REMINDER: Corrupt Clinton Judge Who Allowed Crackpot E. Jean Carroll’s Sexual Assault Case Against President Trump to Move Forward Is Also Over FTX Case

The corrupt Clinton judge who allows crackpot E. Jean Carroll’s sexual assault case to move forward is the same judge overseeing the FTX case.

In America, there are some seriously corrupt judges who are political and rule with total disregard for the law.  Many of these judges are Obama judges but there are others as well.

Yesterday corrupt Clinton Judge Lewis Kaplan again allowed crackpot E. Jean Carroll’s case to move forward against President Trump.

US Rep. and Dr. Ronnie Jackson Says “There’s NO EXCUSE for Biden to have these HIGHLY CLASSIFIED documents.” (VIDEO)

Joe Biden had no business stealing classified documents and hiding them in his garage and at Penn U.

Dr. Ronnie Jackson was on Newsmax with Rob Schmitt and they discussed the crimes committed by Joe Biden in stealing classified documents and moving them to his center at Penn U and to his home next to his car in his garage.

Schmitt started off noting that Biden hasn’t denied anything so far.

Rep. Jackson replied that the newly appointed Special Counsel is not to be trusted.  He worked with Rod Rosenstein and Christopher, who Jackson shared, “God knows I don’t trust that guy anymore.”

These are people that are Deep State.  These are people that have been involved in weaponizing the government against their political adversaries.  And this guy’s coming from that background….

This is crazy Rob, this is absolutely crazy this is going on.

Jackson does agree with the Biden gang when they appear too stupid to know any better but believes this is more related to the corruption with the Biden Administration rather than the stupidity.

See the interview below:

There’s NO EXCUSE for Biden to have these HIGHLY CLASSIFIED documents. He didn’t have the authority to declassify them as Vice President, and him saying he “didn’t know” he had them means NOTHING. This whole story stinks to high heaven. I don’t believe a THING Biden is saying!!

So, How Many Calories are in an MRE?

0

MREs, or meals-ready-to-eat, are military ration packs that every single person serving in uniform is already familiar with, and they also happen to be a long-term food storage solution for preppers.

eversafe mre

Though expensive, their combination of extraordinary shelf life and stability across a great temperature range makes them good survival food for civilians just like they are for soldiers.

But a big part of prepping is planning out how many calories you have on hand for any given requirement. So, how many calories are in an MRE?

United States Military-issued MREs have about 1,300 calories in them more or less depending on the contents. Commercially available MREs usually have fewer calories than their military counterparts.

For a complete meal an MRE has a lot of calories, and you’ll really be packing it on if you are eating three of these every single day.

That being said, in a survival situation you might have cause to! You can learn more about the calorie contents and the variations of MREs below.

Standard U.S. MREs Contain About 1,300 Calories

MREs contain tons of calories, by design. This is because MREs are intended to support soldiers in the field, and your average soldier working in the field, no matter his or her branch and job, is going to be burning up a ton of calories every single day.

For this reason, your typical US military MRE has about 1,300 calories in it, although this can vary a little bit anywhere from 1,200 calories to 1,400 calories.

These calories are composed of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates no matter what the contents are and represent the sum total of calories combining the entree with all the sides, snacks, and other consumable items inside.

Once you know a little bit more about precisely how many calories an MRE contains, and what the variations are, you’ll be better able to plan your food stockpile or to make sure you bring enough calories with you to sustain your activity level no matter what you are doing, be it camping, hiking, hunting or just scouting out your bug-out location.

MREs and Nutrition
MREs and NutritionWatch this video on YouTube

“Civilian” MREs Usually Have Fewer Calories

One interesting thing to note is that civilian, or commercial, MREs typically have less calories than their actual military issue counterparts.

Depending on the brand and the menu, they might have significantly fewer calories or just slightly fewer.

Although this might not make sense on the surface since a civilian would ostensibly choose to carry MREs for the same reasons that the military issues them to soldiers, the reality is somewhat different.

A civilian that is going on some kind of outdoor adventure, be it for work or for play, is simply not burning quite as many calories as an active duty soldier under field conditions, no matter what they’re doing.

Accordingly, even if a civilian is living off of MREs while they are in the field, they don’t need quite so many calories as a soldier.

As we all know, surplus calories means weight gain, while a calorie deficit means weight loss.

Whether this matters or not or is simply an interesting bit of trivia is up to you and your requirements.

For instance, if you were buying any given brand of MREs and just made a blanket assumption that you were getting 1,300 calories per pouch, like an average military MRE.

