Revenues

Arizona State Representative Mark Finchem

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich dropped the hammer on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors today.

The Gateway Pundit reported this as the news broke.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich Tells ‘Lawless’ Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to Provide Subpoenaed Material to Auditors or Lose Millions in State Revenues

An SB1487 complaint was made by Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli, requesting the Attorney General to investigate whether or not Maricopa County’s defiance of subpoenas is a violation of the law.

Brnovich followed through on his duties.

“We are notifying the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors that it must fully comply with the Senate’s subpoena as required by the law,” said Attorney General Mark Brnovich. “Our courts have spoken. The rule of law must be followed.”

If the county fails to resolve this violation of the law within 30 days, the State Treasurer shall withhold 10% of state shared funds from the County.

This equates to over $61 million.

Arizona State Representative Mark Finchem and Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers shared their comments on Twitter

Finchem: I am of the opinion that the entire cost of the audit should be billed back to the county for the delays and legal hoops that the Senate has had to go through just to do its job.

The County has obstructed this process every step of the way. Recently, they decided to purchase $2.8 MILLION worth of new fraudulent Dominion voting machines, claiming that the machines could not be used after a full forensic audit.

We should have never used these machines in the first place if they cannot undergo a full forensic audit and the County cannot certify that they are safe to use.

Maricopa County is now filing a claim against the Arizona Senate to cover the cost of this new equipment.

Additionally, Congressman Paul Gosar chimed in.

Gosar: For months the same question comes up: what are the supervisors hiding? It’s not like it was their personal election that belongs to them. It was a public event. With public money. Let the auditors audit. If no errors great. Thx @GeneralBrnovich for seeking truth

Attorney General Brnovich has decided to uphold the law.

Maricopa County must comply with the law!
