Biden Is “Prepared To Defend” His Vaccine Mandate After It Was Stuck Down

There is no political solution when the problem is political.  Right now, people are rejoicing that a court struck down Joe Biden’s mandate that companies with over 100 employees force the experimental gene therapy on their workers or face fines. Mass non-compliance would have had the same effect.

Had everyone at OSHA, who the ruling class instructed to carry out the tyranny had said “no, we will not comply” this would already be over. The sad truth most don’t want to hear is that no political solution is going to get us anywhere. We need to come together and disobey as a whole and let these sociopaths know they no longer rule us and they have no power. The solution is to realize we don’t need masters to rule us. We need to be free.

Whether it survives or not, is not the issue. The issue is just how low people will bow to these scumbags who want to dictate what goes into their bodies.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals cited “grave” constitutional concerns with the mandate over the weekend, giving the administration until Monday to respond. Texas Governor Greg Abbott celebrated the court victory and promised “emergency hearings” to potentially strike down the mandate, according to a report by RT.

They will continue to push this mandate, and they will probably, at some point, get it through. And when they do, the only solution is mass non-compliance and for people to stop supporting and helping the ruling class stay in power. Eric July says it better than most:

Rights don’t come from the government. They can list them, but rights are inherent and in each and every one of us. We have these rights not because we were born in a specific geographical location in which a ruling class claims jurisdiction over and the ownership of all human being born in it.  We have rights because we were born human beings and Biden, police, military, OSHA, etc, do not have more rights than anyone else.

Over two dozen states have presented legal challenges to the Biden administration, arguing the mandate is unconstitutional. But the rulers have already demonstrated that they don’t give a dam that something is unconstitutional and it doesn’t matter anyway.

“But whether the Constitution really be one thing or another, this much is certain – that it has either authorized such a government as we have had or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist.” ― Lysander Spooner, No Treason: The Constitution of No Authority