In reality, you were buying civilian MREs that contained 1,100 calories per pouch, or even less you’ll be racking up a pretty impressive deficit of calories on hand the more you accumulate.

Always check the nutritional info if it is available, and if it isn’t, contact the manufacturer of the MRE to find out for sure.

Calories Vary with Menu Selection

Another obvious cause for variance in the calorie content of any MRE, military or civilian is the menu, or the selection of items in the MRE.

You probably already know that your average MRE contains a variety of foods, everything from an entree, or main dish, to a couple of sides and snacks that can accompany the meal.

Most even include a high-calorie powdered drink mix and a dessert.

This, naturally, leads to variance in the total amount of calories. Calorie-dense entrees like pasta with meat usually contain the most calories whereas lighter, vegetarian fare like mixed vegetables or tofu contain far less.

Understanding the calorie and nutritional variance in a given MRE menu will better help you plan according to your energy and nutritional requirements.

International MREs May Have More or Less Calories

Another fun fact about MREs is that they are not all created equal. There isn’t one giant international company that is selling these ubiquitous MREs to all the world’s militaries.

In fact, it is quite the opposite, with virtually every nation depending on its own unique and culturally relevant MREs for its soldiers.

Some MREs are far more spartan, having much in common with the barely-edible tinned ration blocks of wars from decades past, while others are even more varied or even luxurious compared to US offerings.

The composition of the calories varies significantly also, with differing ratios of protein, carbs, and fat depending on the country of origin.

Many MREs issued by modern militaries in typically cold climates contain more calories than U.S. MREs, while those in hot environments often contain less.

Again, probably just an interesting bit of trivia for most readers, but if you are buying or come into possession of foreign-made MREs don’t automatically assume they have the same number of calories as US-made ones.

Can you survive off eating only MREs
Can you survive off eating only MREsWatch this video on YouTube

MREs are Only Nutritionally Complete in the Short Term

One more important thing to keep in mind is that MREs are not the end-all be-all solution to survival food.

Yes, they have plenty of calories. Yes, MREs last a long time. Yes, they are easy to carry and durable enough to stand up to rough handling.

They even have a good cross-section of vitamins and minerals to keep you working hard when the chips are down.

However, MREs cause trouble when you eat them often for too long a period of time.

First, MREs have way, way too much salt for your average person and they have also been linked with causing all sorts of gastrointestinal distress, diarrhea, and constipation alike.

No matter how convenient and cool you might think they are, remember that these are essentially ration packs, highly processed and highly adulterated with preservatives and other things. They aren’t what I would consider “real” food.

This is not to scare you away from MREs. They certainly have their uses, and I still eat them voluntarily when the situation demands.

I’m always looking for ways to keep my diet as normal as possible, and if I know I’m going to be eating MREs for an extended period I try to have as many usual meals with whole foods as I can.

Vatican Reporter Alleges Cardinal Pell Was Author of Anonymous Letter to Cardinals on ‘Disaster’ of Red Francis

0

Cardinal George Pell

Cardinal George Pell died at age 81 on Tuesday.  Pell was a controversial figure in the Catholic Church having been under a cloud of abuse allegations that were ultimately overturned.

Pell was a financial adviser to Pope Francis and worked to reform the Holy’s See’s finances.

Sky News Australia’s Andrew Bolt alleges Pell was on a “media hate list” and the media was against him because he was conservative. “Because he tried to make priests follow the teachings of the church, rather than a left-wing gospel.”

TRENDING: JUST IN: Another ‘Twitter Files’ Drop: More Adam Schiff Ban Requests – Twitter “Deamplified” Alleged Conservative Accounts They Say Were Linked to Q-Anon

Bolt suggests ABC journalist Louise Milligan “made a motser (large amount of money)” writing books “falsely spewing he was a pedophile”.

A Catholic journalist has now claimed that Pell was the author an anonymous memo sent to cardinals regarding the next papal election that was highly critical of Pope Francis.

Catholic News Agency reports:

A Catholic journalist from Italy revealed Wednesday that Cardinal George Pell, who died on Jan. 10, had been the author of a controversial memo about the next papal election.

The anonymous memo was circulated among cardinals during Lent last year and made public by Sandro Magister on March 15, 2022.

Magister, a longtime Vatican journalist, revealed the identity of the document’s author on Jan. 11, the day after Pell’s death from a cardiac arrest at the age of 81.

In an article about the Australian cardinal’s “last writings,” Magister wrote on his blog “Settimo Cielo” that “Pell was the author of that memorandum, signed ‘Demos,’ which was very critical of the pontificate of Francis.”

