Joe Biden is reportedly in New York for a funeral.

President Joe Biden is flying into Syracuse this morning on Air Force One for a personal visit.

Biden is not making any public appearances. His schedule released Saturday morning said he will visit a “local stop” at 11:30 a.m. No address was provided. The visit is closed to the press.

Biden’s brother-in-law, Michael E. Hunter, died last week. An Auburn funeral home held calling hours on Friday afternoon. No information has been released publicly about Hunter’s funeral. The White House did not respond to questions about whether Biden would attend.

The Syracuse Regional Airport Authority issued a notice Saturday morning that air and ground traffic could be delayed temporarily between 10:15 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. at Hancock Airport. Travelers should check with their airline to see if their flight will be delayed.

Meanwhile, the Chinese spy balloon is currently over North Carolina, home of the US’s key military installations.