The funeral Mass of the Australian cardinal will be held in St. Peter’s Basilica on Jan. 14. Pope Francis will preside over the rites of final commendation and farewell, as he does for all cardinals who die in Rome.

Catholic News continues:

The memo on a future conclave described Pope Francis’ pontificate as a “disaster” and listed ways the author thought the pope had caused confusion on important issues in the Church.

“The Vatican’s political prestige is now at a low ebb,” the memorandum said.

The critical tone of the memo is matched by a more recent writing by Pell, published posthumously by the British magazine The Spectator.

The article, which calls Pope Francis’ three-year-long Synod on Synodality a “toxic nightmare,” was published on Jan. 11.

An associate editor of the magazine, Damian Thompson, described the article as Pell’s “last public statement,” though he did not know he was about to die when writing it and “was prepared to face the fury of Pope Francis and the [synod] organisers when it was published.”

Chicago Public Schools Audit Report: Widespread Fraud in Free and Reduced Meals Program by Highly Paid District Employees

0

Evidence showed that the teacher and her partner lived with their kids in a single- family home in Chicago at the address the teacher had on file with CPS for most of her career. In late 2019, however, the teacher sold the property and purchased a home in Gary, and she and her family moved there in 2020. The teacher did not have, and was not eligible for, a CPS residency waiver.

The teacher told the OIG that she and her partner had “big plans” for the Gary home, but when those plans “went south,” she decided to stay in Chicago while her partner and children lived in Gary. Nevertheless, the teacher admitted that she worked remotely for CPS’s Virtual Academy from the Gary home every day, and claimed that she commuted back to Chicago at night.

The OIG did not find the teacher credible because she repeatedly lied about her true address. After she sold her Chicago home, she changed her address on file with CPS to one in Hyde Park that was actually a mailbox at a UPS store. The teacher later admitted to the OIG that she didn’t live in Hyde Park and instead claimed that she lived elsewhere in Chicago with a CPS colleague. When the OIG interviewed the colleague, however, she said the teacher never lived with her.

Throughout their time together, the teacher’s partner received income-based AllKids and SNAP benefits from the State of Illinois despite the teacher’s CPS salary. A report by the Inspector General for the Illinois Department of Health and Family Services found that the partner failed to report the teacher’s income and continued to receive Illinois benefits even after moving out of state to Gary. The OIG found that the teacher was aware that her partner received benefits and knew or should have known that he failed to report her salary.

The OIG recommended the teacher receive a Do Not Hire designation and would have recommended discharge had she not resigned during this investigation. Accordingly, CPS has given her a Do Not Hire designation.

  • Elementary School Teacher Fraudulently Obtained Public Benefits from the State of Illinois and Free/Reduced Meal Eligibility for Her Children (20-01050)

A former elementary school teacher fraudulently obtained SNAP and AllKids public benefits from the State of Illinois. Because recipients of these benefits can be directly certified by CPS as eligible for free and reduced-price meals, the teacher’s children were also improperly designated as FRM-eligible at their CPS schools.

The teacher was employed at CPS from August 2003 until her termination and Do Not Hire designation in February 2021 for drinking alcohol while on duty. In June 2020 — well before she was fired — the teacher applied for state benefits, claiming that her employment with CPS had ended that month. In reality, the teacher was still gainfully employed with CPS and continued to be until her termination. Due to her false application, the teacher qualified for and began receiving benefits in June 2020.

TGP Exclusive Coverage of Historic Lycoming County, PA 2020 Presidential Election Recount

Lycoming County, Pennsylvania

By Nick Mastrangelo

This week, The Gateway Pundit’s Nick Mastrangelo attended the Lycoming County, Pennsylvania recount of the nearly 60,000 ballots cast in the 2020 Presidential Election.  The recount was done by hand and was completed in 2.5 days.  Given that the initial allocation of time for this recount was 3 weeks, the recount greatly outperformed expectations- clobbering any narrative that insists, “hand counting is too slow.”

Attorney Karen DiSalvo and Jeff Stroehmann, among other conservative names in Lycoming County, have committed many hours to this important endeavor.  This recount can be described as “just one piece of the puzzle.” It did not include an analysis of the tally sheets put out by the voting machines, among other key vehicles for voting (such as mail-in ballots.)

TRENDING: JUST IN: Another ‘Twitter Files’ Drop: More Adam Schiff Ban Requests – Twitter “Deamplified” Alleged Conservative Accounts They Say Were Linked to Q-Anon

Forrest Lehman, Lycoming County Director of Elections, had a direct hand in not turning over these tally sheets.  A right-to-know request has been filed by Attorney DiSalvo.

A right-to-know request has been filed by Attorney Karen DiSalvo.

There was an initial feeling of indifference towards conducting a recount from Lycoming County Commissioner Tony Mussare.  He had confidence in the security of the 2020 Election in Lycoming County and a recount of this nature was not likely to turn up any significant issues of fraud or inconsistencies.  Furthermore hesitation came from the prospect of conducting such a recount might put republicans/conservatives in the light of “being a sore loser” or “trying to overturn an election.”

Lycoming County Commissioner Tony Mussare

Commissioner Mussare ultimately agreed to the recount saying, “It was what our constituents wanted, and I am a representative of our constituents.”

He then described the statewide issues that came out of the 2020 Presidential Election in PA including the counting of mail-in ballots after the date of the election went directly against Pennsylvania State Law.

The recount itself, and the pace at which it was completed, were huge victories in the battle for restoring and maintaining a high degree of bi-partisan confidence in our elections.

There will be a “findings discussion” held by Lycoming County Director of Elections Forrest Lehman on Tuesday, January 24th.

BBC Sports Broadcaster Reveals She Suffers Stroke, Which Severely Impairs Her Speech

BBC Formula One broadcaster, recently announced she had suffered a “severe stroke” which affected her speech.

Jennie Gow revealed Friday on her social media accounts that she suffered a serious stroke two weeks ago.

The 45-year-old journalist and broadcaster praised the medical staff at Frimley Park hospital in Surrey and St. George’s hospital in London for their assistance.

“Hi everyone, been quiet the last few weeks, this is because I suffered a serious stroke two weeks ago,” Gow wrote.

“My husband is helping me type this, as l’m finding it hard to write and my speech is most affected.”

“I’m desperate to make a full recovery and return to work, but it might take some time. Thank you to the medical teams at Frimley and St George’s and my family and friends who’ve got me through the last fortnight,” she concluded.

BBC reported:

In response, Formula 1 Racing tweeted: “Thinking of you Jennie, and wishing you all the very best with your recovery.”

The McLaren racing team said: “The entire team sends their love and strength as we look forward to seeing you back in the paddock.”

Broadcasters Hazel Southwell, Laura Winter and Dan Walker are among those who have tweeted messages of sympathy.

Jennie Gow has covered Formula 1 and other motorsport events for the BBC, ITV, Netflix and Sky TV.

The Southampton-born presenter, who grew up in Wargrave, Berkshire, began her broadcasting career at BBC Radio Solent before working for commercial radio stations in the south of England.

Gow tweeted in April 2021 that she had gotten sick after receiving AztraZeneca Covid vaccines.

“Morning – what a beautiful day. Had a very strange night of aches, being freezing cold and generally feeling a bit rubbish but much better this morning after taking paracetamol. I hear that’s quite common for Astra Zeneca vaccines,” she wrote.

US Army Vet From Iowa Rats Out Ukrainian Corruption

0
Ryan O’Leary

Meet Ryan O’Leary. He currently is in the Bakhmut area of operations fighting under the command of Ukrainian officers. Mr. O’Leary is not happy. He is a 34 year old alumni of Carroll High School in Iowa and a National Guard veteran who served in Afghanistan and Iraq,

He reports that his unit is undermanned and lacking in heavy weapons because “they’ve gone missing.” In other words, the weapons are being sold on the black market. O’Leary blames the logistics problems on the corrupt, criminal behavior of his Ukrainian chain of command — from the Major General to his Captain. He specifically calls out a Captain Baroda, noting that Baroda traffics in a host of illegal narcotics. Read the following series of tweets. They are self-explanatory:

I fear that young Mr. O’Leary has signed his death warrant. Men like Captain Baroda will retaliate in a very brutal way against anyone who interferes with their “entrepreneurial” activity. At some point the U.S. legislators, media and public need to wake up from their delusional dream that Ukraine is a budding democracy fighting for truth and justice and realize it is a kleptocracy celebrating a neo-Nazi ideology. President Zelensky and his general, Zalushny, have sent the cream of Ukraine’s youth into a slaughterhouse while depriving them of the supplies, ammunition and weapons required to fight the Russians.

It is a tragedy that Ryan O’Leary has traveled so far from the bucolic farms of western Iowa to learn a very hard truth. I hope he survives.

FDA and CDC Vaccine Experts Now Claim They are “Outraged” at Government and Moderna for Allegedly Hiding Key Data About Updated Booster Effectiveness – Moderna Responds

0

In August 2021, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) gave emergency authorization to the new booster shot called “bivalent.”

The new vaccine contains two messenger RNA (mRNA) components of the coronavirus. Half of the vaccine targets the original strain, and the other half targets the BA.4 and BA.5 Omicron subvariant lineages.

The new COVID boosters were not tested on humans at the time, only on mice. FDA was only relying on the mice trial data.

The CDC panel then voted to recommend the shots for people over the age of 12 and for children as young as 5 to 11.

TRENDING: JUST IN: Another ‘Twitter Files’ Drop: More Adam Schiff Ban Requests – Twitter “Deamplified” Alleged Conservative Accounts They Say Were Linked to Q-Anon

“Since children have gone back to school in person and people are resuming pre-pandemic behaviors and activities, there is the potential for increased risk of exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19. Vaccination remains the most effective measure to prevent the severe consequences of COVID-19, including hospitalization and death,” said Peter Marks, M.D., Ph.D.

“While it has largely been the case that COVID-19 tends to be less severe in children than adults, as the various waves of COVID-19 have occurred, more children have gotten sick with the disease and have been hospitalized. Children may also experience long-term effects, even following initially mild disease. We encourage parents to consider primary vaccination for children and follow-up with an updated booster dose when eligible,” he added.

However, two independent studies conducted by scientists from Columbia University in New York City and Harvard University found that the new boosters did not produce a better antibody response in humans against BA.5 than the first-generation vaccines.

They compared samples from 21 patients in the Columbia research and 18 people in the Harvard study who received the new boosters to people who received the old vaccine as their fourth shot.

One of the FDA’s vaccine experts immediately issued a statement saying these two studies are “small and subject to limitations.”

“Dr. Peter Marks, head of the FDA’s vaccine division, said the studies are small and subject to limitations. Data from larger well-controlled studies are expected in the near future, he said. Pfizer and Moderna are conducting clinical trials on the new boosters and are expected to provide data later this year,” NBC reported.

Now, a report from CNN claimed that some members of the government advisory panel on vaccines had expressed disappointment after government scientists and Moderna did not present a set of infection data on the company’s new Covid-19 booster during a meeting last year.

CNN spoke with six experts from the FDA and the CDC, and all of them agreed that despite the data’s limitations, it should have been presented to them.

“I was angry to find out that there was data that was relevant to our decision that we didn’t get to see,” said Dr. Paul Offit, a member of the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee.

“It’s not a group of children. We understand how to interpret these results,” said Dr. Eric Rubin, a member of the FDA vaccine advisory committee.

“There should always be full transparency,” said Dr. Arnold Monto, acting chair of the FDA advisers’ group. “These data should not be dismissed. They are early, but they indicate that we need to look at them and see what their value is.”

If the data “was looked at as part of the study, it should have been presented to the advisers prior to their decision,” said Dr. Pablo Sanchez, a member of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices at the CDC.

CNN reported:

Some vaccine advisers to the federal government say they’re “disappointed” and “angry” that government scientists and the pharmaceutical company Moderna didn’t present a set of infection data on the company’s new Covid-19 booster during meetings last year when the advisers discussed whether the shot should be authorized and made available to the public.

That data suggested the possibility that the updated booster might not be any more effective at preventing Covid-19 infections than the original shots.

The data was early and had many limitations, but several advisers told CNN that they were concerned about a lack of transparency.

At a meeting of this FDA advisory group in June and a meeting in September of a panel that advises the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the experts were presented with reams of information indicating that the new vaccine worked better than the one already on shelves, according to a review of videos and transcripts of those meetings and slide presentations made by Moderna, CDC and FDA officials.

That data – called immunogenicity data – was based on blood work done on study participants to assess how well each vaccine elicited antibodies that fight off the Omicron strain of the virus that causes Covid-19.

The data that was not presented to the experts looked at actual infections: who caught Covid-19 and who did not.

It found that 1.9% of the study participants who received the original booster became infected. Among those who got the updated bivalent vaccine – the one that scientists hoped would work better – a higher percentage, 3.2%, became infected. Both versions of the shot were found to be safe.

This infection data was far from complete. The number of study subjects who became infected was very small, and both the patients and the researchers were aware of who was getting the original shot and who was getting the new booster.

Despite these imperfections, the data was included in a preprint study that was posted online in June, again in September in an FDA document and then later that month in a top medical journal – and advisers to the FDA and the CDC said the data should have been shared with them, too.

A spokesperson for Moderna, Christopher Ridley, told CNN in an email that the company put the research manuscript online and shared infection data with the FDA before the agency’s panel meeting in June “in response to requests that we share an update from the ongoing study.”
